Sanibel 3902, for its price, has great space which includes a very workable kitchen with a full-size range and a residential refrigerator plus the full-size pantry. The 80 inch sofa has a fold out bed. This unit includes theater seating with cupholders and charging stations in its console. we have had no major issues with issue unit and I’m not sure what the other negative comments are except maybe lack of experience in maintaining an RV. This particular RV has suited our family well for two years. We are ready to downsize. And pass it on to the next family who will enjoy it as much as we have. This is our sixth RV, all purchased new from various manufacturers and we have yet to own one that didn’t require minor maintenance such as tightening screws and checking that sink drains are tight. Terrible build quality, screws sticking up through the carpet in many places, trim warped, back flush did not work, took it back to dealer for service , the tech cut large sections of under pining to try and fix back flush issue, did not fix or repair the damaged under pining, I called factory, they were not much held, I did a finally found the back flush vale's was installed backwards. 3 of the water connections under the sink were leaking. Fun Town RV in Conroe Texas has terrible service techs. Will not buy another Forest River product. When I called the factory to try and get the back flush to work I told the about the screws sticking up through the carpet also and they didn't think it was an issue. Doing my own repairs because I can't trust Fun Town RV to do the work correctly. Show less

Let me just that for the money I paid for this trailer, the craftsmanship is crap. If your looking for a trailer, by pass this one. DO NOT buy any trailer 2019, 2020, 2021 or 2022. They are considered COVID trailers. Shabily put together and just all around crap. I am a single person who lost her partner due to cancer, and I took the money that was left to me after being kicked out of my little home to live full time in this trailer. So many things were wrong, broke, and let me tell you the electrical in the front was not hooked up right, I had to have an RV place completely redo it in order for the electrical outlets to work at all in the front of the trailer and on the outside. Also, get this, the shower, was NEVER connected to anything so for a year I used the shower, the water just dumped to the bottom of the trailer. Was not hooked to any pipes or nothing for draining. So if you have one these trailers make sure you have that checked. You will know if your trailer looks like you have a waterbed under trailer holding gallons of water like I do. I think all of us should get together and sue the manufacturer. Any takers? Show less

This 5th Wheel has been home for us. We were in-between homes and needed our own place. So, we purchased this lovely 40' 5th Wheel to call it a temporary home. It's been great to have our own place. We had the septic and water hooked up on our family's farm. It's been home for 6 months. We have redesigned it to accommodate 2 adults. Got rid of the RV sofa bed and the uncomfortable RV chairs. Replaced with Lazy Boy Electric Recliners. Also, a New Deluxe King Mattress. Custom ordered from a Furniture Store. It's only been moved from the dealer to a campground and we purchased it and moved it 20 miles down the road. It has less than 100 miles road travel. Beautiful wood trim and a lovely awning. Tires are good to roll. Show less

Open floor plan and 5 slides helps 5th wheel feel more spacious. Regular sized French door refrigerator insure enough food storage and the island sink helps with clean up. Full-sized shower and bathroom storage help feel like home. Lots of storage for extra camping gear and toys. Show less

RVS.com by Camping World in Nashville is crap. Told the Sales team I was giving them 2 weeks to go over everything to make sure it was working before I picked it up. When I went to pick up the unit, the maintenance technician vaguely did a point to this and that, but never took the time to go over anything. Found that during the 2 weeks, I waited, this trailer had been used as a parts bin for other campers on the lot. Wrote down everything that was missing and got that on a "we owe you"sheet as part of the sale...simple things missing/broken easily fixed. Brought the camper home 3 1/2 hours away. Next day started checking it out. slide switches inoperable, auto leveling system inoperable. Camp side slide sprung outward when closed and not sealing all the way. Forward Awning switch missing, curain broken, grid on closet door warped from heat, shower door cracked, but everything is ready to go. Next day, back up to Nashville I go on a 3 1/2 hour drive for warranty work only to be told by warranty lady that I better get used to everything breaking for at least a year or more. AVOID RVS.COM NASHVILLE or Camping World Period and get something other than a Prime Time Sanibel. Only good thing so far is the floorplan, and what the heck is up with that super long low sweepback angle lippert 1970's pin box. You will need a 250/2500HD Diesel to pull this thing really, but better make sure it's a long bed because of the pin box and even then questionable if it will clear the bed rails. Show less

Incredible experience in the 3102. Great size for our family and a ton of great standard features are included. We love the solar package for the extra charge on our battery. We also love that our awnings connected to the slide box and not the camper Show less

June 2022 we purchased our travel trailer 24 ft tracer by prime time or forest River ? Whoever wants to claim this disaster of craftsmanship. There have been numerous defaults in this camper! Too many to list! I would be more than happy to explain to a representative with concern for quality? I have got nothing but bandaids on bulletwounds from retailer fun town rv and forest River. Needless to say we haven’t spent a vacation in our travel trailer with full amenities to date April 2023. Ridiculous!! They have had possession of unit for at least 75% of this time ! We feel we need to be compensated for the past monthly payments!! We still feel this unit is unsecure and will not last structurally or mechanically. Undoubtedly discouraged!! Face ur defaults! We just bought a Sanibel 3802WB, we have had it less then a month and already have had alot of problems. First, water leaks under kitchen sink on both hot and cold lines, and drain lines. Water leak on back of hot water heater. Water leaks at docking station in multiple places. Trim all over is not nailed up, or if it is the finishing nails need hammered the rest of the way in. The floor in the rear bathroom by the shower isn't secured to frame, the bracket that holds up the kitchen table has paint peeling off and is starting to rust already. Along with many other problem, too many to list. This company has very poor workmanship, they don't care if their customers are happy, as long as they have their money its someone else's problem. Purchased a 2022 Primetime Sanibel 3802WB from General RV at the Hersey PA show Sept 2021. Paid to have the 5th wheel hitch installed in our brand new 2021 RAM 2500. We scheduled our appointment on November 13th 2021 to have the Harrisburg PA location install our 5th wheel hitch. Our appointment was at 9am. Matt (the Service tech Manger)took our truck at 930am. After waiting all day for them to finish installing the hitch, at 530 pm Matt came and said that we are all set! Good to go! Thank god we did not hook up our 5th wheel 14k pounds. Matt installed the wrong hitch, installed the rails in the wrong direction and only used one (1) nut! We videod this and sent it to Robin Kind who sold us our unit at the show he works in the Brownstown MI location. We could have seriously hurt someone or ourselves! We asked to be refunded for the hitch installation $2500 and still have not been refunded. We have had the correct rails and hitch installed. And because of his incompetence we now have multiple holes in the bed and in the frame of our brand new 2021 Ram. This is due to General RV not training anyone in Harrisburg PA location! **STILL WAITING FOR OUR REFUNDS! DONT BUY FROM GENERAL RV! NOTHING BUT HEADACHES, DISAPPOINTMENT AND THEY LIE! ** Show less
