I have had this RV for 10 months. I decided to pay the extra $10k for the full body paint and I have been dealing with Keystone for 3 months to get the paint issues resolved. There are large sections of paint that is just peeling off the front cap. There are now 2 "soft ball" size sections of paint that has just peeled off the front cap and several other areas and now Keystone will NOT stand behind their warranty as they are stating they are caused by rock chips. I explained to Keystone that rock chips should not cause the paint to peel off the trailer in large (3"-5") pieces as it appears there was either an issue when they painted the trailer or an issue with the paint. At this point Keystone basically told me it is my fault and won't do anything about it. DO NOT BUY A KEYSTONE PRODUCT! Holiday World who I bought it from is also no help!!

We spent last winter Boise and did very well even without skirting. I have fixed a few things hear and there but overall the unit has performed very well.. We pull it with a 2010 tundra with 10000# tow package. It is a double cab with 7.3 engine.

Do not buy a keystone product. My 20 23 passport has been nothing but a hunk of s*** since I've bought it. I am working in a disaster area on the Virginia and North Carolina line and have been down here for about 4 weeks The air conditioning is out for the fourth time this year. The refrigerator was out all last year. Tonight is supposed to get down to 30 and now the heater is out. The side of the camper is pulling loose and the awning motor has broken. I have used this thing successfully 19 days and last year and a half. Now I'm going to have to drag off this job working in the disaster area because I have no heat. Keystone needs to get their act together they used to be a great camper now they are the Yugo of the camper industry. I need to know where to drop this hunk of s*** off at in Elkins Indiana so they can see what type of crap they're putting out there on the road. There needs to be some type of consumer relations or class action lawsuit against s*** like this.

My favorite amenities are the full refrigerator with ice maker, central vacuum, king size bed with the most comfortable mattress I've ever had and dual air. I seriously could live in it.

Love the layout. Overall construction quality is average. Several trim pieces have had to be replaced, table had to be screwed back in the wall after the first trip. Shower leaked from not being sealed properly. Cabinet construction is not the best. Tankless Water heater is too far from the shower and kitchen so it is a 20 second wait for water to heat up. However, the size of the unit and the overall layout are wonderful for a couples camper.

I bought the trailer used from RVDirect in Titusville,Fl. I feel that I paid top dollar for the year it was. Upon viewing it seemed to be in very good condition and was assured it was. After purchase I began finding many small thing wrong, one being the rubber corner covers sliding down and dry rotted. The kitchen slide had a leak and the bathroom toilet was leaking. These are just a few items. I do know it is used but only 3 years old. It seems at the price of this trailer it shouldn’t be having these problems this soon. Not a fan, should have gone with another vendor and Forest River.

Love the floor plan. But we have had several travel trailers. This one was an absolute nightmare. Air conditioner went out luckily it was replaced. The kitchen area slide had a very bad leak within the end of first year. Make sure you look underthe table along slideout floor edges. Terrible everytime it rains. Then my bedroom slide isnt coming in with either the motor or off track. So all these problems with a 2022 and here it is still 2024. If you’re buying a camper i highly recommend looking elsewhere. Unless your good with spending like $19,000 a year for two years. And praying for the best. I contacted Keystone and there warranties are absolutely worthless. They cover nothing! Slide motors arei guess only guaranteed for 1 year. This companies gladly takes your money but doesn’t care for you after that! All you get is an im sorry you feel that way! Plus this camper has sat still since purchase. So it was babied.

We bought this 5th wheel brand new in 2023 and travelled in it full time. We absolutely loved the layout and the features, but ultimately it only lasted 18 months and about 15k miles. The RV was a problem from day 1. We towed it home and within a couple of days realized they had damaged a wire and pinched it against the metal wall studs, which was a SERIOUS fire hazard. Luckily it was caught early. The next few months were riddled with multiple problems from holes drilled in sewer vent pipes, improperly installed gaskets and failed leveling system. Keystone paid for mobile techs each time, but not without pushback. At the 3 month mark we found one of the cross members had already broken and had to have a mobile welder come and repair our 3 MONTH old frame. Over the next 15 months we had more and more problems from shoddy workmanship. The bedroom slide (Schwintek) failed multiple times, even after being fully replaced. We finally determined it was because the wall studs were all broken. We also started having more frame issues as we reached the 16 month mark, so the point that 4 more cross members had failed (the repaired one was the only one still holding up). It took almost 3 months of fighting with Keystone to come to a resolution on the issue.

We bought this 5th wheel brand new in 2021 and travelled in it full time. We loved the layout and the features, but ultimately it only lasted 15 months and about 15k miles. We had the typical trim popping loose and minor issues which were easily addressed. About 5 months in we had our first major issue which was a brake failure. Admittedly not Keystone's fault, and they covered the cost of a mobile tech coming to replace them. We really didn't have any complaints until we hit the 15 month mark when I noticed the floor had a big wave to it from one side to the other. After digging into it, I realized that the cross members had ALL completely failed. Every weld was broken from front to back, so the floor and the hitch was the only thing holding it together. It took 3 weeks of fighting with Keystone, while stuck in a hotel to come to a resolution on the issue.
