Floorplan is livable and setting up is easy. The hydraulics work well so far but the self lever doesn't quite know where level is. The heater works. Both AC units have died, but even when they worked they couldn't put a dent in the high temperatures. It's like living in a soda can. Beware of the stairs because they both are faulty. One broke then a month later the other one did too. The first one almost killed me. Two of the four locks on the storage compartment doors don't work but maybe someone tried to break in, I dunno. There is a water leak somewhere and when I tried to see where it was coming from I could see the ducts under the floor and it, along with all the water and gas lines, look like a blind five year old put them in. Ducts are crushed and the water and gas lines look like spaghetti. Almost forgot, one of the awnings ,for no reason at all, just decided to let the material part go. I bought this thing brand new and it is the worst decision I have made since I was 20. Show less

I purchased it privately when it was two years old. I was told the hot water tank had already been replaced. There are so many poor quality issues I don't know were to start. One of the biggest issues for me is the fact there is no insulation in the walls. My neighbors might as well be sitting in my unit as I can hear everything. Yes one A/C can't come close to cooling it. 85 outside 85 inside but no humidity. Close the drawers in the kitchen and you can still see the drawer slide ends . Cheap vent fans with small fans blades don't really exhaust any air. I can go on and on but you get the picture. I know most RVs are far from perfect but I definitely would never buy a Prime Time again. I could have gotten a much better built unit for the same price I paid. Looks good but that's it . Show less

We have owned our Crusader since new and we love it. I’m surprised by some of the comments on quality. We had a few issues but our dealership stood behind what they sold and repaired any problems. We love the spaciousness, the ample amount of storage and the open floor plan. This is a great rv for couples and there’s even room for grandkids on the comfortable pull out couch. Towing is a breeze. Setting up at camp takes minutes with auto leveling. We Show less

The Crusader 382MBH offers the best in creature comforts for traveling on the road in style. Its spacious interior allows ample room for a quiet couples retreat or a rambunctious family of six. It is a little heavy so make sure your rig is plenty capable, especially if you plan on traveling over the Rockies. Show less

We retired sold our home and bought an RV within a 2 week period. We really liked the floor plan but there is not enough room around one side of the awful bed to walk for an old timer. it seems the A/C for the most floor space will not cool enough to get comfortable when it just stops! It will usually stay off about half the day and you have to turn it off and start it again! The self leveler has not worked since the initial hookup and the front end is lower than the rear end! It refuses to turn on so it won't allow leveling or to lift high enough to hook it into a hitch. The black tank indicator doesn't. The first week the trailer filled with burning smell like wiring burning although there was little smoke. The fun just keeps coming. the sound bar was not hooked up correctly and will not play the outside speakers at all. I replaced the tv with a 4K model and replaced the sound bar. the microwave will blow out the burners on the stove top.... Show less

I love this RV very spacious and I especially like the built in nightstands. I think it would be helpful to cut out a section in the closet so long dresses can hang better. There isn’t a way to do it but more counter space in bthrm w/b nice. Other than that lots of storage Show less

I bought the 5th wheel very gently used in 2016. Initially there were a few problems with the fridge and furnace which the dealer repaired quickly and for free. I live the floor plan! Excellent sight lines for watching TV, spacious shower and washroom. Lots of storage space. Tows easily and handles winds well. No issues with water penetration or slide out operation. Some trim has loosened but was easily reattached. A/C and furnace work well as needed in temps from below freezing to over 100 deg. F. Very happy with my purchase. Show less

We love he RV. We purchased it New in Oct of 2021 .we found 9 things wrong with it the day we picked it up. We took it out and camped for one weekend.toke it back to dealer ship to have warranty work done. It's been 4 1/2 months and still don't have it back dealer said they don't no when parts will be here. All work is cosmetic and can not get parts from factory. Will be our last time of buying this brand. The manufacturer should be ashamed of put RV out to customers like this . Show less

Difficulty getting manufacturer to repair defective coating but after a difficult process, the defect was repaired and warranty was honored. Bunk room is roomy and comfortable. It’s very nice to have a second restroom. The kitchen island makes cooking easier. The entire unit has lots of closet space. Show less

Our first time out the water heater had to be replaced. The more time we spent inside our camper the more things we found wrong with it. Paneling not lining up,very poorly put together, staples in the ceiling coming out, batteries don't last, scratches here and there. If we had to do it over again we would pass. Show less
