We bought this new in 2015. Very nice quality, excellent room for a small trailer, especially the rear bathroom. We love the cabinet style. We bought this new in 2015. Very nice quality, excellent room for a small trailer, especially the rear bathroom. We love the cabinet style. The only issues have been keeping the exterior clean, a few screw pops on the back bottom metal strip, and after 5 years, the water drip plastic piece cracked and we got water in. That was easily fixed. Overall, it has held up very well with minor problems.

Actual model is 37 New Vision Sportster 5th wheel toyhauler unit is not four season as delivered. Added insulation and heat to basement including tanks. Removed pull out coach and dinette added Lane recliners and sofa. Electrical was limited by undersized conductors for converter and current limitor capacity which required correction. Overall quality is average with mid priced competing units but better than Keyston/Lippert IMHO
