Well thought out design with quality components residential hardware, best ever quiet gas/electric furnace/water heater, full 80" Queen bed and very comfortable seating. However very poor build quality and manufacturer support. For instance the sofa was only secured at one end in the slide, a stub wall fell over because the screws had been broken off when screwed into the metal door frame, the movable tables were poorly attached so they tilted and wobbled so had to be remounted, the seal strip joining the two halves of the trailer just fell off, weather strip around the windows comes off in hot weather, dishes fall off of the top shelf because the shelf doesn't reach the cupboard door, the $600 tank cover blew away because the latches are poorly designed. The "European windows" will slam closed in a gust of wind because the arms don't lock. The factory won't sell parts directly, only through dealers.

Brand new Lance 1475 travel trailer began leaking from the ceiling vent near our mattress late one night during a bad rain storm. It was the second time we had used it. Took it right back to our reputable dealer who did a seal test and found 9 leaks! They went ahead and did all of the repairs. I'm thinking buyer beware with Lance. Great looking and great towing but I'm shuddering at what may occur next and what is to happen when out of warranty.

Purchased a 1475 new in May of 2016. Loved it-so cozy and comfortable for a tiny trailer. However, the roof has been leaking since day one and is now on it's 4th visit to the dealer for repair. There was also a recall on the frig which took a month to fix. The front window had to be replaced due to the self storing blind getting jammed up. The dealer is not sympathetic and doesn't seem to care at all. Since we live in Washington state, a leaking roof is a major concern. I called Lance directly and they agreed to replace the mattress. But they don't seem to care about my concerns about water damage that may be occurring in the ceiling, cabinetry or electrical. The fact is that we haven't been able to use it very much-it has been in the shop most of the time. But we are still making the payments. So disappointed-it was a dream of mine to own a camper of some sort and we heard Lance was "top of the line."
