My first and only RV that I've ever purchased and towed! Fell in love with it the moment I saw it. Had to have it. The overall structure besides the out door frames coming off, is very nice quality and I am grateful for the larger tires since the bottom does not drag on the ground anymore.
Besides dealing with the horrible leaks, the refrigerator not working, not being able to reach manufacturers, horrible peeling of the dining table and kitchen countertop, not having a working DVD player ever, the remote for the DVD player not working, not being able to program the automatic jack, and a couple of other things, it's a great trailer!
The wood underneath the kitchen and dining table are really beautiful and I may just remove the rest of the garbage that they laid on top and just have the beautiful wood that's underneath. The refrigerator is going to cost a fortune to replace. I don't know about the DVD player but it has never worked properly since day one. Furrion is a crappy product.
Overall, this trailer has tons of wonderful potential if more was put into the quality of building, and using upstanding products to ensure their longevity. I do not regret purchasing my trailer, although I would like to sell it and buy a new one hopefully built properly from the beginning with everything working at least for 2 to 3 years before needing any replacement.

This is a very easy travel trailer to own. Its size gives you tremendous flexibility - it gets you into smaller, tighter spots and is easily towed by any SUV with at least 5000 lb towing capacity. But it also has the amenities and floor plan to be very comfortable - a full queen sized bed, two TV's (including one that can be repositioned for viewing outside), a nice kitchen with big sink, good sized refrigerator, and counter top space, plus a wet bath that is big enough for standup showers (for even very tall people). But where this trailer shines is storage, build quality, and windows. From the front dinette for four, you are surrounded by windows. From the bed in back, you have the stargazer window. And there is a nice window over the kitchen counter. There is a very large pass through storage area under the bed in back. Inside, there is a closet, drawers below and storage above, a pantry opposite, drawers below the range and a large area under the sink. There is also a drawer under the bed, and small storage under the dinette seat and behind the driver's side of the dinette, plus cubbies and shelving above the dinette and throughout the bedroom. The floor plan for this trailer is very intelligently designed and the qualify of the natural wood cabinets is very high. With a lifted trailer, the addition of 200w of solar and good batteries, this trailer is also great for boondocking for several days. We have used it for long weekends and for multiweek trips to national parks across multiple states. It is easy to tow and easy to set up and live in. We highly recommend it for those that want a good quality trailer that holds up well without completely breaking the bank.

I bought a 2019 Mini Max. It had the Rough Rider package and came a solar. I was very impressed with everything from the microwave to the shower. The multiple options for plugging things in and charging stations in and outside. The convenience of having a shower/bath and the comfort of the AC and furnace. I really liked that the speakers can be played inside or out. I loved the size of the fridge. The stargazing window out the back was one of my favorites. This was easier to tow then I thought. I just put mine up for sale just because I'm not going to be traveling like I used to. If I would still be traveling there's no way I would be putting it up for sale. I would recommend this trailer, especially for first time trailer buyers. So many great things about this trailer, and a great support community behind it!

Well let me tell you, I bought this unit new and have only been out a few times. This year I have pulled it to Michigan. I have had my window coverings fall off, towel ring fall off and now it looks like the front part of the body is pulling away from the corner molding that is around the front diamond plate and side walls. I had an 1/8” gap that I needed to seal to prevent rain water from entering the body seam joint. Not very impressed with the build quality of this trailer and it cost me over 29 grand to buy. Beginning to think I must have been a sucker.
I wouldn’t buy or recommend one.

Nothing but problems when we purchased this trailer. I should ran and not walked away. We did not even make it home with the license plate or furnace door and the access door kept coming open as we were driving down the freeway. I came home and loaded the trailer with all of our stuff. The next day it had rained during the night and all of my towels in the bathroom were wet. The skylight was cracked. I called them and they gave me the run around. Finally agreed to send the parts to repair the skylight sent everything but the glue to fix. Got some sob story about it could not be sent thru the mail. I bet they purchase it thru the mail. Just trying to cut corners once again. The bathroom had small holes that were not sealed up during building it.I did not notice this before purchase. The sent some stripping to cover it up. Also chairs had rips in the corners that I did not notice before hand. I would of seen all of this if the walk thru would of went thru. But they were prepping the trailer something that we paid for. And I went out and noticed the ladder had been removed and asked where it was and the kid said he would talk to the service boss. Well i went back inside and the service boss started yelling and cursing that it did not come with a ladder . I said I saw one when we looked at. Well it did come with a ladder and I fought and they put the ladder back in. After that the kid that was finishing up on the trailer said to me and my husband I guess now because of my jerk boss i will not be getting a tip! Really a tip for doing your job. Well no he did not get a tip. And that is probably why our stuff flew off on the ride home. This is Best RV in Turlock. I would never never recommend them to anyone. They are terrible to deal with. So now I have a brand new trailer we have used 5 times with all kinds of problems that they will not even acknowledge or call me back on. the slide out went out a few days after the warranty expired. So we pull the motors out and one looks brand new the other looks like it has been laying in the mud for a year. I know that they will not help us out. Would not even help if it was not days past the warranty. I am so disgusted with our purchase and dealing with all the horrible service . Do not buy from Best RV of Turlock Ca. or Pacific Coach Works if you don't want problems.
