I Know I didn't buy an Holiday Rambler but now have owned 2 Fleetwood products that are built buy the same Group. Both the Motorhomes have been nothing but Junk. The first one was the Fleetwood Flair. I had not very good luck with that unit right from the fridge to the paint always cracking and them trying to take the easy way out buy giving me a payout and still being stuck with a piece of junk. So I thought maybe cause it was the low end, I decided to trade it up for a Bounder. The Bounder was another $200,000.00 so you would think the quality would be better, NOT still garbage. These units have been such a bad experience that we don't even want to camp anymore. Trying to get problems fixed through Warranty is a joke as they have no clue. I am still waiting for the factory to resolve the issue with the external bowing wall that pulls away from the cabinets at least 3/4 to a full 1" every time the sun shines on the exterior wall. The customer service/Warranty guy I am dealing with never gets back to a consumer. Isn't that right Ricardo Torres. That Is his name by the way. I have only been able to use this unit 9 times in 2 years cause it's always in for repairs. All as I can say as the REV Group is the biggest JOKE I have ever seen. I would watch out when buying a Holiday Rambler as well cause I know the exterior walls have been falling out as well. This Outfit (REV GROUP) Doesn't stand behind any of their products. I am trying to spread the word so no one else has to deal with the issues I am having. These idiots will regret dealing with me as I am posting on every site I can find.

This has been the best RV. We have thoroughly enjoyed travel in it. Being a smaller RV we can visit some of the parks a larger RV can not. It has everything you need for month long trips. It is easy to drive, easy to operate, easy to maintain, easy to tow a toad, and very comfortable. The set up after arriving to a park is pretty easy and doesn't take much time at all. We have added a lot of after market extras to make the drive quieter and smoother. We tow a 2013 Chevy Equinox with our RV. It's a great RV!

We purchased this RV to travel with our 2 daughters. The bunkhouse floorplan with 1 1/2 baths is perfect for a family with kids. Some of the things that make it very comfortable for long trips or even full time living are the washer / dryer combo, nice size shower, queen bed in the master bedroom with lots of storage, and nice seating in the living area. We like to turn the driver and passenger seats to the rear and use the removeable table between them as an office area when parked. The dual AC units (1 with heat pump), electric fireplace and dual propane furnaces keep it comfortable year round. There is a lot of basement storage as well. We have been happy with the overall quality of the RV. We have had no major problems. Would highly recommend.

Starting with POP RV ads on their website and other RV sales sites, POP RV was very deceptive.. The RV salesman in Michigan was Brad from Team Vincent (Bradley & Kristy), at teamvincent@popsells... After the closing on our motorhome I emailed Brad to ask him for the keyless entry code, since I'm in New Mexico and the motorhome is in Holly, Michigan.. Here is Brads response after closing, ""I'm sorry to say that when the seller accepted his advertisement he did not uncheck that the unit does not have keyless entry. I apologize for this hiccup."" So now I wonder what else might be incorrect in their listing?? The closing agent at POP RVs was Tracy Howard, she also screwed up big time, I told her from the beginning to use my name and member of LLC.. She only used my name, which means I'll have a big hassle sending paperwork back and forth to be changed and notarized.. I wish I never did business with this incompetent company POP RVs... SUCKS!! Brad has never responded since I found his deception.. Update: Tracy Howard the closing agent has corrected the paperwork, which will alleviate any future problems with our LLC.

We've used it in winter and summer and it has adequate heating and cooling to keep you comfortable year round. Love the large refrigerator with the ice maker (you never run out of ice). Not happy with the RV Dealer we purchased the motor home from but, that is what I hear from almost all RVer's. I've had to call the factory on several occasions and they responded right away and tried to help me any way they could.

The Holiday Rambler is an excellent Class A RV for many reasons. First, the 31' length allows you to park completely in two normal parking spaces. Pull into a space, take the one in front of you also and you are out of the lanes and safely parked. It also handles very well from the factory. The Ford F-53 chassis is a very popular chassis and you can get parts for the chassis such as brake shoes, calipers, starter, alternator, etc. from any auto parts store. They carry parts for large F350 pickups and the parts are the same. The engine (Ford 460 V8) and Transmission (Ford C-6) are known as being Bulletproof. My 59,000 miles with only oil and brake changes are a testament to that. I did add airbags front and rear as the chassis swayed a lot about 30,000 miles. The springs were tired. They offer thicker sway bars but I was happy with just the airbags. The coach is made from Welded Aluminum tubing and is well insulated. Mine had the winter package with dual pane windows and heat to the wet bay where the water tank is. The cabinets are solid oak frames and faces of drawers. We never (24 years old) has never had a door or drawer come apart. The bed is very comfortable with just a mattress topper, and the Drivers seats are very plush and soft. At about 40,000 miles I switched the driver and passenger seat because the right side of the driver was worn and compressed. The passenger didn't even notice it and the seat is like new now. I have often driven 10 hours at a time and never complained about the seat.

First off avoid General RV tampa. Worst customer service. We paid for our W/D to be moved from our exiting toy hauler to the unit and they told us they were not going to install for us. It took my husband 1.5 hours to do the job and they wanted 880 for the job. We had a long punch list of items that 9 months later are still not repaired. Our walk through the day of purchase was rushed and we have continued to be told conflicting information about our unit. We were told we did not have solar. We do. We were told the tv did not pull out. It does. We have two recalls on the unit with no parts to repair. We cannot locate the outdoor satellite hook up that states is included and apparently we have a auto retract awning which we were told it was not. The toilets have been malfunctioning and have air locks and the sensor shuts it off at 2/3 full with no warning. We have been left without working toilets several times. We cannot boondock for fear of not having usable toilets. The engine screams and high revs during any type of hill climb. Spark plug wires have burnt due to improper wires that sit on the engine. We have engine lights on almost every trip. We can only book repairs 4 months out. The ice maker has never worked. We picked up our unit on a Saturday and everyone left at 4:00 leaving us in the parking lot with antifreeze in our water tank. Limited staff on Sunday so we spent the night and on Monday morning the repair people would not speak to us or help us with anything. What should have been a very special day for us since we were working on our goal to go full time in a RV into us being abandoned in a parking lot. The workmanship on our unit is shabby. Trim missing, delaminating walls. Cabinet doors cracking due to poor install. Very sad. We plan on selling and purchasing a diesel once we get back to Florida this winter . When purchasing a new RV you can expect there will be some issues but this unit has surpassed anything we have experienced. We contacted the main headquarters to make arrangements to have them go over the unit and they wanted us to come to Indian in November. Pretty sad that based on our story they could not manage to fit us in for four months....

Water heater leaked and is replaced. Ford V10 engine never gave a lick of problem. Interior is sturdy and beautiful. Paint job is beautiful and like new. We lived in it and travelled for 15 months and loved it. We're selling (Aug 2021) and we may get close to our purchase price when we do (we'll see, but unbelievable if we do)!
