Don’t buy a Venture Rv (KZ Brand trailer)! Spent $65,000 on a Sporttrek, and it’s the quality of my child’s fisher price toys. Horrible customer service, they don’t warranty or stand behind their products. They installed a window incorrectly in my master bedroom, causing water to seep into the Rv over time going unnoticed since it was hidden. They’ve told me to kick rocks and too bad so sad. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Give any other company your money.

We have owned for four years and couldn't be happier. After two Casitas, a Scamp and a TAB, this is by far the best small travel trailer. We looked at some when we shopped that you could literally tear apart with your hands. This one is very well made from quality materials. It is roomier on the inside than you'd expect because of the design of the windshield and front cap. We especially love the large wet bath, the queen bed, the front dinette, and the outdoor kitchen, There are very few "what the heck were they thinking" design issues. One is the flat shower pan, which doesn't fully drain if the camper is off level. I'm on the fence about the combined black/grey tanks. Sometimes I like it, sometimes I don't.

Review of 2022 Keystone Springdale Mini 1750RD The 2022 Keystone Springdale Mini 1750RD, a compact travel trailer, is often praised for its efficient space utilization, particularly the large U-shaped dinette, and comfortable features like a queen-size bed and ample storage. However, some owners have reported issues with quality control and recurring problems with certain components. Here's a more detailed breakdown of the reviews: Pros: Space Efficiency: The 1750RD is known for its compact size while still offering a spacious feel, especially with the large U-shaped dinette in the rear. Comfortable Features: It includes a queen-size bed, ample storage, and a well-designed kitchen area. Aesthetic Appeal: Some reviewers appreciate the updated decor and the bright, airy feel of the interior, especially with the large windows. Easy Towing: The single-axle design makes it relatively easy to tow, a plus for those seeking an affordable and manageable RV. Quality Workmanship (in some cases): Some owners have found the interior and exterior quality to be excellent, with well-matched seams and solid construction. Generous Capacities: The water, propane, and waste tanks have generous capacities. Cons: Quality Control Issues: Some owners have reported issues with quality control, including screws falling out, leaky sinks and toilets, and problems with slide-outs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49tjzlY8v-A&t=66

I've owned this trailer for 7 years. I've found the interior and exterior quality excellent. All the seams match, there is nothing loose. The cabinets are beautiful wood. The floors are solid and everything works well. Capacities of tanks are generous. There is 60 gallons for water, two large propane tanks, two batteries, and two 30 gallon or more capacity tanks for grey and black water. Over all, for this price range of trailer, I am impressed and very pleased with the workmanship and quality. I would buy this trailer again.

I simply love the floor plan. We did replace the rv queen mattress with a true queen mattress. Original was pretty useless. Not really impressed with the build quality. Slide out bracket was installed poorly, lost a suspension bolt before 5000 miles. Finish exposed to Texas sun degraded within 12 months. Had to replace the leaking toilet flush valve on first trip. Vinyl trim strips were replaced after 24 months due to complete degradation. Just shoddy workmanship overall. You would think a little bit of quality control would have caught most of these I love their floor plans but they have to do better before I’ll buy a Keystone again.

Livability the camper is perfect. I travel for work state to state, and it had been a breath of fresh air. However overall quality of the RV has been hell. I was giving a one-year warranty and when i call in for service no one ever calls back nor help. The summertime my ac unit went out. I call the local dealer for assist and no help. Out of pocket I paid 1500 just to fix the AC unit. When I purchase my camper in March of 2024 I was not told or educated on the horrible service I would get with the warranty. Now my refrigerator unit went out. The lights are on, but the unit is not getting cold. I called yet again to make a service appointment left voicemail and no call back or return any of the calls. Why purchase the extra warranty when they don't help you with the original warranty.

Bought the trailer new in 2022. First shower I took, the shower pan cracked in several places. I used duct tape to hold it together until I could get it serviced. Took over a month at a dealer to fix that and a host of other problems, such as all the trim was falling down and the cupboard above the bed was falling down. Later on, water was dripping onto my mattress. I finally figured that out...they never bothered to caulk the hole where the glamour lights on the outside front of the trailer go in. The front half of the underbelly completely fell down while on the road. None of the wiring had been secured, so all those wires fell out onto the road. Both axels bent while crossing Wyoming, which ruined all my tires. Numerous other things have failed, and I never get any help from Keystone. I am traveling full time and cannot just leave it for months on end for them to fix things, so I end up eating the cost. Customer service will not give any info, even for something so simple as how to remove the fireplace face plate so I can clean behind it. Figured that out. Supposed to be all-season. Not even close. The floor plan is good for 1, but would be tight for 2. It tows well with my very good hitch system. Overall, I would not recommend any Keystone product due to the horrible craftsmanship and lack of customer service.
