We bought this trailer about 3 months ago and have used it two times. The rest of the time it has been back in the shop at Traveland in West Kelowna on two different occasions. There is a long list of factory defects and general terrible finishing and poor workmanship. If we had seen all the problems when we looked at it we would have never bought it, because of all the issues I would also never recommend this make of trailer trailer to anyone and I would make sure people are aware of the poor quality of workmanship. The dealer has done a good job repairing all deficiencies but the list was so long that even they were getting frustrated, towards the end of this process they got a little unprofessional towards us.

This trailer was perfect for our family. From the outdoor kitchen to the bunkhouse with lights and USB outlet, each person had their favorite. One thing I really liked was all the storage. Not limited to the passthrough storage. There was a pantry, storage in the kitchen and below the TV. Storage under the main bed. The largest storage was fold up storage found under lower bunk. This was a 2021 model and built before the huge increase in production that led to so many quality issues in other campers. We never had an issue with anything. Highly recommend.

This is an exceptional camper due to the comfort and functionality provided by its expansive interior and thoughtfully designed slides, which offer both space and natural light. The interior boasts a blend of sophistication and durability, reflecting a high-quality aesthetic that stands the test of time. Enjoy storage solutions seamlessly integrated throughout the camper, enhancing convenience in both the main living area and bedroom. It has the capacity to comfortably  accommodate four individuals, extendable to six. The shower and bathroom also provide the needed space for necessities. The intelligently laid-out kitchen and cooking space further elevated my experience and meal preparation has been made easy in this space.

Great floor plan, lots of room in the living area for guests, love the kitchen island with bar stools so people can visit while youre preparing meals, roomy bedroom, love that the living area can be closed off from the bathroom and bedroom area, all that, and a cozy electric fireplace for chilly evenings! It’s perfect!

We purchased an Open Range RT291RS in 2013. We had to replace the mattress immediately because we found it uncomfortable. We had to replace the primary A/C within two years. We had to replace the circuit board in the refrigerator within two years. We had an axle catch fire 700 miles from home and had to leave the trailer and then go back to get it when repaired. This cost 1000 dollars and 4 days driving and 4 nights in a motel. One axle was not straight when the trailer was built and this cost $1000 dollars to put on "Correct Track" attachment to correct. The other axle caught fire 1000 miles later and was replaced at the factory with an axle that was too small. We then paid $500 to replace both of the new axles to get higher capacity axles. We were then told that the roof had been installed incorrectly during manufacture and we would need to replace it soon at a cost of $5000.00. The cabinetry in the trailer was fantastic. The trailer was a piece of junk. I am omitting minor problems that showed lack of skilled design. The floor plan was great. It is too bad the trailer was junk. We sold it.
