Bought the 2023 Jayco Alante and have had nothing but issues with it. The refrigerator took over a year before that it was fixed properly. The front windows have been replaced four times. In January this year they replaced the passenger window for the third time. The RV did not get rained on until July and the window leaked like a sieve. Call Jayco and they said factory warranty was done in February you're on your own. They put four defective windows in my RV and they still don't stand behind their product. In the RV all the drawers kept opening and jamming in the slide out and two of the drawers broke sliding out into the back area. Jacob would not put the proper latches to keep them from sliding out. I had to purchase them and pay $200 to have them installed. The workmanship is shoddy and the customer service is atrocious. I've never spent so much money and treated so poorly. It's up to you if you want to buy a Jayco but I recommend Run to the Hills. Also I expect to hear nothing from Jayco

My wife and I visited the RV Country traveling show in Sparks, Nevada May 30, 2023. After a salesman showed us a RV, barely getting a chance to look it over, and no test drive, the first salesman requested my drivers license to make a copy, I obliged him. He excused himself, then returned with another salesman, and without my drivers license! He introduced us to him and left us. After awhile again I asked for my drivers license back, so we could leave. He said OK. But, then again, he returned with another salesman and still no drivers license! He introduced us and left! This time it was the head sales team manager. He was relentless! Kept Sweetening the deal! Again, I asked for my drivers license. We told him we were not interested, and I wanted my drivers license back, so we could leave! He clarified the deal was only good that day! He continued to coerce us into making a deal. Regretfully, we agreed to purchase a "brand new" 2023 Jayco Integra Vision 27A, class A gas RV. We paid for it, signed over our trade, and signed the paperwork on May 30th, 2023. They scheduled us for a walk thru delivery three days later, June 3rd, 2023, and then they finally returned my drivers license. Upon delivery on June 3rd, 2023 is when we first learned our "brand new" RV we just purchased wasn't even safe to drive home. They informed us we would have to schedule a follow-up service appointment with the local RV Country service department for repairs. We did, ASAP! We were forced to take delivery that night though! We were left feeling helpless by the RV Country traveling sale team and in possession of a piece of junk, after the traveling team left town. Still! As of today, January 6th, 2024 RV Country is still in possession of our "brand new" 2023 Jayco Integra Vision 27A RV, working on the three page list of safety items and repairs. And in the mean time we are still making $800.00 per month payments. But, cant use it! Jayco and RV Country wont even exchange it for another RV of equal or lesser value without charging us another $50K! We wanted a new RV, not this big headache! We don't recommend a Jayco product, and definitely wont be recommending RV Country, a unethical company to anybody. Try a Winnebago and Camping World, instead!

The Jayco Precept 29V is not huge, and I probably wouldn't want to live in one full time. However, at 32 feet it is comfortable for several weeks at a time and it's easy to maneuver into nearly any park or campground and many boondocking locations. The single slide minimizes potential mechanical difficulties of having multiple slides. The galley is modest but contains every convenience of your home kitchen. One of my favorite floorplan features is the dinette placement on the patio side. Who wants to eat meals looking at the utilities or your neighbor's patio!? And there are many other features we like, such as a full shower that accommodates my 6'2" frame with no problem, king-sized bedroom, another bed (queen) that is tucked up against the ceiling of the cab until you use the power feature to lower it for use. And don't forget the large tanks for fresh and waste water, propane, and a large onboard generator making it easy to go several days without hookups. Oh, and did I mention the Ford V10 has plenty of power to flat tow a full-sized SUV? There are just too many cleverly engineered features of this RV to list individually.

I recommend if you’re considering a Jayco product, spend a bit more money and get out of the bottom class of RVs, which definitely includes Jayco.

Live in Omaha. Bought new 2022 Alante 29S, from RV One (Tampa sight unseen) since local Jayco dealership wanted 20K$ more for exact same coach. First Class A I’ve owned. April 2022, flew Tampa. 1 hour walk through. Rock chips on front paint, dents in radiator pre-cooler (1300 miles on odo was told driven to RV One from manufacturer), couldn’t extend awning (another RV parked to close to passenger side but slide was out - later), hose underneath slide on inside (they fixed there), TV on inside on demo mode (later), fresh water tank heater thermo pads not attached (they fixed there), started coach, everything worked motorized wise, showed how radio/side/back up cams worked (later). Drove to hotel to leave for Omaha next day. Parked in hotel lot. Extended awning but it only retracted 3/4 way (enough to drive back following morning - they fixed). Drove back RV was all over road and every time shut coach off had to reset radio memory (later). En-route door was hard to open (later). Back in Omaha discovered RV out of alignment and rear fender well mud flap not correctly attached. Jayco customer service would not cover alignment “normal wear and tear” but would mud flap. RV One paid alignment. Should of been my first clue. May 2022. One weekend for shakedown. Problems. Called local Jayco could not get my coach service under warranty until Aug 2022. Jayco referred to 3rd party which got me July 6, 2022. In March 2023 3rd party said done. Reason I was told why it took so long was the 3rd party was waiting on Jayco to approve work before beginning the work and parts. TV’s (no cables from antenna to tv’s) from factory) radio (memory wire not connected-later), decal on outside kitchen (removed should not have been on the door), mudflap (no screws in front of wheel well), power outlet in kitchen (power was attached from factory), and it goes on and on. Home now but had to pay out of pocket $3200 up front to get my RV out of 3rd party shop (another Jayco story). Now backup/side cams not working. Called local Jayco dealership. Stated if I didn’t buy it from them they would not service it. Took back to 3rd party. Radio was bad (which controls cams). They didn’t say it but didn’t want to deal with Jayco and couldn’t do anymore without me contacted the radio manufacturer directly. June 2023. Called Jayco customer service and they got me in to local Jayco dealership but not until July 6, 2023 and my coach is still there as of September 6, 2023. My coach has 3200 miles on it and never has been used. Been the worst “investment”of my entire life. I will not go on as writing this gets me more PO’d.

precept 36a, has been a total nightmare. The unit has been in the shop longer than we have actually used it. From the leaking showers , awning not working, the front shade just stop working , both house and the cab ac's stop working in the heat of our summer trips The glue they used to mickey mouse this unit together has dripped all over the cabinetry leaving yellow residue all over the the cabinets. The unit has been a complete crap show. The Solar that came with the unit has been totally useless. Everything is smoke and mirrors. The finish on the cabinets are peeling off. We are completely disappointed with this purchase. We haven't had this unit for a year yet and it feels and looks 10 years old already, without even a good 4 months of use . The most use it has gotten is being stuck at the dealership. I called the manufacturer and the lady who is an attorney was so rude but in her rudeness she asked me if I was and attorney and then it clicked; I am not an attorney but I will have one shortly.

purchasing the Jayco Allante 29. after only now for a few months and having to operate air conditioners and other equipment at the same time. It has come up that the 30 amp is not adequate enough for the usage of the appliances in the unit. There is time is it what AC is on the microwave and TV that it will ship the 30 amp breaker mind you that your refrigerator is also still on. I would think the Jayco would have tested is to make sure there’s enough power to run what is needed to be ran.
