I bought the RV on September 1, 2024 and still have not received it as they sold it to me with a title with a lien on it and 27 days later, I still cannot get a lien release, so I have still not received my RV. I have contacted the dealer over and over and they told me I had to wait seven days for my cashiers check to clear and then after that, I found out they did not have the title, then, when they did have the title it has a lien on it from a bank inMaryland, and they have been unable to get a release on the lien. Therefore, no proof they are in the RV. This should’ve been done before they ever sold it! Show less

This is the perfect Toy Hauler if you’re looking for year round camping or living. The 3 AC units are great for summer and the fireplace takes the chill off on cooler days. This camper has a lot of living space, I loved the seating area in this camper, it’s not just 1 couch with a tv at a weird angle because of the kitchen. It’s a couch and love seat with an entertainment center and the kitchen space feels like it’s own separate space. Also this model has an outdoor kitchen, which is rare for a toy hauler. The only con was the factory antenna which was easy to replace. Show less

This toy hauler has it all. It keeps the wife happy with higher end living without having a fifth wheel. It also allows for a 4 seat side x side to fit in the separate garage. Would not have a different RV it’s perfect for families who love comfort and adventure. Show less

Considering we went from a Momentum to a Luxe, to compare the two would be to compare the moon to the sun. Luxe quality and adaptability matched our expectation of paying a premium price. We expected there to be issues, and we had our share, but the Luxe team was always willing to resolve the issue ASAP and went out of their way to resolve any issues to our satisfaction. We traveled the country and lived in the RV for 3 years, and everything has held up beautifully. Don't be afraid to buy a used rig as the quality they put into the initial build means it is built to last. We would definitely buy from Luxe again. Show less

Great unit used for towing my can am Spyder motorcycle across multiple states and parts of Canada Only real issue is the bed being a little difficult to make do to the position Of the bed and front walls Very much enjoy using my trailer every other weekend April thru November Show less

My RV was droped off during covid. Driver refused a walk through because it wasnt his job. Both roof mount air conditioners did not work. It took over a month of fighting with Gander RV in Idaho to have them replaced. I was retiring and wanted to travel. Propane heater has been in twice because it wont come on. Electric Fireplace started amoking and I shut it down... Am bing told by Camping world that the plug that powers it melted. Radio and TV come on by themselves intermittently and will turn on putter speakers by itself. Warranty says they wont replace it unless their representative witnesses it! SERIOUSLY They tried to say it was a power surge... I showed them the surge protector they sold me that is in perfect working order. Then warranty told the Service people they then believed it was possibly struck by lightning. Service center told them there were no evidence of that and the problem is only centralized by entertainment center. They love to take your money but you have to fight tooth n nail to make them replace things in a unit you bought brandnew for 50 grand. Plus bought their extended warranty... I had to cancel retirement travel due to all the ongoing issues. Pretty sad! Now they will pay for replacing the electrical outlet and fireplace but told me I have to pay for all shipping costs of parts? 36 years of breaking my back to retire and this is the business I have been dealt! ORV Manufacturing has the best customer service; I stopped calling the dealership and if ever a question arises, I can call ORV and get help ordering a part or making an adjustment. Very well built and solid platforms are what make ORV products stand out from the mass produced trailer factories in Indiana. These trailers tow very well and although heavy, they are well balanced. Components are industry standard ie. Coleman Mack, Lippert, Suburban, MaxxAire, etc. but the bones of these trailers are what is special and what makes them maintain value. Show less

Hated to do this but I'm so over Keystone RV. They are the worst and thanks to there being NO lemon laws I have ZERO legal recourse. They are refusing to refund my money at all. I hope all my friends post this everywhere they feel comfortable. Here is a SMALL sampling (I have 27 pages of repair requests) of what has happened with my NEW camper since I picked it up on 4/12: 3/30/2023 bought the camper 4/12/2023 picked up from dealer 4/16/2023 first incident with the vent covers and roof inspection, side of camper flapping going down the road and broken leg on couch in cargo area 4/19/2023 wire creating spark when moving the slide, front door not latching, front cap on shower not attached bowing out 1/2", screws missing on the panel, drawers not latching 4/28/2023 took in for water heater throwing an error the roof inspection showed sealant with voids. 06/02/2023 window blew out of camper while driving to appointment, awning has cuts, awning lights not fully working, Entry door latch broke locking me in the camper, leak from under shower running into the bedroom damaging bathroom sink, water leaking around vent not at the cover damaging the ceiling on both sides of it they said they found no leak 6/16/2023 more water leaking under the camper and the fireplace, water heater installed incorrectly causing it to leak, speaker fell out of ceiling, black tank not draining fully, kennel door not closing was put in crooked, 7/6/2023 ceiling still getting wet when it rains. Water heater had an E3 error, Kitchen sink not draining properly causing water to run out from under it into the living area, peeling around the cabinet in the bedroom 7/10/2023 got home from the dealer (they kept it over the weekend) and noticed that the wheel well was coming off. 7/31/2023 took back for more issues regarding the walls bubbling and repair of awning and window. When they figured out the black tank flush inlet found it was going straight into the fresh water tank contaminating the fresh water tank more every time I thought I was flushing the black water. Took our striker, 2916 camping for the first time and it’s already sheared bolt off the stabilizer jacks. The happy Jack seats I have already broke and one of the legs came loose and tore through the fabric. The shower leaks in two places I’ve really been disappointed with this to have these problems on one trip.. Show less

We purchased this RV in January 2021 (brand new) from the well known RV dealership located in Strafford, Missouri. Eighteen things fell apart on our first camping trip in March. We do not recommend this model or this well known RV dealership.. It has been a two year battle trying to get it fixed. It still is not fixed. Things that fell apart: Bed (lifts up for storage) it came apart when opened borad was broken, bench seat at dinette collapsed, radio quit working, tv bounced all around (only one screww holding it to wall), etc. The well known RV dealership has not honored the warranties. Still trying to get the slide fixed. This camper has been a lemon since our first camping trip. Have contacted the CEO of this well known RV dealership more than three time. His saying, "If your happy then I'm happy", is a big joke! We are definitely not happy campers! Show less
