Overall our Lance 1995 is very well constructed. We have experienced a few issues with trim falling off including the baseboard at the bottom of the dinette slide. We had to have a refrigerator replaced due to my leaving the refrigerator door open when I retracted the dinette slide and cracking the interior of the refrigerator. It was difficult to get hold of the factory to schedule replacement of the refrigerator. I didn't trust the dealer to do the job. But once the service was scheduled at the factory they did a good job replacing the refrigerator even fabricating a new trim piece because the refrigerator was a slightly different form factor. The Lance 1575 is a great example of how you can pack a lot into a smaller space without feeling cramped. The layout is really well thought out, making the most of every bit of room. The slide-out adds a lot of extra space in the living area, which helps keep things from feeling too tight. The dinette easily turns into an extra bed, and the queen-sized bed is comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. There’s plenty of storage tucked away in smart places, so you can keep your gear organized without everything feeling cluttered. The kitchen has all the basics you need to cook, and the bathroom, while compact, is designed well enough to be practical. Like floor plan love all the windows poor quality workmanship 1 window is already compermized the backslash of stove over is rippled some of the floor is ripped the riferater door broke 2 years after we brought bathroom sink has been had to been replaced twice blackout shades have all come apart water pump is not working Show less

We absolutely LOVE the layout of this trailer. The kitchen island is very handy with extra counter space and storage that utilizes space well. The electric fireplace is a really nice feature that actually gives off heat. Towing is made much easier with the included anti-sway bar and hitch. The upgraded bigger tires and heavy duty axles provide extra clearance. Show less

Loved everything about our lance. We spent a lot of time in it and can say the quality is far better than any other trailer we've been in. It's lightweight yet somehow sturdy. So easily towed there were times where we almost forgot it was behind us. If I'm going to be looking for another trailer to buy in the future it will for sure be a Lance. Show less

We purchased the Lance product new in August 2022. Less than 24 months ago. We were sold on the "Lance difference, and better quality". Being our third rv, we went ahead, even though they are more money. MISTAKE. We have had nothing short of issue after issue, some catastrophic, some minor. But they started immediately. The quality and workmanship simply isnt there. Won't bore you with the problems, however they are trip ending issues. As for support from Lance brand, we'll thats still to be determined. Show less

We love our Lance. We find that the quality is excellent and floor plan for a smaller trailer, with the slide out, is well proportioned and roomy. The appliances, stereo and TV are manufactured by different companies, and not Lance, which are found in most trailers. We were told by the salesman we bought one of the last trailers built by the original Lance company who has since sold. Show less

Poor design. Multiple poorly conceived mechanical systems. Heating system cannot keep bedroom warm. Poor placement of vents. Cannot change seat on toilet without removing the toilet. The awning is useless as the pitch is so flat that rain does not run off. Instead the awning collects water and the awning will slump almost to the ground with accumulated water. Simplest repair requires a trip to the repair shop because of inaccessibility of mechanical systems. Disappointing. Show less

We bought a 2017 Lance 1575 a year ago based on dealer's recommendation that it is a superior product. We had weight constraints because we would be pulling it with a Toyota Tacoma or Subaru Ascent. It tows like a dream, and has caught the eye of people indicating they'd like to purchase a trailer that can be towed with a mid-size SUV. No issue for us. We've had it out about 40 days in 2023 with only one issue. The 'on demand' water heater only works intermittently resulting in intermittent hot and cold water when taking a shower, not fun. No help from Lance. Spoke with other Lance owners who indicated they gave up and purchased a traditional water heater, which we plan to do as well. The shower has a relatively low ceiling, too short for my 6'2" husband, but except for that, we're very pleased with the layout. Feels high end for a small travel trailer. Fortunately, no major issues thus far requiring support. Show less

Well thought out design with quality components residential hardware, best ever quiet gas/electric furnace/water heater, full 80" Queen bed and very comfortable seating. However very poor build quality and manufacturer support. For instance the sofa was only secured at one end in the slide, a stub wall fell over because the screws had been broken off when screwed into the metal door frame, the movable tables were poorly attached so they tilted and wobbled so had to be remounted, the seal strip joining the two halves of the trailer just fell off, weather strip around the windows comes off in hot weather, dishes fall off of the top shelf because the shelf doesn't reach the cupboard door, the $600 tank cover blew away because the latches are poorly designed. The "European windows" will slam closed in a gust of wind because the arms don't lock. The factory won't sell parts directly, only through dealers. Show less
