Beautiful and functional! We love the full size refrigerator and bathroom! The washer and dryer is a game changer for trips! We added wider steps to the door so it is easier to enter and exit. The app and electronics of the trailer are convenient and work like a charm! The sofa makes into a comfortable bed and still leaves room to move! Lighting and fireplace sets a great ambience and makes you feel like you are at home! This is an excellent buy for a beautiful home-away-from-home!

The 2509S has many features packed in a smaller package. The Queen Murphy bed makes it easy to use the available space for either sitting or sleeping. The bunks provide sleeping space for 4 since they are double bunks, and the kitchen table folds down to a bed as well. There is plenty of space for 2 adults and 6 kids, or 8 adults who can cozy up. Or you can sleep 5 adults very comfortably. The towing is smooth with dual axles and electric brakes. The heavy trailer doesn't feel that way behind the tow vehicle with a proper equalizer hitch. With the off-grid options, this trailer can stay out for a week easily. The solar quickly charges the batteries, and the batteries have enough power to keep things running at night. With the max air fans, the need for AC is almost non-existent, especially at night.

Looks good and nice floor plan, but all the parts are cheap (breaking all the time) and the holes for the slides are not sealed which allows rodents in quite easily. The electrical panel is positioned directly over a grey water tank. A mouse can get in there and cause havoc, but you can't get in there to fix it without cutting out the floor. It should be criminal to build such a piece of crap. We've only moved it one time, from the dealer to our property, but things fall apart quite easily, can't imagine how much would go wrong if we actually drove it somewhere. We're stuck paying on it for another 10 years, so have to make the best of it, but new buyers beware, the purchase was a HUGE REGRET!

I am an owner of a Forest River Georgetown Series 5 31R & even purchased extended warranties for GAP, Tire/Wheel, Full Coach but never had to use them. The factory even replaced the original upholstery material with a newer, improved material. The only issues were a vent that did not open properly & a bathroom window knob that was broken but both were immediately replaced by the company's regional rep.

I am new to the RV market. I’m very excited about my purchase of the Forest River Timberwolf 16ML. I’m very happy. I’m very satisfied for the unit. I’m single and I’m an over the road trucker. I’m not home much. It’s definitely a starter. It’s considered a destination trailer. You don’t want to travel around with this big black box with a porch. My only problem is I was naïve with the paperwork. They penciled me in at $35,000. I put $8000 down. And somehow the finance company saying I owe $49,000 right now to pay it off. I didn’t know what I was doing. I was just happy with the payment. Plus, I needed a place to live.

Upgraded finishes and love the skylight in master Bathroom! Both bathroom feel roomy. The RV I was in had tole flooring which I loved. Very easy to clean. Easy to set up and take down. The front area is well thought out and quite roomy. I like the 2 options for window shades. One well made to block the sun. Other shade is room darkening and for privacy.

Rockwood well above others for build quality. Upgrading to larger model due to retirement. Will only shop for rockwood. Although they are under the Forrest River brand. Rockwood/flagstaff was original company purchased by Warren Buffet many years ago. All other F/R products are built elsewhere in the country, but rockwood trailers are still made in original factory.

I purchased this RV used in Jan of 2022 and bought the best extended warranty offered. The RV was rife with issues. The plumbing is shoddy at best. The fittings are plastic and the cheap plumbing hoses were used. I replaced with brass fittings and PEX lines as the numerous leaks were identified. The slideouts busted the trim around them due to poor calibration or manufacturer defects. The slideouts apparently leaked into the subfloor and rotted it out. The dealership refused to repair the flooring. I have noticed on numerous legal sites and RV sites that slideouts leaking, even on new ones, is a MAJOR and CONSISTENT problem.

Buying a Forest River product was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. We've had constant issues—starting with the slide-out, which has never worked right, trim falling apart, water leaks, and more. Reaching out to Forest River is useless—they don’t return calls, emails, or show any concern for their customers. When we took our unit in the first time, the tech told us the slide-out hole was cut wrong from the factory. Not long after, that guy was mysteriously gone—seems like he was let go for telling us the truth. Dealers are clearly forced to downplay the problems and claim it’s just an 'adjustment'—but it's a manufacturing defect, plain and simple. Total disappointment.
