Beautiful and functional! We love the full size refrigerator and bathroom! The washer and dryer is a game changer for trips! We added wider steps to the door so it is easier to enter and exit. The app and electronics of the trailer are convenient and work like a charm! The sofa makes into a comfortable bed and still leaves room to move! Lighting and fireplace sets a great ambience and makes you feel like you are at home! This is an excellent buy for a beautiful home-away-from-home!

Looks good and nice floor plan, but all the parts are cheap (breaking all the time) and the holes for the slides are not sealed which allows rodents in quite easily. The electrical panel is positioned directly over a grey water tank. A mouse can get in there and cause havoc, but you can't get in there to fix it without cutting out the floor. It should be criminal to build such a piece of crap. We've only moved it one time, from the dealer to our property, but things fall apart quite easily, can't imagine how much would go wrong if we actually drove it somewhere. We're stuck paying on it for another 10 years, so have to make the best of it, but new buyers beware, the purchase was a HUGE REGRET!

I purchased this RV used in Jan of 2022 and bought the best extended warranty offered. The RV was rife with issues. The plumbing is shoddy at best. The fittings are plastic and the cheap plumbing hoses were used. I replaced with brass fittings and PEX lines as the numerous leaks were identified. The slideouts busted the trim around them due to poor calibration or manufacturer defects. The slideouts apparently leaked into the subfloor and rotted it out. The dealership refused to repair the flooring. I have noticed on numerous legal sites and RV sites that slideouts leaking, even on new ones, is a MAJOR and CONSISTENT problem.

The fact that this unit has 5 slide outs which opened the livability areas of this RV is crazy good. When in tow with a vehicle designed for this size of unit, you really don't know that it is behind you. It rides very sturdy in bad weather situation and stays stable when all jacks are down giving you the home feeling. This unit from the factory was designed to be used in RV parks plugged in for power and comforts while out with the family, however this unit had a professionally installed Onan 6500 LP Generator which allows this unit to be used off grid 100% The master sleeps (2) with that home feeling, the up-stairs loft sleeps (2) and they (2) pull out couch bed up front sleep a total of (4) and if needed the wall hugger recliners will accommodate extra sleepers(1) each. This unit receives an annual safety inspection for peace of mind.

It has auto-leveling which is a must. It also has a nice fireplace that can heat up your room or just be a light show. With 3 TV's, we move from the living into the bedroom to fall asleep in bed. The furniture is well made. It is really a nice 5th wheel.

Our trailer spent most of the first year in the shop. The firefly controls have had constant issues. The bedroom/ hall slide had to have the bottom completely replaced. The slide would not close properly. The water heater had frozen and split the lines before we ever used the trailer. The lights in the kitchen slide pulled out and I had to re-atach them. The awning came un attached and damaged the side of our house. We have had the trailer just over 1 1/2 years and used it less than 10 times. I was inspecting the trailer to get ready for a trip next month and the heater blower motor has gone out.

We bought new from dealer about 200 miles from our house, big mistake. Terrible to get anything done. Between the lying from the dealer and the poor workmanship of the dealer it was bad enough that we did the small stuff ourselves. As for the trailer it’s self, we love it. The biggest problem we have with it and the factory said it’s the way it’s supposed to be is, it is the worst insulated trailer that we have ever owned. Factory build sheet says R38 in the floor and ceiling. We had to remove some of the underbelly, to our surprise the insulation is no more than 1 1/2" thick in places and was missing about 2ft all together. Started looking at the rest of the coach, no wonder we can’t stay warm. Factory said out of warranty don’t care. Called the factory, was told this straight from the horses mouth. Based off my production manager's and what he stated, the correct insulation is installed. R-7 is used in the floor, based off what he stated. There can be different thickness measurements.
