I really think getting a portable ac and tent would have been easier. Firstly, not sure if it was them or dealer but we took it in to have things repaired on warranty, dealer told us they were all declined by manufacturer. Luckily, at the time Nexus was the same distance from me, went there and they fixed mostly everything. Now current day if we sit in the cab while it’s raining we get to shower for free. The dash lights up like a Christmas tree while we drive. Took that to Ford and they said it’s not covered by vehicle warranty due to the issue being cause by the rv side being improperly built on a wiring harness. I really wanted to love this RV, but man if it wasn’t ever a big mistake. Now we’re stuck here trying to fix all of the issues in Texas since we’ve had a permanent change of station down here. Wish me luck!

Bought our Nexus Maybach brand new in 2020. Went to an RV show near us and of all the Class A's we looked at we were most impressed with the overall esthetic look, the chassis, the interior layout, external storage, etc. We had some warranty issues early on that I reached out to one of the company owners about, Claude Donati. He immediately responded to me and put me in touch with his Service Manager Cindy Hathaway. We were invited out to the Mothership in Indiana where our every need was met. We love our rig & praise Nexus!!

We never used a factory warranty. We purchased an extended warranty at time of sale.

My wife and I love our Wraith Super C Diesel. It's beautiful and we get lots of compliments on it. We've owned it just over 3 years and I would rate build quality above average. The International MV607 chassis is rugged and well made. The Cummins 6.7L engine and the Allison 5th Gen transmission always has us in the right gear for the terrain. With almost 30,000 miles, we have enjoyed trouble free operation on the road. We have fixed a few items, but after 25 years of RVing, we would definitely purchase again from Nexus.

After years of researching we chose Nexus RV because of it's value, what we wanted in an RV, and customer service. Working with a small company gave us peace of mind that we wouldn't be just a "check" to someone. You know, "we've got your $$ now go away". We were able to get what we wanted inside and outside our RV. We've also been able to upgrade things that we wanted / needed but were unable to get. We had our questions answered and issues addressed even after we've had our 2022 Ghost for awhile (2+ yrs and 34+ miles) . Have we had issues? Of course! Show me an RV owner who hasn't. It's the nature of the beast. Nexus RV works hard for it's customers. I'm very proud to be the Passenger Princess of a Ghost Super C rolling down the highway. I know my husband is extremely proud to be driving it. Thanks Nexus RV!

Love my Nexus wraith, with any RV there will be issues. I’m a home builder and I’m glad I don’t have to drive my home on the rough roads and hope they hold together. Love the fact that Nexus uses all steel framing. Most people don’t get any credit for what they can’t see. Thankful they spend more money to make the structure solid. 75% stronger. Love the fiberglass roof. If I had one suggestion it would be that they need to utilize some areas for storage. I modified my Motorhome myself and we love it. International chassis is great with cummins engine. Love the fact that the owners are constantly listening to the buyers and their warranty department is very responsive!
