I am writing this review in hopes that anyone who is searching for a RV travel trailer will stay clear of Forest River. I am not sure what type of quality assurance process they have but maybe someone needs to evaluate that department. We purchased a new Forest River Wildwood Platinum 29BUD floor plan RV and have had nothing but issues. This was our first RV so we were not sure what to look for, now I know! The screen door does not latch there is a gap between the door and the frame. The RV bathroom has done nothing but leak since we used it, sink leaked, coupling not attached to water hose. Shower leaked, not only was it not calked properly but the hose coupling on the water line was not seated properly. The gas heat works when it wants too and the bed board in the primary bedroom broke in half!! This is unacceptable to manufacture a product in this manner. Does this company not even care that people spend their hard earned money, I understand that we did not pay 100s of thousands for this RV but 30+ thousand was a lot of us. POOR Quality. I wish the list of ratings were more along the actual product quality. We choose the floor plan so that would be on us if we didn't like it. I'm sure it tows as any other RV trailer, over all quality does not say it all. Show less

The rv, it’s a great floor plan. The problem is quality has been left out. Problem #1 the 2x2 framing under the master bedroom broke . When this happened it also broke the right side cabinet next to the bed. The framework was stapled together just barely holding together. I gutted the entire master bedroom and rebuilt it using 2x4 lumber with deck screws. Problem #2 same thing happened with the seat boxes and the couch. I completely rebuilt this entire area. Problem #3 the pocket door came off the upper track. I took care of this also. Problem #4 the underbelly panels came off. Again I took care of this with replacement panels. Problem #5. Brakes did not work properly I replaced all brakes with self adjustment brakes after repeated attempts to repair original brakes also the wire going to the brakes was #18 gauge wire. I went with#14 wire. Problem #6 all seals on the slide were either torn on the sides with no seals on top. Again I rebuilt all the slide seals. Problem #7 the cables for the entertainment system feel apart. I’m still working on that problem Show less

Not enough room. Only had it for 6mo and things started coming apart. It was sold to us with dents in the refrigerator and the awning out of track although it was brand new. I would not recommend nor will I ever buy a forest river product again!................... Show less

The 2021 Wolf Pup 16FQ is a very basic camper. It’s good for one or two people but too small for three due to space limitations. Major Quality Issues!!! Radio, back up camera, USB, and window had to be replaced. Too many shortcuts and wasted space in cupboards and below bed with walls put in on angles that don’t have to be. TV mount not centered on the wall. Holes behind toilet panel and other areas should have been filled during construction. No thermostat for Air Conditioner, it’s on or off and very loud. Furnace thermostat not accurate and not digital. Can’t adjust shelves in fridge without removing doors. BIG problem is a major opening in floor under the shower that is about 12” x 14” and should have been fixed by Forest River before putting in the shower. Only way to fix it is removing the shower. Should never have been left in this condition! Difficult working with Forest River for warranty work. Was unable to get specs for walls and wiring from Forest River. Would give quality and warranty/service a -0- if I could! If you buy one, go over it very carefully before you do. Show less

I blow tires every time we travel trailer really sucks ac terrible Worse campers I ever owned. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone ac went out 6 months after buying then took a year to replace after Covid hit still don’t cool camper please be careful on campers you choose they won’t Stan behind products Show less

