I bought the 2013 v cross vibe(forest river) in 2015, for light travel trailer that is 20 foot, it has everything you need plus a good size bathroom. Pull out for bunk/dining area is a full size pull out, so adds space. Quality of finish is so so. Here is what I font like, the queen bed in back is up high, if Lower would be much better, in 2013 Forest River decided to put a 3500 pound axle on a 3300 pound trailer, then in a couple years later did a recall, they sold these travel trailers with a carrying weight of I think around 590 pounds, then they mailed out a sticker to put over old sticker that reduces carrying weight to like 200 pounds total. That is unacceptable, wonder why there has not been a class action lawsuit yet? Is like selling you a truck with 10,000 pound towing capacity and a few years later tell you max is 5000 pounds. There is large storage in back, but useless, once on road that storage needs to be empty or trailer will be back heavy and sway bad. Also they Place the single axle in basically very middle, so is very rear heavy and going up steep inclines tends to scrape the rear scissor Jack's. In 2014 they put 4400 pound axle and 15 inch tires. I love the trailer, but have to be cautious everytime I tow to make sure weight is all toward front. I take it out weeks a year, no real issues except at first when the sway, then I put on a single sway bar and took everything out and put in truck. Don't know if I will ever buy a forest river product again after they knew they ripped off consumers by sending a sticker as their way of fixing the axle that was not strong enough for the trailer. I may go and buy new axle to fix this, is kind of scarey.

I have owned this motorhome since I bought it new in 2019. I have driven it from Seattle to Disney World, and to the national parks of Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana and many places in between. I have 37k miles on it and have lived in it since shortly after I bought it. As far as manufacturing and assembly, all the important pieces work well except for the refrigerator. When it was a few months old, we had a torrential rainstorm in Salt Lake City and the refrigerator outside panel was not installed properly. As a result water poured into the refrigerator workings and it was damaged. After warranty repair, it works acceptably but ice cream will get a little soft in very hot weather. Other than that, a few small trim pieces in the coach were not installed correctly. I have had no other issues with the generator, the furnace, the two wonderful air conditioners, and the three TV's which are Furion. They have excellent pictures and one is very large. I tow a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk behind it and it does fine. I have had no suspension work on it and I find it very controllable. The only time I get white knuckles is when I am going over a narrow bridge with opposing traffic. The motorhome is wider than some of the lanes on county roads and it is tight on some state highways. I read about people who have all kinds of trouble but I think it is just like buying anything, some people are not lucky, and some people are. I replaced the king mattress that came with it with a memory cell mattress, and I sleep very well in it. I have two big dogs, and they have plenty of room to stretch out. I love my FR3 and it works great as a home I can go almost anywhere in. I would highly recommend it for its relatively low price and its reliability, as well as its comfort.

This is a great 2 person trailer w/ enough extra space to entertain and have an occasional extra couple sleep over. The trailer offers a lot of extras at this weigh and length. Large windows and full Queen bed may it comfortable. Large amount of storage and really enjoy the double sink and vanities. Very large tanks for a 27' trailer, enabling my wife and I to boon dock or dry camp for 6 days at a time. With the V-nose trailer it has more weight on the noise and cuts through the wind very well. We have towed for over 10K. Only decided to sale and replaced w/ a 38' 5 th. wheel.

Plenty of room for our big dog, us and 3-5 great grandkids (love the huge back bedroom and the bunkhouse). Had some minor problems that the dealer and Flagstaff were able to quickly correct (new microwave, new control board). It would appear that they have stopped making the V-Lite series. If I could, I would buy a larger one with a bigger couch!

The queen bedroom, closet and dresser held tons of stuff. Storage through inside and outside compartments everywhere. The fireplace, tv and sound were amazing, didn’t expect to use but enjoyed! Big awnings and handy outdoor BQ. This model with the big view windows in living room made our ‘Camping experience incredible. We shared space with 4 adults and a baby for 2 weeks and it was great fun. Beat our expectations in every way!

We thoroughly enjoyed this RV - the unit came with everything I wanted, and many extras.Towing was a snap with my Ford F-150 and Blu-Ox hitch. All appliances worked perfectly - air and heat was great.Comfort was exceptional, and storage more than adequate. The unit, although 7 years old,is still in perfect shape - exterior and graphics still 100%.Only change we made was to replace tires last fall - old 6 ply's were showing age -so now NEW 10 ply should last a long time. As you can see, this trailer was a great buy - we are sad, but can no longer camp due to physical limitations - otherwise, we would still be very much using it. Flagstaff built a great unit - with NO need for any warranty claims in 7 years ! It will be missed.
