I bought this RV September,2021. I drove it 200 miles and made stop only to see front grill had collapsed in towards motor from being so poorly made the wind force broke it. It was $1,300.00 out of my pocket to replace. Next trip bunk bed slide would not retract back into place. We had to pay Mobil mechanic to come do temporary fix, went back to shop where I bought it. Went out again after this repair and we were good for few days. Then on way home we stopped at campground and had to leave on Sunday morning only to find 2 slides won’t retract. Again I pay for Mobil mechanic to for temporary repairs. Another trip south we were going to Florida and the engine blew a plug causing us to return home early. Had that repaired and another time we only were in Colonial Beach and again 2 slides not retracting. My cost again for Mobil mechanic and Uber ride home as RV mechanic had to bring parts next day for temp. Repairs. In mean time another grill busted so I paid shop to modify an old grill to make it stronger and replace it. The factory radio I paid to have Serius radio only to find factory radio has short in it somewhere that cost me lots money to learn. Factory tankless Hotwater heater has not worked properly since new. We finally took it to RV General RV Center in Ashland,Va for repairs and $5,000.00 later they said slides were “never” installed correctly at factory. It is back at their location waiting on factory recall parts. This RVhas spent more time broken down and in garages than I’ve had use. Even now when we get RV back from Shop we are not satisfied that it will be dependable for any trips. I feel I am I entitled to financial compensation for this coach as it’s not been dependable from first week we bought it. Very sad for such a good looking coach. I do plan to get media exposure on the troubles I’ve had if factory chooses not to do anything for me. Show less

I love the coach, But. I’m on 3rd grill as they are so cheaply made they break with wind force while driving. 2nd, rear commode has not worked properly since I bought new. 3rd, Hot water heater, “tankless “ some time takes gallons water before it hot then next time it’s instant. Please help me with these expensive repairs as dealership will not cover anything anymore. I don’t want to put it in the shop with out loaner for long periods of time as I’ve been doing as I bought it to use. Very unhappy owner , about to go public media with it if I get no help. Love floor plan and coach in general, But, I’ve had 2nd grill break just because headwinds blowing it into coach and breaking at cost of $1,300.00 each time. 2nd major problem is big slide with bunk beds keeps jumping track or something as it has never been correct. Won’t close all way or won’t go out sometime. I’m very disappointed with coach for price I paid. Show less

This is our 4th RV, and we love it. The floor plan is perfect for us. Tons of storage inside and outside. Lots of new tech features which makes Rving much easier. This unit is very well made and no problems thus far. Bath and a half makes the wife very happy as well. We choose this unit so we can visit state parks and large enough to be comfortable. Our last was a 45ft diesel pusher and broke down constantly. Support from Holiday Rambler is superb. We travel with 3 yorkies and they too love the RV. They all have their spots. Lets start with the good. Great gloor plan, good size tvs, great convection oven, lots of storage. Thats where it ends. Had it for 1 month and the check engine light came on. Turned out to be the #7 cylinder was misfiring. Trying to find a shop to take it was another issue. Ford dealerships in California arent willing to work on their own RV motors anymore because they are tired of getting sued. We finally found a shop to fix it and they found several other issues. The fuel filler neck had a hole, the rear axle was under recall and the swaybar was completely missing. I mean completely missing. No mounts, nothing. Took 2 months and several emails to get Ford to finally pull one off the assembly line and send it. Got it back and had it on the road for 2 trips before another check engine light came on. Now cylinder #3 is misfiring. Not to mention the engine is extremely loud, the radio never worked, can't find the switch to turn on the inhouse wifi, screws are constantly falling out. The floor tiles are pealing up. The drain in the bathroom leaked because it was never sealed, the locks on the cabinets fell off because they are screwed into particle board. Yep, no wood. All particle board. We will never buy a Holiday Rambler or Ford product again. Show less

Absolutely horrible purchase. We picked up our 2021 HR Invicta, and promptly broke down 20 minutes down the road. The good folks at RV Country in Sparks Nevada couldn't care less. According to them, we were on our own and would have to deal with Ford. RV Country in Sparks Nevada is the worst. I regret ever having purchased from them. Back to the Invicta. I was lucky that I had a friend who is a mechanic. He performed a diagnostic test and found that there were serious misfires occurring. He also located a service bulletin (20-2370) from Ford describing the problem; over heating spark plug wires. Looking at my spark plug wires, there were burnt. Thank goodness we had no fire. But Ford knew of this problem and rather then spend a few dollars to fix it, they chose to endanger my family and just let it ride. No Ford dealer in northern Nevada worked on motorhomes. I did find one mechanic that did warranty work, but the next repair opening was two months out. I chose to purchase OEM spark plug wires from my locale Ford dealer and have my friend do the repair. Unplug old burnt wires, plug in new wires. I contacted Ford and requested reimbursement for the wires. Some $250.00. I sent them receipts from the dealership for the new parts. That was it. No charge for the actual work. Doesn't look like I'm going to be reimbursed. Thanks Ford. Great customer service, especially after having knowingly endangered my family. Now the engine AC is out. I can't wait to take it in and deal with that. I'm regretting having purchased my RV that sits upon a Ford chassis. Show less

Where to start? My Holiday Rambler first broke down about 15 minutes from the dealership having just picked it up. Seems to have had a known issue with the spark plug wires, but apparently it was worth endangering my family and self rather than fix the issue. After that repair, first outing the rear AC went out. Wouldn't start at all and the remaining front AC was unable to cool at all. I could only get the inside temp down to 90 degrees with an outside temp of 93-94. Then the RV lost all 12 volt power. No lights inside. Then I had issue with the toilet flushing properly. Would not flush. I found a large piece of plastic pipe that had been left in the drain tube during construction. Fortunately, I was able to remove this before it lodged somewhere inaccessible. All before I put 250 miles on this RV. Can't wait to see what's next. Show less
