This is the best RV out here for full timers. Quality is great and no issues. We work remotely in this and have had a great time. This has been the home to my wife and I for 2 years and are now executing our exit plan by moving into a sticks and bricks in Massachusetts. This RV is ready now. Awesome for full time living. If you are looking to go fulltime RVing, then this is what you want. All the amenities and bells and whistles. Pulls great and the storage is second to none, room to carry everything we need without filling the truck up. Love it. Show less

We've had our RV for just over a year now never had any problems with it at all. It pulls good. I love the self-leveling one push of a button and it sets the whole trailer up for you. Very nice. The air conditioning has worked great and we've had no trouble with any of the appliances, it's actually a forest river impression 315 MB Show less

My husband had the idea of us living in an RV while building our house. Honestly I was not crazy about the idea. Then I saw this RV and my response, "That I could do!" This RV is so very nice and spacious. The refrigerator is huge compared to others I've seen. Plus it has a large freezer space too. The shower is full size and we installed a washer/dryer. The TV is so nice and large and the seats are very comfy. We lived in this RV for over a year. This RV was purchased at Bills Happy Camper, which if you have a Riverstone you know who they are and their great reputation. We have traveled 13000 miles while working remotely since June 0f 2022. Some history to provide extra details for additional Maintenance we have done. During the first year Bills Happy Camper replaced a seal on front right hydraulic Jack due to leak. All Hydraulics working great. In May of 2024 Bills also fixed a kitchen slide which had a motor pop out of its housing. Both covered under initial and current extended warranty which is transferrable to new owner. MORyde IS alignment completed in May 2024 also at designated MORyde alignment service center. All Tanks cleaned in February 2024 with receipts and grades available. Also provided pictures of items you should be aware of but are at best cosmetic. I bondod are near hitch pin. A weird vertical angle leaving a gas station were the truck bed and RV touched. Bills also fixed a right rear area where the ground hit the rear right bottom. They could have provide new panel but chose not to. Picture in sun makes it look worse than is. All other pictures provided of that area doesnt even show an issue. Since were no longer RVing let me tell you all the other items we will be including with this sale.Fully paid for a transferable Warranty from Americas RV Warranty. We purchased this RV after 3 years of going to several large RV shows in Hershey, PA until we found exactly what we wanted. We had to be able to travel once we located in a site, so we did not want a motor home Class A or a Class C, since that would require us to tow a car. The 5th Wheels provide more room and more stability, and allow us to leave the premised. We did not want to waste our precious time using laundry facilites, so a MUST for us was an RV able to accomodate a quality Washer and Dryer. We found this in our Forest River Wildcat! For 2 people, the space ismore than perfect. We have even used the pull-out sofa for company a few times and once everyone is awake, it is again quite roomy. A feature that was a 'must' was a big rear window. Backing into a site that overlooks the ocean is the reasons we chose a particular location. It's like having waterfront property all across the country! The heat ssytem is great - and the added electic fireplace provides just enough heat to take the 'nip' out of the air on a colder Spring or Autumn morning. And the ACs are so effecient, we hardly need the 2nd bedroom unit was added. We found this RV had EVERYTHING we could ever have wanted! Show less

Traveled the country in this RV and absolutely loved it. Easy to pull, tons of amenities. Felt like we bought the perfect 5th Wheel. Family of 4, never felt over crowded but could still fit in most RV parks, even some really small tight spaces. Show less

This Rv is very spacious, has a lot of storage space. My grandchild loved having their own bathroom and bedroom. My husband loved having electronic jacks making the set up so easy. The air conditioner shut off when reaching the desired temperature, which I don’t think the one we had before did. The full queen bed is very comfortable. This camper is good for tall people , you don’t have to bend down to get in bed. It also has a ceiling fan which helps circulate the air. Show less
