I purchased this 2025 new RV and I’ve had one issue after another with it. Every time I’ve taken it out, I’ve discovered something else that’s broken. The RV part- I’ve had 2 major leaks (one had to be sealed on the roof and of course it didn’t come with a ladder to fix it!). The shower not being properly installed, windows leaking and one window is the wrong window (it’s too big for the space so it bows and you can see light coming from the edges), the putty they used to seal the nail holes turning yellow as though it’s old, the modem in the Winegard having to be replaced, outside door locks being installed upside down or not locking, the generator struggling to turn on or randomly shuts off, the front door not closing properly (both screen and outside), and I had to replace the “stainless steel” sink because it was rusting! The truck- 2023 Mercedes diesel chassis (a 2 year old chassis?!). I’ve had issues with the key fobs - it won’t “push to start” without it being manually plugged in, the engine going into limp mode during drives and losing oil, the e-brake not letting up without toggling it many times, and overall squeaky sounds when driving forward and backward when parking.

Great for dry camping, right? First time we pulled it onto a campsite we had no hot water. Couldn’t get any help from the dealership to correct until 3 weeks later. Now we’re here 2years later and we have no hot water again. It was fine before we left to get here . If someone built a house like this they would be sued

After visiting 49 of the 50 States and travelling some 140K we downsized from a Winnebago diesel pusher Tour 40 Ft. to the Forest River Forester 3011 DSF which is 32.5 Ft. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised the way this RV handled and towed our Ford Focus car. We have driven over 16K with the rig and it has been a problemless experience after the initial shakedown when we had to replace the 12v fridge and automatic jack module.. The rig is comfortable to live in and with all the ameneties of the more expensive class A RV's. Unfortunately my wife is in ill health and will be unable to travel anymore and that is the reason why we are selling. Alas all good things have to come to an end.

I have owned this motorhome since I bought it new in 2019. I have driven it from Seattle to Disney World, and to the national parks of Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana and many places in between. I have 37k miles on it and have lived in it since shortly after I bought it. As far as manufacturing and assembly, all the important pieces work well except for the refrigerator. When it was a few months old, we had a torrential rainstorm in Salt Lake City and the refrigerator outside panel was not installed properly. As a result water poured into the refrigerator workings and it was damaged. After warranty repair, it works acceptably but ice cream will get a little soft in very hot weather. Other than that, a few small trim pieces in the coach were not installed correctly. I have had no other issues with the generator, the furnace, the two wonderful air conditioners, and the three TV's which are Furion. They have excellent pictures and one is very large. I tow a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk behind it and it does fine. I have had no suspension work on it and I find it very controllable. The only time I get white knuckles is when I am going over a narrow bridge with opposing traffic. The motorhome is wider than some of the lanes on county roads and it is tight on some state highways. I read about people who have all kinds of trouble but I think it is just like buying anything, some people are not lucky, and some people are. I replaced the king mattress that came with it with a memory cell mattress, and I sleep very well in it. I have two big dogs, and they have plenty of room to stretch out. I love my FR3 and it works great as a home I can go almost anywhere in. I would highly recommend it for its relatively low price and its reliability, as well as its comfort.

My wife and I both have been camping for 45 years and have own several different types of campers from pop-ups to tag along to motor homes and with no issues. Once we retired we decided to get a class C motor home to travel and we purchase the class C 2021 Forester Classic 30501S in November 2020. To say the least it has been a nightmare. After picking up the motor home we decided to camp that weekend only to discover no channel changers and had to have them ordered. February we finally get them only to find out the next trip out that month the TVs would not program and would cut off. Had to order new TVs and took around 2 more months to get them. At the same time we had to have the bottom container of the refrigerator replace due to a crack and also part of the screen door was missing the cover over the door handle. Next trip out as I was preparing the motor home found that the air ride system would only hold air on one side and discover that the air line had been assembly outside of the protective sheathing and develop a hole and had to be replaced. Once we left the house less than five miles the dash lit up and displayed that the anti traction control had to be repaired. Called The Ford dealership and they said it was a Forrest River issue and Forrest River said it was a Ford issue. Continue on with trip and once we reached our destination and two lights to go the steering wheel would shake violently. Then the first recall came in to say not to drive it till a motor shroud was installed to prevent a fire in the compartment. Had to sit for a month till this was taken care of. Next trip out in June and hot weather only to find that one of the air conditioners did not work and did without air most of the summer of 2021. Also one of the outside compartments floor pan fell off the camper that was loaded with gear while going down the road only to find out that it was not secured to the camper during assembly By November we had enough camping that year and as I was preparing it for the winter shut down and notice the rear light that also holds the camera was falling off. Started camping again in April of 2022 and now discovered the shower is leaking into one of the outside compartments and also the dash is now lighting up saying tire pressure gauge failure and low air. The tires had the correct amount of air at the time this happened. Second recall now for a hydro booster line for the power steering could come off and may lose power steering. NOT ABLE TO FULFILL OUR RETIREMENT PLANS TO TRAVEL FOR FEAR WE MAY NOT MAKE IT TO THE NEXT PLACE AND NOW WITH WARRENTYS GONE WHAT WILL IT COST EACH TME WE DO GO.
