Great for all type of road trips as well as a very secure emergency shelter during power outages from hurricanes or other major weather events. Truly more of a "glamping" experience for many adventures including an add on accommodations for visitors at your home.

Purchased new from a reputable dealer in Florida . Jayco customer service very responsive, quickly replaced a leaky window under their two year warranty.. The coach has been extremely reliable with a few minor issues over 40,000 miles. Ford V10 engine with tow/haul has been trouble free. Interior quality very good. Large basement compartments with pass throughs. No issues with genset , AC or appliances. Cab noise louder than I would like. Overall quality good.

We purchased the Jayco Greyhawk 27U in 2020. Our model was manufactured before the Covid quality issues began. Our experience has been 100% positive and we have had no need for any warranty or factory support. Having a king-size bed adds a dimension of comfort that is rare in an RV. I expected that driving an E-450 truck would be a challenge, but with the J-Plus suspension, it rides very smooth and handles well. The tow mode makes mountain driving easy. I work remotely and carry a mast with high-gain cellular antenna that allows me to have my video meetings for "almost" anywhere. We tow a 2002 Jeep Wrangler with a bike rack that carries two e-bikes and have been real happy with this RV.

This model is a great, lower-priced, entry level motor home. Low cost, great towing capability while offering a floor plan that is great for two people but can accommodate up to six if need be. The overhead offers a great area for storage. It's shorter length is conducive to fitting into shorter driveways, saving on monthly storage fees. It is also great for shopping malls with small parking spaces and tight fitting RV sites. It has a roomy bedroom with a less-to-go wrong, single slide out. I love the queen size bed with side tables on both sides. Also, the bed is walk-around. No climbing over your partner to get in or out of bed. Being the same level as the rest of the unit, there is no toe-stubbing risers. It also has a complete bed, no cutoff corners. Like any Class C, you have to make allowances for noise while driving. Careful packing and use of towels will help to cut down on rattling. Towing capacity is best in class. Combined with a shorter wheel base, one can flat tow a vehicle, boat, horse trailer or even another RV trailer and easily maneuver in tight spaces. I didn't have to use Factory Warranty but Dealer Support was excellent.

Bought the 2023 Jayco Alante and have had nothing but issues with it. The refrigerator took over a year before that it was fixed properly. The front windows have been replaced four times. In January this year they replaced the passenger window for the third time. The RV did not get rained on until July and the window leaked like a sieve. Call Jayco and they said factory warranty was done in February you're on your own. They put four defective windows in my RV and they still don't stand behind their product. In the RV all the drawers kept opening and jamming in the slide out and two of the drawers broke sliding out into the back area. Jacob would not put the proper latches to keep them from sliding out. I had to purchase them and pay $200 to have them installed. The workmanship is shoddy and the customer service is atrocious. I've never spent so much money and treated so poorly. It's up to you if you want to buy a Jayco but I recommend Run to the Hills. Also I expect to hear nothing from Jayco

We have 14k miles on the unit, and for the most part we love our Greyhawk. It is amazingly insulated from cold and heat; A/C works great and heat in cold climates works wonderful. We have the double door frig/freezer and it works wonderful. Not thrilled with the Furion TVs that were installed, but since we don't watch a lot of TV, we put up with it. Also not thrilled with the pull-out couch and we're going to look into swapping it out for entertainment recliners since we don't need the extra pullout bed. Did not have a stability/sway bar initially and we installed one ourselves which gave tremendous driving improvement on corners. That is a Ford malfunction and should be standard on this type of higher end Class C. Added King satellite and also solar panels and swapped out the standard 12v coach battery to 2 6v batteries which was a significant investment and has paid for itself. One major drawback is the Jensen radio/camera unit. Turn cameras are great but the backup camera has failed for the 3rd time now in 7 years. Off warranty and Jayco did really screw the customer with this model because the cable connection is 5 pin to the camera (specific to this Jensen unit) so we can't get a better, more reliable camera system without changing out the ENTIRE radio/satellite/camera station and even then, the wiring is all interior to the walls of the Greyhawk so new wiring would have to be run on the outside of the interior walls of the coach and not something we want to see. We do have an option to dump the Jensen backup camera only and use another product, which we may just do. As it is, $450 to replace just the backup camera including labor and that's steep when you're on the 3rd camera in 7 years.

A great awd off pavement RV as long as you never leave your driveway. This is the 4th RV I have owned and I really want to love it, but I don't. It is the first year for this model so it is not surprising to have issues. There are so many design flaws and components that just don't allow this unit to be driven off pavement or for boondocking. Ford did their part, Jayco did not. No ceiling vent, water tank siphons water almost immediately after filling, no Jayco manual ( and they have no intention of creating one ), window bug screens don't fit snuggly in their frames so insects of all sizes easily again access to the interior, drawer latches are in the wrong position so drawers continuely slide open, floor is buckling as the glue they used doesn't appear to hold the floor down, cupboards arrived without the struts, the wet bath is a terrible design and bathroom floor is not solid, dining area sitting is extremely uncomfortable, dining table is permanently fixed to the floor and is awkward to sit at., has a useless skylight where a vent fan should be, the bedroom closet doors swing the wrong direction which makes using them extremely difficult. The Granite Ridge handles really well in all driving conditions. The power train, suspension and all the chassis customizing is phenomenal. I like all the storage, I deleted the outdoor kitchen option and removed the propane tank. The gear garage is huge and easily accessible. Beds are comfy, lots of light and good air circulation in the bedroom. The bedroom is not designed for tall or overweight individuals. In fact the coach would not suit large people at all. The solar panel, battery, inverter and generator supply lots of power. We have had no energy issues yet. The portable stovetop and microwave/convection oven do their job efficiently and don't suck much power. Good lighting, heating and air conditioning. TV works well with good imaging. The outdoor awning is great and the wind sensor on it works well. We just did a 6000 mile journey with it through Oregon and Utah and gave it a good testing. We are now dealing with all the warranty issues and will write another review later. We want to Love it.
