This model is excellent for families or couples. We have a total of eleven and a half years experience with American Coach and Fleetwood. The engine and chassis are the best rated on the market. We have traveled the Canadian Rockies, US Rockies, Smoky Mountains, Appalachian Trail, East coast to West Coast, and Canada to to the Gulf. All travels with full power and excellent performance. Easy set up when docking, leveling, and utility connecting. All appliances, A/C, furnace, hot water heater in great operating condition. Thermostat, water heater electrical board and bypass value replaced, skylight in Shower replaced , Refrigerators electronic board and freezing unit replaced, all seals on roof recently replaced, This coach is a dream to handle and the ride is smooth and comfortable. We have towed a Jeep Wrangler using a Blue Ox tow bar and the hook ups are simple and fast. Show less

Previous owner. Had problem with blowing a battery fuse. I had to keep a few around because the service people were always baffled? I had great power. I drove it up from the valley all the way to Washington. Faster than I should have. The auto leaving worked great. The bays had lots of space. I never towed any thing Show less

A 2000 class A RV. Even though is a 23 it is an excellent road condition, just bought new tires and the engine and Onan Generator have been recently service. The hitch weight is rated at 5000 lbs. It has new carpet, new furniture and it looks nice, a must see. Please see the add for more details. Show less

Water coming in at the sidewall of the long (passenger side) slide and the presence of rust. Water coming in the basement storage area, shorted out the slide motor and control box. Electrical issues with the inverter, batteries, several outlets. Ice maker hose has flooded the rig twice. We regret buying it, we snowbird down south and everytime we have to spend thousands for repairs that the extended warranty is supposed to cover and while home the rig is in the shop for numerous issues. $189,000 pluse a $30,000 cash down payment and we can’t even enjoy it. The Pace Arrow Vision by Fleetwood is the top-of-the-line gas coach back in 2000. The 34C floorplan is fantastic because it has multiple sleeping areas, seatbelts for 7, the living room slide out is the perfect size, and the dinette overlooks the patio area so you can keep an eye on the little ones. I also love the driver's door; I would not buy a class A without one. The dual ducted A/C units are designed to run off of 30 amp service, which if fantastic. Show less

Absolutely the worst experience I have had in my entire life of purchasing vehicles of any kind. Over the years we have purchased a pop-up trailer, two tag-alongs, two 5th wheels, and four motorhomes. Two of the four motorhomes were used. The last motorhome we purchased is a new 37' Fleetwood Pace Arrow costing around $250K. We purchased it from Findlay RV on Boulder Highway in Las Vegas. I rue the day I pulled onto the Findlay RV lot. We purchased this coach March 11, 2021. It broke down the very first day upon arriving home with it. The auto leveling system went into a loop and would not finish leveling and would stop. I was unable to get the levelers up. It sat on the pad at our house for seven days before one of the techs was able to install and old hydraulic pump and bring the levelers up so it could be driven to their service department. That was just the beginning of our problematic journey. Since March 11 of last year, it has been in and out of the shop a little over five months. The problems are too many to list. Communication between the service department staff and us has been pretty much nonexistent. We have tried to no avail to get REV to buy this thing back. We would "eat" the money spent so far, such as down payment, registration, and insurance, but they would not work with us. We were advised through our attorney that they offered a measly $7500 to buy our silence (NDA included). We declined. It's not about the money. This thing is a lemon. Show less

We have had a trailer, a Montana 5th wheel and now our 2017 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE 38k and we love it... easy to drive, easy to handle, easy to hookup and un hook our toad (Jeep Wrangler). We wish we could continue our fun but my health will not allow me to continue... God Bless to you all!! Show less

I have used this RV and towed a Chevy Equinox over the last year or so. It handles extremely well in high winds and handles the hills pretty well. There are 3 cameras which does help on the turns and changing lanes. I have had no warranty experience, but have called the factory for troubleshooting with good success. Show less

Outstanding Coach. Very functional floor plan. Drives like a dream. Very powerful power plant. Avg 8.6 mpg. Fit and finish is amazing. Flat tows our Jeep Wrangler wit ease. Standard equipment is an upgrade on other RV makes. Show less
