We researched models and brands for almost a year. We were just about to place a factory order on a Super Light when we toured the lot one last time. We haven't considered this model due to its weight and the fact that it is a bunk house model. It is just my wife, our GSD and myself so a bunk house seemed like a waste of space. HOWEVER, once we walked inside we were blown away by the layout and size of the interior. Huge Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom! Feels more like a 40 foot unit once inside. The weight of this RV is well within my towing range so we went back inside and instead of ordering a Super Light we made an offer on this one. This model came with auto level... I would never buy one unit without it after seeing how easy it is to use. The only thing I wished it had was a second AC unit in the bedroom and a second Max Aire fan in the kitchen instead of just roof vents.

Upgrading Axle after 4 years. Tires are severely worn on the inside. The torsion axle is rated to 3500#. The RV gross weight is 3920#. Spoke to customer service through email and they said that Forest River says to never travel with water in your reservoir. They did not design the trailer to have 250# of water moving around while driving. What a joke, the convivence of an RV is to bring potable water with you to the forest. I live in Colorado and the last thing I want to do is camp at a KOA......

When I first bought it, I had some issues with fit and finish, I wasn't used to the quality level of an RV verses a Yacht. After realizing that these are made to be super lite, I came to grips with the things I had to do to make the RV great. Forest River uses 3/4' staples to put all of the drawers and cabinets together along with the trim pieces. The drawer bottoms are quite thin. The over all look is very nice and appealing however with some miner tweeks these units can be made to be super nice. So I used glue and thin wooden support strips along with more staples to reinforce the areas that were coming apart because of vibration. That solved all my interior quality issues. Forest River has a really good warranty system and they do take care of their customers. For the money they are a good quality unit over all.

I recently bought this trailer to take to Florida, had issue's with the Refrigerator Forest River Stood behind it and replaced it while down in the Florida Key's. Installed a Washer Dryer combo that worked great, Heating and Air Conditioning systems were more than adequate. The Auto Leveling system was really nice and made hitching, unhitching and Leveling a breeze. The Camera system and TPS made towing very easy. It is a very nice looking RV and has many nice features. Selling because my wife became ill and will no longer be able to travel and camp. This is a nice unit with all the kinks worked out. It's actually better than a new one now. Forest River stands behind their RV's. Very Happy with them.

The fit and finish in this RV is very low quality, paper think drawer bottoms stapled together not even as sturdy as cardboard. Brand New Magic chef refrigerator quit while we were in Florida, nobody to service and the dealership at Bishes RV no help despite all their promises when I purchased the RV. Totally dissatisfied with the RV, I would never by a Flagstaff again. They are junk and very cheaply constructed. The Trim is pulling away all over the place and like I said before the fit and finish is total trailer trash, now I see how they came up with the plan.

In June & July 2022 my wife and I shopped for a small travel trailer, this to replace our Class C. At the end of July we decided on this E-PRO 20BHS travel trailer due to the size, features and reviews. There was no real rush to purchase, but I did want to purchase a travel trailer specifically for my solo Sept 2022 trip - Atlanta area to Maine. The first week of Aug, during our first EPRO use (break-in use) we ran into a slide-out issue - only the rear slide track wants to slide-out. This slide-out worked at the dealership and when we brought it home in our driveway. During the dealership's RV orientation, I was told to use the slide-out in a certain way. Essentially slide all the way out without stopping. Do not go part way in & out. I followed these instructions and still had this issue during our first camp out. Note: I had a slide-out on my Class C for 3 years w/o an issue. We brought our E-PRO to the RV dealership and they confirmed the slide-out issue. Need new parts from the Flagstaff manufacturer. I am thankful to my RV dealership for looking into this issue within the first few days, however it looks like a long delay in repair as these parts will take at least 1.5 months to receive from the manufacturer. Now it looks like I will be traveling with my E-PRO for 3 weeks without the slide-out capability (yes, w/o slide-out use) and then return to the dealership in October for repair. I had originally been leaning to not purchasing a unit with a slide-out to avoid any potential issues, but guess I was convinced of purchasing this feature because like I said earlier, we previous had a slide-out for over 3 years and had no issue. I do not blame this delay on the dealership RV Service as they do not control when the part(s) for repair are available/received, but makes you wonder about E-PRO quality and their ability to support their product.

Flagstaff Forest River Inc camper. Turn to an absolute lemon. Got referred to the factory for warranty work AC quit the first week I had it. Getting them to do anything between the customer service reps Roger bylar, Lachlan cavanaugh, was terrible. They've got people telling bold-faced lies like it takes 10 days to get reimbursed now it's been over 10 weeks. The replacement fireplace was packed in foam sealant that you used to seal cracks in your home. It took me over an hour to break apart the foam. The customer service rep locklin said oh it wasn't malicious that's how we packed them. What you guys never heard of bubble wrap? Amazon ships millions of products and they never ever pack anything with foam sealant see the picture this is what you get with these kind of people where their malicious and ugly. They probably figure what can you do as the consumer. Not much. It's like calling a dictator and saying that the police are harassing you and the dictator laughs because he's the one who told them to do it. I wouldn't recommend a Forest River product if my life depended on it. because of the Forest River Inc people. they're worse than used car salesman. A number of lies: 10 days to get reimbursed, turned into over 10 weeks now and I still don't have a check 11 weeks into it. They've resolved no issues so far. But they literally said the checks in the mail which has been an absolute joke. I asked them to mail me a replacement fireplace and check to an address in Florida they told me they had to go by the address associated with the VIN which the dealer has my city and zip code wrong I couldn't have possibly known that till after the fact. Despite telling them to send it to Florida they wouldn't make any accommodations. So then I had to pay $75 to have a replacement fireplace that was their product that was broken to get it to me in Florida I didn't need the heat but I had to have the repair done in a certain amount of time. @@@@!!!! Beware!!! Flagstaff if you don't have a warranty item fixed within a certain amount of time after they know about it they won't pay for it. Like I said I'm going to do everything I can to warn people off of Flagstaff Forest River ink products because the customer service was a nightmare. Go to Coleman go to any other provider that makes campers check out their customer service and beware of if they know about it how much time you have to have it fixed and then what is their real refund reimbursement policy. Don't make the mistake I did if it's wrong before you leave the dealer tell the dealer to make it right in my case the dealer declined to make it right they told me to go elsewhere since I couldn't stay the night they should have stopped what they were doing they just sold me the camper and fixed it and made it right then. Am I ticked off? yeah pretty bad. But at least you people know the truth when you read my review this has been my experience for 90 days dealing with Flagstaff Forest River from the dealer bouncing me to the factory and the factory trying to bounce me back to a warranty repair place watch out.
