My family truly love this RV. It is sad to see it go, but we are downsizing and traveling is less on our schedule anymore. I use to travel with this RV and homeschool my two children 10 and 15 from it. We saw so many places and its the perfect size to give you everything you want in living and fit in normal size parking spots especially if you want to go to the store. Turning and backing up is not overwhelming and best part of it all in smaller RVs like this you normally do not get a large size bathroom. This one comes with a porcelain toilet and full size shower. We love it!

Okay, I bought a new rv so that I was sure to have a safe and working well home. I decided to park it in an rv park to really learn the motorhome and how it work's.
The quality of everything inside is horrible! The way it's built from having a major leak from the hot water area that I did not notice until the floor in the bathroom started getting wet. By then the partical board was so full of water that you could mold it anyway you wanted.
When you clean the black tank by flushing it. You hear and feel there is a shower going on where the pipes are. I believe if I had been driving this vehicle the back would have fallen off by the vibration in the road. I'm not even getting to the condition of the floor.
The fancy new door that they advertise as the best, was hung wrong and still is. Have taken it 2 x to the dealer and they don't do anything. Had another authorized mechanic look at it and the warranty company won't let them fix it. I need a new door. I must take it back to where they don't want to fix it.
The drawers don't stay closed when driving nor do they stY on track.
There is no drainage system for the ac outside so all the water comes down on the paint staining it.
The toilet seal was installed incorrectly.
The light on the inside stairs has never worked..
It has very little storage space underneath the rv.
The floor is bubbling ( the glue isn't holding) in the middle of the floor.
It does drive fantastic! It's very pretty to look at but all I've done since I purchased it is stress with repairs constantly. Believe me or not, I can go on with thing's that have to be repaired from factory. The factory worker's don't care if you have a horrible experience they just need to keep the acembly line going fast.
I'm so disappointed
Living this life has been my life long dream for my retirement. I can't even travel because I don't consider the back of my rv safe. This definitely was not what I expected from a Mercedes and it's price tag.
Do you know that this coach is almost 200k and does not come with a smart TV. You must get it out of your pocket.
I'm so ready to give up this dream my adventure to keep me young. Was my an. I guess I'll just get old sitting and depressed waiting to die. I'm really fighting to live again. I almost died. 7 surgery's later I started this journey.
If it was made with quality and pride, this little coach would be perfect.
At this time, I see I could have bought a 20k rv and had it remodeled to what I wanted with quality craftsmanship instead of this peace of shit I got for the same amount of money.

We've experienced several RVs (Class As, Cs, Bs and travel trailer), but this is the best we've experienced overall due to our style of travel. This one suits us (2 adults and 2 Basset Hounds) because we don't usually stay in any one place more than 2 nights, then we're off driving again. For longer stays, we are fine, but we haven't tried anything more than 2 nights with any of the grandkids. Driving and maneuvering probably couldn't be easier and I average 16 MPG keeping it around 60-62 mph. It does have blind spot warnings if you try to change lanes with something there, but I'll still add side cameras at some point. Setup and breakdown is usually quick and painless, 20 minutes or less without rushing.
We got the optional recliner theater seating instead of the dinette, but can still have a quick setup table if we want to use it. The recliners are comfortable, even for sleeping so we could probably sleep 6 if we needed to. The drawers and cabinets look great and open/close without issue and provide a ton of indoor storage. The heat and A/C work like they should and we've been in 90 heat and below 40 cold. We would like more air movement in the sleeping area, so we're still looking for the right fan. No problems with indoor cooking, sinks/faucets, toilet, or the shower.
When we got the coach, there were several screws here and there which were visibly loose, there was no gap on one side of the recliners causing the arm to rub against the wall, the fridge did not work on propane, and the overhead bunk window shade did not close properly (bunched up). Most of the screws were fixed, the recliners were re-positioned, there is a part on order for the fridge, and it looks like the power window shade has been fixed as good as it's going to get.
Exterior storage capacity is less than we thought it was going to be initially, but overall has not been a problem. Like everything else, we made adjustments and organized better - we haven't gone without anything we needed. We have chairs, tables, a separate outdoor grill, and a large cooking/serving station for grilling and serving. For longer trips more than a week, we'll use a cargo carrier on the back tow hitch for extra outside equipment. I added a sewer hose carrier underneath to free up just a bit more space and there were a lot of mounting options to choose from.
We have not towed with this coach yet as we have not needed to take another car with us. For a long trip out west next spring, we have lined up a rental car for two days.
I gave the factory support 3 stars due to the apparent slow approval and delivery of parts, and the bunk window auto shade was a known issue in this model. While this may be a breakdown in communication between the dealer and Entegra, I am waiting on parts. However, my calls to Entegra have always been answered by extremely polite and professional staff.

The exterior paint is real not stick on stickers. The slides aren't overloaded and heavy which cause them to break. No sky light that tends to leaks rain . You can set up fast, and packed up fast, very easy. When we camp with friends were pack ready to go in less the half hour, and they are still just getting started. Super reliable which means a lot when you're on the road.

RV manufacturers don't seem to care about their customers anymore.

Although their quality may be average, their support couldn't be worse. They have refused to pay for an awning that fell off due to the fact that it was installed without brackets, only a half dozen screws. A fact confirmed by La Mesa RV. Their final statement, "Our warranty ends at 2 years or 24,000 miles. If the awning was an install issue this would have occurred sooner. We will not be participating in coverage. I apologize for any inconveniences."
