We love this trailer. It is set up to accommodate all the necessary creature comforts. Very spacious dinette. Comfortable recliners and sofa. Tons of storage. Private Bedroom with queen bed on slide is to die for. Spacious Wall-to-wall closet/wardrobe in bedroom. Roomy and airy with large operating windows and three roof fans. Show less

The trailer had some deficiencies which I noticed before heading out on first trip. Water fill line was attached with wrong size clamp and blew off as soon as water was connected. Drawers under bed not installed correctly and did not latch. Line to water pump leaked due to wrong size fitting. Slide out would not go out evenly . All these things where notice in my drive way before our first trip. I fix these issues myself. The dealer in Kelowna was very helpful and walked me through how to reset the slide out. Used this trailer only 26 days and only other issue was both fender skirts cracked. Called the dealer and the factory sent two new ones no problem. After having several RVs over the years they all have some issues if your handy you can fix most yourself. No doubt this is one off the better built trailers in the market place today tows like a dream . Show less

Quality is average, many things required repair on the road already, and the furios backup camera system does not work. We had to return ours to the manufacturer for repairs within the first 3 months. The plumbing had issues as well as the auto leveling system, They’re priced high but they’re only average quality. Deeply disappointed in this Rv. Brand new unit. Purchased April 2021. Was unable to use it for 3 months in shop. Electrical issues, fans don’t work, speakers don’t work. Off grid - cannot use CPAP machines. Show less

We purchased our unit in the fall of 2020, after extensive research we finally found something that was built for 4x4 off road quality. We did two trips with the RV less than 1200km on gravel road. We took our time and were very careful with our unit. On our first trip the microwave came out and the heater vent screws came off. We had the unit parked in our back yard drying out our awnings when the back awning broke off, only two screws were holding it secure on the unit. Our 2nd and last trip the hoist for the spare tire that is located underneath in the front of the unit failed causing the tire to bounce underneath causing major damages including water storage tank and suspension. When we finish our trip there were more damages inside and outside of the unit. Our unit was filled with major dust and when generator was used the carbon monoxide alarm would go off. Damages were... freezer door hinge broke, microwave mounting, range, drawers, cupboard doors, sewer hose storage, trailer break cable, counter top extension, missing screws on wheel fenders, broken sewer door lock and sewer handle. We called our Dealer and they said everything is covered on warranty. So we dropped it off at our Dealer for warranty repair. Outdoors RV response was... "We have reviewed warranty repair request as well as the photos you sent. Outdoors RV is respectfully declining all of the listed repairs, as the damages are caused from extreme use and not due to defects in materials and workmanship." Outdoors RV basically said without proof that I extremely used the RV How? by going on gravel road is "EXTREME USE". If extreme use was really what I used it for I'm positive the sensitive areas of the unit would be damaged, like TV mounts etc. We were devastated to hear this from Outdoors RV especially after all the research we did trying to find an 4x4 off-road unit, we thought that Outdoors was the real 4x4 off-road unit, this is why they created the Trails Series. Don't be fooled. So buyer beware that warranty should be fully guaranteed when you are spending 80k on any RV unit. This is not the case with Outdoors RV, I didn't get my moneys worth nor did Outdoors RV hold up to the so called 4x4 OFF-ROAD craftmanship warranty. When we did our research we relied on reviews like this, so this is why I'm writing this review so buyers looking for a 4x4 Off-road RV need to beware of false claims to 4x4 Off-road and look out for the poor warranty coverage. Trailer has great fit and finish and a great design. Very few minor problems and Todd at the factory was great at fixing those. We added a second air being down in Arizona this winter and it is a great four season rig. Show less

We purchased this RV after many months of research on forums etc. Everyone said that the support from Outdoors RV manufacturing was excellent and we found that to be true! Each and every time we called someone answered the phone and directed us to the proper person to take care of our problem. This was in the beginning when we first purchased the RV and had a few little things that needed to be fixed or replaced. They graciously sent us the parts and if I had any questions about installation they were patient and helped me make the proper repair.! These TTs’ are manufactured in the Pacific Northwest and we live in Connecticut so obviously we could not take the RV back for repairs. During our first month of ownership all of the minor problems had been addressed and we have had no problems with our Blackstone since. Also it tows beautifully with or without sway control but on longer trips we use our Blue Ox pro hitch. All in all very pleased with this RV and the Company that makes them! Show less

