Could not wait to own a north point, everything I read top of line fifth wheel, first mistake bought in 2022, thankfully warranty was good i got to use it , pro didn’t work all the time ( replaced) light around vanity didn’t work, (replaced)window shades don’t work anymore,refrigerator works only when it wants too, dealer can’t find problem, so nothing wrong? Computer board had to be replaced, outside spot light doesn’t work and I’m sure I forgot a couple things Show less

Purchased new in 2014. Only issue was with the paint on the nose and the rear cap. The paint is dark and became sun bleached, Jayco repainted but years later same issue. Other than that have not had another issue with this rig. She has spent 2 winters in DC keeping us cozy and comfy even in the coldest weather. Show less

We bought this new in June of 2022 and we still love it. We've put about 15,000 miles on her so far. Like most rv's, we've had a few minor things that I took care of myself. We were in Arizona this summer and I noticed some wrinkles along the sides of the roof membrane. I called Jayco and explained what I saw and that by the time I got back to South Carolina to let someone look at it, my warranty would be expired. They extended my warranty on the spot and did fully cover a new roof membrane that was installed in August. Show less

I’ve owned this unit for over four years now not one problem so far with any of the mechanical slide mechanisms, air conditioning, or need electronics inside. The only thing that I would’ve changed and will make sure when I purchase on my next unit, the door hinges are glued and a couple of them have come have separated from the doors from the hinges, easy fix but still.. We've had this camper for three years and traveled over 10,000 miles (summer in Florida). It's been perfect. No problems and very comfortable to live in. This size of 5th wheel is easy to pull and make corners with. When turning into campsites, this model tracks along the same lines as the truck. We couldn't be happier. Show less

We decided to purchase a Jayco versus other brands due to prior recommendations from others. We have been very happy until our bracket holding our awning started coming out of the side. We spent $400.00 to have it repaired. The RV service department said it was not connected to anything but the siding. No reimbursement from Jayco. Just want to let people know about this poor quality workmanship in case others experience the same. Show less

The North Point is an exceptional fifth wheel. We have not had any issues with the RV as the first owner. No need for warranty work and the quality is excellent. Tons of room for family trips or parking for extended stays . Great basement storage and large storage options inside as well. The 6 point leveling system makes setting up a breeze. Show less

This RV has been very enjoyable. The floor plan makes for a very livable unit for extended periods of time. The large bathroom with dual vanities works well for both getting ready in the morning. The unit has tons of storage. There is also an abundance of lighting options. The dual awnings gives you plenty of cover and shade. The reclining chairs have heat, massage and light features. Every thing a person needs to vacation and relax in style is found in this unit. Show less

I bought this one used and found a few things that have troubled me since I took delivery... 1. 14 bolts missing to hold front frame to chassis... 2. no camber on the curb side main rail... 3. Screws going through side walls with no caulk or sealant leaking... 4.Screws holding the drip edge on were drywall screws, no caulking or sealant coving them so water will get in... I was at the Tampa RV Show and spoke with the Eastern Reginal Sales Manager Martin Seneca sent him pictures and when he found out I was a second owner there was no more contact other than to tell me the warranty isn't transferable... WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! Went with Jayco due to 2/3yr warranty and now wondering if we chose right brand. This was our first time ever owning any mobile type RV home. We were so excited to pick it up, as it was so beautiful… but soon as we drove it off the lot this May 3rd , not only was the main entry door flying open on the highway (even tho we kept locking it), but that same evening around 10pm, the electric and AC shut off. Called RV VIP to help us run a check but they couldn’t locate the issue. Thank God we had put a generator on it as it was insanely HOT in Florida. Next morning RV VIP sent a technician and after 2 hours and $300 later, he thought he had located the issue. That same night, after he left, electric and AC went off again. Next morning we drove it right back to the dealer with both issues as well as a cracked bedroom cabinet door, and cracked microwave glass plate, and bathroom door had fallen off hinges!!! We had it less than 48 hours and everything was falling apart. The entry door (that kept flying open) also had lots of light coming in around rim, appearing as tho it was improperly sealed. Dealer informed us within a week or so the electric/AC issue was located and fixed. Yet, here we are now June 6, OVER A MONTH LATER, and warranty has been battling replacing the entry door, and all the other simple issues. Also battling paying us back the $300 for technician RV VIP had to send out. Why did Jayco offer 1 year free RV VIP if they won’t cover or help cover the service costs??? We are supposed to leave on a cross country MOVE and use our RV for the trip in 8 days Show less
