It has a great speaker system you can listen to inside and out one at a time or all together. You can also mount a tv to watch outside while enjoying the weather. And how convenient is the outdoor kitchen.. the camper offers lots of storage and we'll know that's always an issue in a camper. Easy towing with my Ford F150 and that sway bar hitch I'm including in the sail saves you alot of money.

Overall trailer is great, floor plan is what we needed. We are a couple and only camp 12-20 days each year, no kid, no pets, garage kept. The fender covers were not supported other than screws that kept fenders on unit. When pulling trailer wind apparently vibratred fenders and virtually destroyed fenders until i realized the problems and secured to trailer better. Now I am stuck without fenders. The fenders from manufactory cost up to $400.00 each. There are no generic fenders available. What am i to do.?

We bought this a year old from a second party so no info on the warranty. The axles were undersized so we upgraded them. We put in Dexter equilizers as they did not hold up either. The front cap paint faded and from what I read they knew that would happen. Love the floorplan, many windows on 3 sides and they are tinted. Love the free standing table and real chair option too. The fake leather on the sofa and 2 recliner type chairs is a joke, peeled off at only 4 years old. I think we got all the bugs out of it by now. These units take a beating on the terrible roads in Calif.

Things like in the bathroom the wall receptacle wiring wasn't hooked up very well, could have been a fire hazard! The heater failed bad crimping wires, The cable failed bad crimp! A/C has stopped working bad wires I suppose, it's not fixed yet! It's so hot in the trailer I had to buy a standup a/c unit so I could cool the inside down! Not very happy with the quality!

Dealer said axle was bent, dealer replaced. 3rd year, 1 entire wheel assembly fell off as I was backing into driveway. Dealer replaced. On all repairs I had to pay part of bill even though I had purchased extended warranty. What a waste of money. Do your home work. Forest River could do way better. When I looked at wheel assembly lying on ground, and at axle assembly, everything stamped "Made in China" Every trip to dealer in Westminster Ca is 50 miles one way and a $500 (approx) charge.

We purchased this unit new from Optimum RV in Ocala, Florida. I have mentioned them in a rv dealer review. This unit is I’d say mid range $$. For the most part we really like the floor plan and general looks. The overall quality is lower than expected. As we bought this unit new online sight unseen we were a bit disappointed. We bought a Jayco new online sight unseen and loved it but they didn’t have the floor plan we liked this time. So the Wildcat was a disappointment, the king size mattress had to be replaced the first week, yes it left our body prints in it the first week, so that had to go. Shower drain was broken and leaked all over floor, back window leaked. The old style roll up window shades didn’t all work. Some went up some not. Some fell apart in our hands. The radio didn’t work with the tv/sound system. My wife could not open the outside door. The kitchen sink pipes were all loose and flooded the kitchen first time using. Sawdust, plastic wire coverings all in the cupboards and closets. All in all no attention to detail or craftsmanship.

Beware!!! This unit looks and feels great but the construction is HORRIBLE! I have owned for 1 year and literally everything has broken!. From factory, furnace didnt work and had to be re wired. Cabinet door split in half when wife opened it. Molding to bedroom, closet and bathroom fell off. Air ducting from factory was torn, bed lift shock ripped out 2x2 support. Everything is tacked in and not screwed. Cabinet above couch literally fell off wall as it was only attached with 3 screws and one of them they split the wood on. Cabinet doors under table hinges kept coming loose and miss aligning door. (replaced with piano hinge.) Towing the front rubber trim fell off. Over all construction would be a NEGATIVE 10 if I could rated it that. Just thought I would let you know and warn you that unless your handy and love to spend hours fixing everything DO NOT BUY. I just wonder what will break next on mine.

My husband and I bought our 2020 Wildcat MAXX 26MEX in January from Poulsbo RV, we took ownership of the trailer at the end of February. Since the end of February we have had so much go wrong with this trailer that it's a lemon and we are very disappointed in the craftsmanship of this trailer. We have had to put caulking around the shower because there was none and water went into the bedroom from the bathroom, the small window above the bed broke, the wall in the bedroom completely buckled and came apart, the tv antenna from the outside to the inside is not connected so it is not useable, the floor has started to peal in the corner near the pantry, the issue that happen over the weekend that put me over the edge was the handrail completely came out of the wall when I was walking up the stairs into the trailer, we have had several screws stripped out which included the handrail, the steps, the outside trim, the curtain in the bedroom. The dark and gray matter tanks leak and do not seal completely so when my husband opens the caps to the tanks he gets about a gallon or so of feces at his feet. We are so dissatisfied with this trailer, we will never buy another Forest River product and I will not recommend anyone buy one. On a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being the highest your trailers are a BIG 1.

I bought my Wildcat Maxx Trailer new in August of 2017. I'm a snowbird and live in it during summers in the northwest. I love the Trailer. It is a higher quality which shows in the cost. Real wood inside makes it extremely beautiful. Here is my complaint. One buys an expensive trailer, it looks great, and then you live in it. The sofa is so uncomfortable; you can't get away from the center steel bar that runs down the middle. You sit on pillows to survive it. Miserably uncomfortable! The dining table cushions are also awful. Cheap foam! I have put cushy rubber mats for standing and cut them down to fit under the cushions for some help along will pillow sitting. I write, and it is a terrible place to land for any time. So I've had it. I spent $120 on new 4-inch foam and replaced all the old cushioned foam and also shoved it into my sofa! I just finished the installation that took a couple of hours. What a difference! It is marvelously comfortable. I'm thrilled! My question to you, Forest River, is: Why do you go cheap on something so crucial to our daily experience? You put in a sound sleep mattress. You get a trailer Manufacturer priced at $47,000, and from the get-go, you can not comfortably sit in it! I fix it for $120, what would have cost you $30? It was vital for me to write a review because I have spent so much time bitching at your poor quality and my discomfort that I felt I should finally tell you about it. It sure makes me think that as a company, you don't have it together to miss something so important. By the way, I am ending my irritation right here and now, this subject is closed. And as I say goodbye, my bottom is the happiest it has been in my Wild Cat! Trish Hatley !

We bought this trailer Brand New, and everything under the sun has gone wrong. The kitchen sink faucet leaked and had to be replaced, the kitchen sink came detached from the counter and had to be reguled and support add underneath. The grab bar on the outside at the front door came off and had to resecureed with bigger screws, the supports under the dinning table seats came off, the fridge wooden door panels fell off on my foot and left a huge bruse, the window screens were not installed properly, the shock supports under the bed that allows you to left the end of the bed to get to under bed storage, both came out of the the wood they were secured to, flimsy plywood and wrong screws cost us 75$ for new struts, paper towel holder keeps coming off, cabinet locks and drawer locks have fallen off, all the window seals fill up with water when it rains. The warranty has covered about 30% of the problems and it's a ,70 visit call every time. I would not purchase again, however the repair man said most trailers thees days are made like that. I guess you get what you pay for. Hope this helps.