We bought this RV new in Utah on a Saturday while on a well planned family vacation. Unfortunately, before leaving the dealer, the underbelly was flooded by a break in the water tank fill hose. My daughter had a college visit appointment to get to in Arizona on Monday, so we took deliver damaged, knowing that the dealer could not fix until Monday at best. We spent the evening and following Sunday trying to access the broken water line from below per the dealer’s technician recommendation. This was unfortunately not possible. All the while water drained out of the saturated insulation, reminding me of the permanent damage this caused. After 12 hours of that nonsense, trying to access from below, I removed the fireplace and cut a hole in the floor to replace the broken water fill hose, which was a good approach to the repair. We continued on our trip Saturday night. On Monday we lost all trailer braking power coming down a mountain pass. After a life threatening roller coaster ride and overheated truck brakes we made it to the bottom. We stressfully drove on through the valley floors without trailer brakes to get to the college appointment on time. After quite some time troubleshooting, I determined that the brakes had failed due to over greasing of the wheel bearings from the factory. The brake drum assemblies and brake pads were saturated with shiny-new red bearing grease from blown out axle seals from the over greasing hydraulic pressure. All 4 of them were ruined. I replaced all 4 brakes on my unit that day. Sigh. As the trip continued I spent another 9.5 hours thereafter working on various broken parts such as leaking shower caulking, failed pop out seals, a broken propane tank replacement, a broken toilet seat, a hole in the pop out roof from construction debris, holes in the “sealed” underbelly you could put a hand through, broken stabilizer jacks, a broken cook stove part, fallen shades (stripped screw holes), loose fridge cabinet panels, broken cabinet doors, and the list goes on and on. I presented my issues to Outdoors RV service manager at their factory, in a comprehensive report with photographs snd receipts. They got Dexter Axle to cover the brake parts cost (around $450), and they agreed to pay for the toilet seat, propane tank, and waterline parts (around $200). The labor reimbursement was left as a “possibility” of reimbursement (would be an exception to their policy). When I received the check there was no labor reimbursement and the propane tank reimbursement was also omitted. I contacted Outdoors RV and they apologized for missing the propane tank reimbursement and said they would send it (not received as of yet, a couple months after the new purchase issues. Hopefully they will send it soon). They also informed me that they would not be able to reimburse me for fair shop labor rates for the waterline issue, or the brake replacement, as I had requested, as they would not make an exception to their policy. I dealt with a lot of problems on a brand new and very expensive camper trailer. All I asked for labor reimbursement on was the 2 biggest and most unacceptable problems: the water line flood repair, and the brake failure. Instead, Outdoors RV only provided under $200 for all these issues… for the waterline parts and a toilet seat, as Dexter Axle paid for the brake parts, not Outdoors RV. In the first few days of ownership I spent thousands of dollars to repair this new RV (including the tools needed to do it). In the first few days of ownership this new RV nearly killed my entire family when the brakes gave out on a winding mountain pass. In the first few days of ownership this new RV took up around 40 hours of my precious, rare, vacation time. And that cannot be replaced. I owned a Keystone Springdale of similar size for 9 years prior to this, and even lived in it for an Alaska winter. I paid about 300% more for this Outdoors RV than I did for that Keystone, and yet I had more problems with the Outdoors RV in the first few days of ownership than I did in all the years of ownership with the Keystone. Though the Outdoors RV service manager was kind and professional, I am sorely disappointed with the Outdoors RV quality control, and the “resolution” to my warranty claim. I will not likely buy another Outdoors RV in the future. I’ll buy another Keystone instead. Show less

Loved the kitchen in this RV, no cupboards to look under! One of the few travel trailers under 40 feet with a built in closet. Plenty of room in the shower to move around. Large fridge and freezer. Could easily live in full time. Large storage compartments. Show less

Only had this a short time but have had RV'S for years. Here is the good and the not so good. Cutting corners ( read cheap) 1) Why no drawers in the cabinet beside bed 2) Why do you need to unscrew panels to access H.W.T valving 3) How can you call a RV with single windows a 4 season RV, everything gets so steamy immediately in cool damp weather 4) No 12v battery shut off switch as advertised. 5) Other owners have reported it's hard to get the overhead light bulbs out and new ones in, Reason.... The non LED bulbs get so hot the melt the plastic clips which hold them in place. 6)The cupboard that stores the dishes has a single unsupported piece of very piece of plywood as a shelf to place the dishes. The plywood bends and all the dishes slide to the centre. 7)Only one small drawer in the three storage places under the dinette. 8) The propane detector which has an automatic shut down after a specified time has a electrical feed wire which is so short you have to take the cabinet apart to replace same. The Good 1)You started with a very good product which you charged a premium price for, that's fair, then you cut corners as above and made it feel cheap. 2)The solid fiberglass walls are very good. 3) The curved roof is a nice feature 4) The unit looks good driving down the road. I have found pieces of scrap wood behind the paneling, framing with a knot so large there is no strength left. I was really hoping to feel really good about my purchase, unfortunately this is just another great RV that was cheapened in an effore to save mnoney. Show less
