Considering we went from a Momentum to a Luxe, to compare the two would be to compare the moon to the sun. Luxe quality and adaptability matched our expectation of paying a premium price. We expected there to be issues, and we had our share, but the Luxe team was always willing to resolve the issue ASAP and went out of their way to resolve any issues to our satisfaction. We traveled the country and lived in the RV for 3 years, and everything has held up beautifully. Don't be afraid to buy a used rig as the quality they put into the initial build means it is built to last. We would definitely buy from Luxe again.

The rvf factory luxe brand is exactly that, luxury. The units are built like homes and only quality products are used. The two best parts of the whole experience are.
1: the totally customizable layout. If you can dream it, the rvf will try to make your dream a reality. They will sit down with there engineers and discuss your ideas to see how they can implement them.
2: the people at rvf are beyond amazing and have never once told us no without trying first. There attention to detail and what the customer is trying to achieve is there priority. They also don't want you to walk away disappointed in anything as they will give you ample time to go through your unit to see if there is anything that doesn't meet your satisfaction so they can fix it before you leave.
Great product, great people, great customer service, and an unheard of 5yr backed warranty to boot.

We bought a Diamond in the rough brand new from the builder. On delivery there were several deficiencies. These included damage to the unit through shipping.
Beyond the bent and broken pieces, the roof leaked at the top of galley opening ang there were several electrical issues.
Attempts to deal with the vendor were met with yelling and swearing.
After much research and some trial and error I managed to get all of the items fixed. But it was way more of a headache than I hoped for or expected.
I had other purchasers reach out to me based on my review on a Teardrop FB site. Seems my experiences were not unique. The FB site itself had even banned this seller.

We bought our RV in 2005 at a large RV show in Pomona CA. We saw a lot of 5th wheels that weekend, and when we saw the KOTR Royal Villa we new this was the one. KOTR started building travel trailers in 1983 - 1990, then they built high end 5th wheels, 2004 they produced a Class A diesel pusher. In 2007 RV sales and companies were not doing well so KOTR closed their doors. They were considered a full time RV, in 2000 they went to aluminum construction and there weight dropped a lot. We have enjoyed our KOTR for 15 years with very little problems, A/C fan motor and a chair repair thats it. We say its our apartment on the road, plenty of room in living room, kitchen and bedroom with lots of storage inside and out. It has a Arctic Pack insulation with R-23 in ceiling and basement R-16 in end walls and bedroom floors, Double pain windows. Bathroom is a room by itself with a door and plumbed for washer and dryer. Bedroom has a Queen size bed that we love. We towed a travel trailer for years, when we hooked up to the 5th wheel and started towing, wow what a deference, there is a learning curve with the size, in turning and backing up but is so much easier to tow than a travel trailer. We have towed this for 15 years and look forward to our next trip, my wife has become my relief driver. There are plenty of 5th wheels that were built, KOTR is one of the best with fit and finish and durability out there.