We purchased this RV two months after buying our Jayco 265RLS. The Jayco was too big for us to tow with our 2019 Chevy Tahoe LS. Wanting to travel and not just remain Camp Rats, we looked into a smaller yet functional travel trailer that we could easily tow. The real star on this camper is the Super Slide. You would be amazed the added space you get on a 23' camper when it is out. The Wildwood weighs less than 4200 pounds and tows very nicely. While it is a single axel, it still tracks well with our Husky 32218 Center Line TS weight distribution hitch and sway is kept to a bare minimum. We love the Bonus Bunk that folds out above the Jack Knife sofa. This provides a great place for our 6 small pups to hang out and watch the world from the super sized windows. Another plus is the U shaped Dinette. Extra seating where you need it and great under bench storage as well. The 12Volt 11Cu' refrigerator is excellent. Minus's - The toilet is placed a bit close to the right wall in the bathroom. If you are a larger individual, you might have issues. The Roof needed to be completely resealed before I picked this unit up from the dealer - always check your roof seals. The Dinette seat support boards were held in place with cheap angled plastic strips and half of the staples used missed their marks. I replaced the plastic with aluminum strips and am quite happy with the results. There is a wall plate above the TV mount that covers the pass through to the outside wall for the wiring to run to the power awning. Ours had a leak from the factory because some idgit forgot to apply caulking where needed. I fixed mine with no problems. The camper came with China Bombs from the factory and I insisted they be replaced with Goodyears as part of our deal. There are NO power receptacles on the slide side of the camper. We installed AC outlets next to the power / circuit / fuse panel and it really enhances functionality when you need to operate your computer at the Dinette without stringing extension cords across the camper. I contemplated replacing the fans with more powerful units but have not. I considered replacing the wood used on the Bonus Bunk for better support. I considered installing a window into the entry door for light and seeing who is approaching the door. Show less

Spacious and well designed and laid out travel trailer, including a full size bathroom which is a rare yet greatly appreciated. The cabinet finish, kitchen sink, stove backsplash adds a modern touch. The amount is storage space allows you to organize anything you'd like to bring along for a trip before hitting the road and without having to unpack and reorganize once you've reached your destination. Makes for a fuss-free, enjoyable getaway. Lots of storage kitchen utensils, dishware, pots , pans, small appliances, bakeware, bath towels, toiletries, full kitchen pantry, "his and hers" closets, plus large under bed storage space and overhead cabinets. Small door next to bed can be utilized as a laundry shoot that's accessible from a separate exterior door. Interior and exterior speakers offer great sound with option to watch TV outside as well. Custom ordered unit in 2020, picked up in 2021. From the get-go we had issues. Items added to order were not added when it arrived the dealer had to add them on site, the fit and finish was horrible, door and cabinets did not open and or close correctly, main entrance door didn't lock (the holes didn't line up). after 3 months the slide out started making noises like it was going to fall out of the camper, the front lower facia started coming off on the bottom, the propane tanks were leaking. there were Mutiple water line leaks. took it into the dealer didn't have it for almost 4 months, had to reseal multiple windows. 3 years in we opened it up after winter. did our inspection and there were multiple cracks in the roof seals. resealed them took to dealer reached out to Forest River. Should not have to completely reseal a roof on a 3 year old unit. Forest River kindly told me pound salt that the roof is my issue. FFW sitting in camper notice an odd looking spot on master bedroom wall, poke it finger goes through. open wall up entire master bedroom ceiling and walls are covered in back mold. unit had been leaking for a long time. Took back to dealer opened case with Forest River, again forest river states that I didn't do inspections on it in the time I owned it and it's my fault. Inspections we performed 3 times a year or else I wouldn't have found the need to start resealing windows. Unit is not a giant lawn ornament. I DO NOT RECCOMEND PURCHASING ON! Show less

I love everything about the E-Pro! I did extensive research on travel trailers before buying and the E-Pro outshined them all! You get soooo many bells and whistles at a price that others cannot match. Love the solar option...electric...gas...big bed...lots of technology! Plus, it came with a bike rack and kayak rack! Oh, and the power tongue jack...FANTASTIC. I have the 19BH model. Show less

Unable to use as rodent infested. Lots of gaping holes in the floor panel, that enable rodents to make it home. Excessive use of gas. Was changing 20lb cylinder weekly for just few days recreational use. Unable to tow, as wrongly informed by dealership that my truck was strong enough to tow it. Control panel faulty, fluctuating battery power within minutes. States tank empty when full and vice versa. Show less
