We purchased our 2025 Genesis Vortex Supreme 3219VXL because of the floor plan. Our 4-seater CanAm Maverick X3 Max X rs Turbo RR fits perfectly! With the toys out, there is plenty of room for the family. Love the layout and full size frig. Cons - no oven! The microwave was cheap and wasn't even convection so we had to swap out immediately. Another downside to Genensis Supreme - their warranty sucks. Factory shipped unit in July 2025. We picked up new from local dealer in August 2025. By January 2026, the skylight in the bathroom was leaking. (Essentially 1st big rain in San Diego CA). We discovered the caulking around the skylight had bubbled and left open gaps which allowed the water to come in. We took to dealer to repair - it wasn't covered under warranty! The trailer shouldn't have left the factory like that and shame on the dealership for handing it over as a new purchase like that. Luckily we had purchased expensive extended warranty which overed the $240 repair. It really was factory defect / poor workman ship. Buyers beware of Genesis Supreme.

I’ve purchased the rig used at 15 years old. At this point I’ve owned her for 3 years drive. 12k and camped for about 100 nights during that time. The house structure: body, roof, windows, etc have been solid. The paint as some very minor checking. The house is solid and is very quiet going down the road. The engine, trans and spartan mid engine chassis work extremely well. This is a very quick coach and even flat tows my 4Runner well. Steering and road feel is great and is as planted as newer coaches. Having the engine and transmission in the middle of the coach is a well balanced ride and more neutral steering than other 40+ foot coaches. Great true 4 season coach. All electric and diesel only. RV king bed with additional sink in bedroom while still having a sink in toilet room. The garage moving floor makes loading bikes or 4 wheeler a breeze. This coach is great and everywhere I go it’s a unicorn. Negatives: This is a mid engine Coach so basement storage is not the same as other pushers. To support high of the garage some head room is taken away from the bedroom. Ceiling is about 6’7” in bedroom. Mid engine location makes that some engine servicing must happen from inside the Coach, more than with a pusher however all servicing components are accessible. Engine sound in the kitchen area is as loud as it would be in the bedroom of a pusher. Summary: This is a premium well build coach. This is perfect for owners needing the garage function while still having towing power and 4 season flexibility.

This trailer should have NEVER left the factory in the condition it’s in!! The CEO of Genesis Supreme, Pablo touts “Quality and customer service “ on their web site, but this trailer has zero quality and this customer ain’t satisfied!! From the get go the shower leaked like a sieve, the bathroom sink leaked, the kitchen faucet leaked, the furnace doesn’t work (still doesn’t after being into the dealer 4 times), the cupboard doors and the drawers were warped and had to be replaced, the bed caved in while we were sleeping one night and my wife and I ended up in the cargo storage bay, it was made of 1X2 and staples!!! Now the roof material is coming off and Genesis just said contact the roof material manufacturer, and when I did and sent photos of the issue, they said Genesis cut the material too short so now it’s pulling away from the sides!!! Genesis still refuses to repair it!!! If you looking at a Genesis Supreme, don’t walk away, RUN AWAY!!! Pablo is full of crap!! The only thing he cares about is getting your money, and then you’re on your own!!!!

We've taken this from Montana to Arizona twice with many stops in between with our Honda Talon. We enjoyed this RV because it has alot of storage and its just been great. Its not the fanciest thing on the road but it perfect for my wife and I. We've been extremely happy with this purchase and didn't break the bank

Where to start: Let's see the first year and the first time out the secured atv tires wore holes through the linoleum . Then the guts of the water faucet where defective and had to be replaced. All four vent covers rotted off. Next the Dometic refrigerator cooling system was bad, have to get it replaced.($3,475. the water heater will only half the time. Now the trailer heater stops blowing heat. The spark igniter on the stoves burners won't ignite. So we use a space heater for heat and a ice chest for a refrigerator. We have used this trailer maybe 10 times since we bought it in 2020.. Forgot all tires had to be replaced after 2 times they where blown out. Both of the propane tank hoses had to be replaced twice. All the paint on the under carriage is rusting and bare wires are hanging out the bottom of the frame.

Bought this new Genesis Toyhauler at Mike Thompson RV. As soon as we got it home we realized that the fuel station does not work. I told them right away and we proceeded on a short trip with it. Then we discovered that the Fender wells were not built and sealed properly which caused highway rainwater to flood inside. I fixed the damage and fixed the Fender wells at MY EXPENSE! All I asked them to do is replace that defective fuel module. They have been giving us the around for a month now! We are seniors and I am a Vietnam Veteran with service connected disabilities. I am shocked at the way my wife and I are being treated! They have certainly ruined the excitement we had of getting a new trailer to do some traveling.
