Factory difficult in the customer service area...non resposive both in phone calls as well as e-mails. Build quality terrible...water leaks/missing parts limited availabilities of upgrades and very little owner's manual information. Great floor plan...nice design but assembled by people who just did not care if it's components function or not. Cheap! Cheap! This was my 30th new motorhome. Owners of manufacturers[family owned I am told] just do not have any pride in their product. Would NEVER buy another of their products! Have a wonderful dealer though! Show less

Gif Stream BT cruiser is a wonderful Rv if you are purchasing from reputable sources. This unit sold by Nancy Carrier sitting on the dealership of Oldham Motors Co LLC actually it’s in their name so not sure who’s responsible but this particular unit has multiple issues from recalls to housing structure damage. The said owner was furious that I wouldn’t purchase after finding issues out that she refuses to give deposit back. By then she had already disclosed that the trucks at this location are water damaged vehicles mostly from Texas. Find another unit elsewhere. Show less

After three months and several trips this coach has been great. No issues other than the sliding windows rattle like crazy. Very livable floorplan with tons of storage. Overall quality better then other RV’s we have had including a previous model Conquest. Show less

Any vehicle almost 40 years old and only driven 700 miles will have engine or transmission problems. Oil attracts water so vehicles that sit and don't have yearly maintenance records I wouldn't buy unless you paid me. 1989 only 700 miles in 35 years I guarantee will have problems! Show less

Excellent floor plan. Way ahead of its time as far as interior. Color scheme is beautiful. Highest ceiling height in the industry. Very solid on the highway without getting pushed around by trucks. Comfortable and a definite eye-catcher. Show less

This is my 20th new RV since 1978. Ranging from tiny to diesel pushers up to 42 feet. Size depending on family size over the years. I enjoy the RVing life but this most recent Rig[2025 BT Cruiser] has been a poorly constructed mess. Water leaks/missing options/sloppy assembly and a company that will not return phone calls or answer e-mails directed to a supposedly customer service department. Frankly it is hard to believe that the owners of the company are unaware of how unprofessional the staff treats customers. I ordered this unit and it was delivered in terrible condition with out any signs of quality control being directed towards its construction. It now has 17 miles on it as I had it trailer delivered from the factory to my dealer. It is now on my property in its own heated/cooled garage awaiting my dealer[good folks] to try and fix all the sloppy work done by the factory. At this time I am unable to use it. I do not know how the Gulf Stream management can sleep at night with their business ethics. I will never buy another of their products. Remember, I have had 20 of these...big and small...and this one is truely an an example of a company with out ethics. Show less

We purchased a brand new Motorhome at an RV show in Utah from Parris RV. It had all the features we were looking for and in our price range. Our first trip out we found multiple problems, most were fixed to our satisfaction. New problem arose after 3rd trip, we cannot go camping using battery power only. The inverter breakers keep tripping with only the 12 volt fridge running nothing else is on. We have to turn the truck engine on to get the slide outs in. Gulf Stream said they would cover the repairs. We had it looked at and it cost us $900.00 now Gulf Stream won't pay it because they think we did something wrong, operator error. They think we had the battery disconnect in the off position which we didn't. So we still have this problem and are unable to use the Motorhome while camping in remote places. The only places we can go are RV campgrounds with full hookups Show less

This unit is easy to drive, find street parking and jump from location to location. There is sufficient storage for our needs and the V* motor has sufficient power for towing. AC unit and heater works well, and TV is easy to operate. Love this thing! Don't wait too long before starting to travel! Show less

We like that fact that it does not have any slide outs it’s a Ford 350 gas which is really nice coming from a diesel with def problems . Haven't had any issues with this coach full time living in it with spouse. Rides real nice no cabinets shacking or loose window noises. In our opinion this model seems to be the best one we’ve owned. We pulled a Grand Design 29Go momentum nothing but problems traded for another toy hauler same issues leaks cabinets falling our truck had a part on recall for def so out of service for 2months we just decided after all the ups and downs why not go simple so as retired truck drivers we decided to have the road experience like we did in our rig but have it all kitchen full bathroom fridge stove all in one easy way to travel on the road again. I am widowed for 16 years , bought my mh 2012. Love it! Easy to handle, I tow a trailer with amphicar in it. I have painted all interior white and grey. I’m in need of shower door roller brackets. Anyone know of replacements? Knock on wood, not much wrong except just installed new Dometic refrigerator and need new seat covers in front cab. Pleather is falling apart. Thank you Gwen Show less
