Original owner purchased the trailer with family in mind and it proved very accommodating. It towed well and was easy to maneuver. The onboard comforts provided gave a feeling of permanence and security, our travelling "glamping" cabin. The size allowed for spontaneous weekends and comfortable extended stays. Never had to use any warranty claims. Everything works as designed. Full service receipts in possession.

The 2012 Ever-Lite by EverGreen is the third RV trailer we owned and it is so improved that there is no comparison. Some of it is the layout suits us better than the previous bunkhouse and toyhauler trailers. Of course, some of this is simply the advancements made over time but much of it is simply better construction and attention to detail. The frame is aluminum with insulation bonded to the frame on all sides: top, sides & flooring. It was built with double pane windows. These attributes make it so much easier...and cheaper...to heat and cool. Our agriculture related business meant that our travel time started in November so being able to walk bare foot on a warm floor was definitely a nice perk. The aluminum frame is lighter than the standard wood frames so it is easier to pull and maneuver while retaining the increased durability of metal. It is also certified Green...a nice bonus for those who are sensitive to some materials or who care about how things are sourced. The floor plan is laid out well for lengthy stays by a single or couple. There’s enough separation of sleeping and living areas that one can be lingering in bed while an early riser is comfortably ensconced on the couch with a book or at the table drinking coffee or tea. The couch does fold out for an additional sleeper if that is needed. Storage is ingenious and plentiful. The flat screen television has mounts in both the living area and the bedroom for a quick change of viewing location. There is a drop leaf counter extension in the kitchen which was in almost constant use for the extra work space but was still easy to fold back down when not in use. Cooking options include the gas range, microwave and convection so there is always a simple way to put food on the table without extreme effort. I sometimes wished for a larger oven but that is an understandable space tradeoff in every trailer I’ve seen. The bathroom is small but surprisingly maneuverable in its layout. The shower is a decent size with adjustable spray height. The only quibble is that the ledge for soap is tilted a bit down for drainage but sometimes allows something placed on it to slide off. I put shampoo bottles on floor but could also have hung a shower caddy over the far edge of the shower without impacting space. The mostly neutral colors and fabrics are a major improvement on some of the wilder patterns so often seen in RV vehicles and show little to no sign of wear. While the wood throughout the trailer interior is not heirloom quality, it is attractive and as well finished as most furniture I have seen offered in stores. I was recently widowed and would cheerfully use this as a temporary home when I move except that I am small enough to make lifting propane tanks & the stabilizer hitch an issue. Recently it’s been a guest house for visitors who all appreciate the home-like convenience while staying in it, commenting that they could LIVE in it. It truly does provide a home away from home.

The shower is small for a big guy. I am 6'-4" at 280 lbs. I liked the privatize in the Master Bedroom. Has a separate entrance to the bathroom from the MBR. Both entrances to the MBR have doors. It is a great RV all around. Needs some TLC. Honesty is the best policy, Les.

The Element has been a great RV for our family. There is no other RV that will tow as easily as this one. We used our Grand Cherokee and towed from northern indiana to Ft Myers, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Perfect setup for singles and couples. The Element is a conversation starter not only at RV resorts and parks but during your travels. People love her design. Pictures show how beautiful she is and how easily the RV can be setup and taken down for travels. All the storage you can ever want.

It towed fine. Floor plan was ok, it could of had a better table instead of one side being normal seating and the other side being about a quarter of the seating. After a year of owning it we had a leak some where because the floor was getting soft and of course the warranty was useless. So now we are stuck with this POS trailer that has a soft floor and not worth a shit. I would never recommend this brand to anyone. I would love to get ahold of the maker of this trailer and tell them what a piece of crap it is.

We have camped more than 200 days in this travel trailer. In forests, deserts, around the Great Lakes, Florida, Alabama, and the coast. RV is comfortable, dry, cosy, warm in winter, a/c in summer. Fit and finish of cabinets is great. Electrical systems are good, plumbing is good, no leaks. Composite construction in roof and walls means no leaks, and no mouldy smell of dampness. Stove, microwave and fridge work fine. No issues with slide. Towing is easy The only issue is access to bunks is for small children only. No interaction with dealer network
