Bought my Toy Hauler brand new. Love the floor plan. I did remove the fold down beds in the rear and replaced with 2 nice recliners. Overall the Toy Hauler has been fun to own. Problem now is the Alpha TPO roof has failed and I need to replace rotten wood and install a new membrane. Alpha Systems are supposed to be warranteed for 12 years and like all of the RV companies I have yet to hear back from them in regards to the warranty. I have inspected, washed and caulked every year. When not in use I have a very expensive waterproof Cover for it. Anyone else have a Alpha Systems roof failer. ??

Ive had my prowler for 2 years now. I wish I could say I've enjoyed it the whole time, but quality issues and support have been a real problem. We went with this trailer due to the bunk hose and a bath and a half. Plenty of room for us. Heartlands website praised the quality control aspect of things and how they build better than the rest. I've had plumbing leaks. I replumbed all water lines in the trailer to fix leaks and prevent future leaks due to chaffing. All the interior walls are peeling. I had to re wire my interior fridge due to it shutting off. The awning ripped on our second trip and was not covered. After a year the awning motor needed to be replaced. After many trips screw tips are now pultruding from the siding. The under belly panels of the trailer are falling down and duck tapped where cuts were made after it was installed. Ive taken it to the dealer for it to sit for a year. Not everything was done but I could use it. Picked up nothing was fixed! still have many water leaks inside from the interior plumbing. After calling heartland I found out the dealer never even started the claim. They gave me a list of dealers to use. All were booked really far out to the point where id go a whole season making payments and unable to use the trailer. I took things into my own hands and did the repairs. The more I dig into this trailer to more quality and workmanship issues I find. A lot of spot with no wall insulation, and NO INSULATION in my roof. No wonder it's pre wired for a second ac unit. The single unit can't keep up in 80+ deg weather. I would not recommend purchasing a heartland trailer.

We enjoy the R/V for camping and getaways. When looking for a R/V we wanted something that had a door to be closed off to the bedroom for privacy. Another aspect we liked about this model is it did NOT have bunk beds. In this version the dining room table and couch fold out for extra beds. But it is most comfortable for two people. We made some modifications to the R/V such as replacing all the plastic factory fixtures and the bathroom door. We replaced the bathroom door with a accordion door, as the original could not be closed when using the foldout couch to accomodate guests. Overall a very good experience size wise and layout for us!

I went into camping world, before I knew better, I picked out a fantastic camper to fit my needs as a disabled person and so I could live in while furthering my education. I didn’t need much space as it was only me and I needed to be mobile. Well the camper was silvered at night, I had been at camping world all day long with a total of 6 hours driving. I looked at many campers and I know the inside but not sure of the brand but it’s written down on my papers. Anyway that wasn’t the camper I paid for because I was charged for it and not the price of the pioneer be 70. Not to mention over the next couple months, the camper to fall apart and I mean that literally, the shower fell in on me knocking me out of the shower my right shoulder again, which is already a replacement. There is the stress fracture under the sink. nothing seem to work and everything seemed to be going completely wrong. It’s put together very cheaply. The laminate is peeling off the cabinets. Camper has flooded several times due to the seal on the slide being ripped when it was coming in. Camping world sent a third part they fix it, it was pieced together. Of course it’s gonna continue to leak as it did. The sensors on the tanks have never worked. The locks never worked. I’ve replaced them several times. The Camper is literally a lemon. And it’s not what I ordered so I guess this is a review of Camping World and this camper and there’s so much more I’m not even mentioning because this is so unreal. You’re not buy this camper. And do not buy anything from heartland. You will not get a response from them much less any help when it’s all manufacturer stuff as far as Camping World goes. They are downright rude. I would’ve never set foot in that store again

Bought new. Shower/bath floor feels like you will step through. Water shoots out the fresh water intake when full. First trip home off lot found wires hanging down underneath and black tank pull missing. Foil is peeling off the cabinets and wall coverings are bubbling and tearing at the seams. Trim is falling off the walls. Mirror in bathroom fell off the wall. Plastic pucks were left in the air vents so first summer barely any air flow. Construction debris left under all three mattresses and inside of booths (metal shavings, screws, wood fibers). Pony wall in living room loose. Top piece on back of bench coming off. Stair legs were beaten into place; took my husband three days of pulling on them to get them out and are so bent they are unusable. The caulk job on the roof is messy, thick and looks like small mountains with peaks and valleys- directs water directly towards vent and pools water. Seal on kitchen window buckled the first month. NO SOUND DEADENING; outside you can hear complete conversations and even if someone burps inside and bathroom noises (per two neighbors at different campgrounds). Blue Compass in Gainsville FL tried to submit claims but all were rejected as past one year warranty (by 5 weeks or so), were lifestyle causes or humidity. Never buy a Heartland product. NEVER!!!!

First the fridge would either shoot a code or not work at all, it took the dealer 14 months to figure out the problem. Then we were going down the interstate and the underbelly started to fall off. The seals around the slides on the inside kept falling off. The bedroom door won’t stay in the tracks. The floor inside the door keeps coming up the take on the walls keeps peeling. It has been in the shop a total of 18 months so we have only have 6 months of use. We have been very disappointed in this RV. Definitely will never buy another Heartland product. We had to fight them to get the repairs done even though they were all covered by warranty. The dealer was no help at all.

Misaligned fridge door, for being brand new they have zero quality control at dealership and heartland.

We bought our trailer in September of 2020 and have thoroughly enjoyed it. The floorplan was good use of the space available, with a private bunk room for our daughter's that allowed us to let them sleep while we were still up in the camper and a nice outdoor kitchen with a sink. Our only complaint was the small bathroom size, cramped but usable. The only maintenance issues we have had are a couple of loose plumbing connections on delivery and the forward a/c failed last year but that can happen on any camper. No leaks, delamination, or structural issues since and we have taken over 30 trips in the last four years. Been a great camper for us!

Bought new, from day one getting it home noticed issues. Poorly made, no cabinet space. Less than a year in and roof leaks, walls stay wet inside and moldy. Heater works when it wants, propane regulator went out the first winter. Oven won’t stay lit. Water pours out the holding tank inlet if the water pump is turned on. Oh did I mention no damn insulation at all. Yes I know because the walls stay wet and shag so you can pull behind it and see no insulation. I started calling heartland after I got it, the refuse to fix because I didn’t not coat my RV. I didn’t even have 3 months, why would I need to coat a new RV that wasn’t even a year old? Price of crap trailer and company. Possible lawsuit if you ask me.
