We’ve had an awesome time with our Paradigm 382RK! The rear living floor plan is hands down our favorite feature—it feels super spacious, and the layout is just perfect for how we like to travel. We love having a half bath, and the master suite has tons of storage, which is a huge plus when you’re on the road for long stretches. We decided to go with the 8K axles to get more carrying capacity, and it’s been a game-changer for us. The independence suspension also makes for such a smooth ride; you can really tell the difference, especially on rougher roads. And honestly, the full-body paint? It’s a head-turner! We catch ourselves just standing there, admiring how good it looks. But beyond the RV itself, the folks at Alliance have been amazing. They’ve been so helpful from the start, always going out of their way to make sure we’re happy. It’s hard to find that level of customer service these days. All in all, we’re absolutely loving this coach, and we’d 100% recommend it to anyone thinking about getting an RV. It’s been such a great experience for us!

We bought this 5th wheel brand new in 2023 and travelled in it full time. We absolutely loved the layout and the features, but ultimately it only lasted 18 months and about 15k miles. The RV was a problem from day 1. We towed it home and within a couple of days realized they had damaged a wire and pinched it against the metal wall studs, which was a SERIOUS fire hazard. Luckily it was caught early. The next few months were riddled with multiple problems from holes drilled in sewer vent pipes, improperly installed gaskets and failed leveling system. Keystone paid for mobile techs each time, but not without pushback. At the 3 month mark we found one of the cross members had already broken and had to have a mobile welder come and repair our 3 MONTH old frame. Over the next 15 months we had more and more problems from shoddy workmanship. The bedroom slide (Schwintek) failed multiple times, even after being fully replaced. We finally determined it was because the wall studs were all broken. We also started having more frame issues as we reached the 16 month mark, so the point that 4 more cross members had failed (the repaired one was the only one still holding up). It took almost 3 months of fighting with Keystone to come to a resolution on the issue.

We bought this 5th wheel brand new in 2021 and travelled in it full time. We loved the layout and the features, but ultimately it only lasted 15 months and about 15k miles. We had the typical trim popping loose and minor issues which were easily addressed. About 5 months in we had our first major issue which was a brake failure. Admittedly not Keystone's fault, and they covered the cost of a mobile tech coming to replace them. We really didn't have any complaints until we hit the 15 month mark when I noticed the floor had a big wave to it from one side to the other. After digging into it, I realized that the cross members had ALL completely failed. Every weld was broken from front to back, so the floor and the hitch was the only thing holding it together. It took 3 weeks of fighting with Keystone, while stuck in a hotel to come to a resolution on the issue.

We have been very pleased with our new Montana. All of our trips so far have been short, 100 to 500 miles or so. We've had three component failures, a Propane/02 detector, a motion light in our stairway and the JBL radio. Keystone and Rick's RV in Ville Platte La. has handled our warranty claims without a visit to the dealership. We couldn't be happier with the support from both. RV manufacturers sometimes get a bad rap. These things are built using hundreds of parts and pieces and everything breaks. And I'll also say that If you're not a handy man at some level, you shouldn't own an RV. When you buy a Montana you can be assured you're buying a quality RV.

The 2020 Keystone Alpine 3712KB is an outstanding fifth wheel that combines luxury, comfort, and practicality in a beautiful package. The five-slide open floor plan provides an incredibly spacious living area that feels like home. The modern features, such as the leather couches with seat heaters, fireplace, and stylish kitchen, elevate the experience. What truly sets this RV apart is its attention to detail and convenience. The large walk-in pantry and abundant storage throughout make it easy to keep everything organized. The walk-in shower and washer and dryer in the master suite are excellent additions, making long-term travel much more comfortable. The hydraulic leveling system takes the hassle out of setup. Overall, the Alpine 3712KB is perfect for luxury and functionality in a fifth wheel. Highly recommended

I bought the RV on September 1, 2024 and still have not received it as they sold it to me with a title with a lien on it and 27 days later, I still cannot get a lien release, so I have still not received my RV. I have contacted the dealer over and over and they told me I had to wait seven days for my cashiers check to clear and then after that, I found out they did not have the title, then, when they did have the title it has a lien on it from a bank inMaryland, and they have been unable to get a release on the lien. Therefore, no proof they are in the RV. This should’ve been done before they ever sold it!

We bought our unit and have had a lot of trouble which with what we paid we feel we should not. first the quality is horrible, the drawers fall apart the bedroom slide leaks so bad if it’s going to rain we have to pull the slide in the shower head was put together with the water tube too short which made the rain shower nor work properly, very little to no water coming out the front door won’t lock most of the time our floor in the living area in front of yard couch rotted out mind you this rig has not been out much at all and is stored in a concrete floor garage completely enclosed the windows are fogging up the refrigerator shelves and bins have all had to be replaced because they cracked going down the road the cover on the water heater flies off going down the road the wood wrap on the bed falls off etc etc etc and the crossroads company told us to file under our insurance we got no help from the manufacturer nor the dealer which was explorer USA in Denton texas which is now called blue compass something like that same owner different name, hum makes me wonder if maybe they had too many law sutras with the other name. We are so disappointed in both crossroads redwood and the dealer my advise do not pay as much as we di (over100 thousand) we have friends who have a forest river surveyor which is built 10 times better than our redwood it’s not prettier but better quality My advise to crossroads if your going to build crap then price it there and put warnings out “your rig may fall apart going down the road”

We purchased this RV 2022 at a dealership in Memphis TN which went bankrupt and they lost the information on our purchase. They couldn't help us on warranty. My husband had more knowledge on trailers than I did. This Trailer very nice at first until the nightmare that this trailer has had it's not worth getting and Steven called it the covid trailer, The manufacturer did a cheap and crappy job putting it together. Having problems with the springs and trucks having cracks and rust. Needing to weld them back together on a very dangerous highway, no help. Now having to replace the truck, sucks. To old and sick to fix it. The adder needs replaced for the bottom part of it where the screws are cracked the metal and lost the bottom part of it. Sewage issues and had to replace the parts, that's nasty. Leaking of air conditioning vents. Replacing the TV because of the TV mount coming unscrewed during transport. So basically, there's a lot to fix and lots of money to spend on this trailer for having it for only 2 years. Can't wait to get rid of it.
