Life seems to always change our plans and this decision is no different. Due to some serious health issues we have decided to sell one of our long time goals of owning a beautiful coach and traveling this country. We have been fortunate to be able to utilize it the last three years but currently and for the foreseeable future it will be sitting and unused. Time for us to move forward. This coach has been extremely good to us with no major problems. It's built well and absolutely taken care of. We have tried to list all of the features but sure some have been missed. We will also have available numerous camping supplies included as part of the purchase if the buyer would like them. This includes a Blue Ox towing system, a patriot braking system just to name a couple items. The 42RBQ floor plan is unique among Entegra Anthem floor plans. Here are some of the things I particularly like: Full width rear lighted closet with a wood hanging bar, wood shelf, and shoe rack. Large rear tiled shower. Rear linen closet with underneath drawers. The midship separate stacking washer and dryer do not take up rear closet space. Storage and safe behind the bedroom TV. Centrally located 4K main TV can be viewed from both couches and cockpit chairs. Easily accessible plumbing in the wet bay. The free-standing dinette option includes two conventionally shaped and comfortable couches. Both of which pull out into beds. The large couch includes a self-inflating air mattress and the small couch has an integrated conventional mattress. Two pull out pantries. Porcelain tiled heated floors. The mid-bath is accessible with the slides in. No blind spots with the mirrors and side cameras properly adjusted. Here are some of the things I particularly like about Entegra luxury diesel pushers: All hardwood construction. Pocket and entry doors include an air lock that seals the door while driving. All electric. An induction cooktop, French door refrigerator, drawer dishwasher, washer, and dryer are included. Engine filters and other components are easily accessed. Side radiator. Both gravity and macerator tank dumping standard. Strong and easily accessible Cummins 450 HP and 605 HP engines. 12,500 watt Onan generator standard. Available solar panel battery chargers and large outside bin cooler/freezer. Bin mounted electronics (inverters, DirecTV distribution, etc) are easily accessible. Ample accessible outdoor storage space. Girard awnings. Easy and smooth one handed driving after upgrading the front shocks to Koni and adding a Safe-T-Plus. These coaches are very easy to drive and don’t induce driver fatigue. Here are some of the things I like about Entegra and Spartan support: Parts and service support inquiries are usually responded to within two days and often the same day. They can be contacted by email or phone. Onsite service is thorough. Documentation is easily accessible. Entegra provides a large body of literature upon delivery and information for parts locations and adjustments (like the door air locks) are available on the Owners Link. Large nationwide support network for both Entegra and Spartan support. I have never had a problem getting support from either company when needed. Spartan offers a five day extensive school for Entegra luxury coaches several times per year. This is some of the best coach specific training you will find. Management is accessible if you want to speak directly with them. All new coaches have issues that need to be corrected. Here are some of the issues I had when I took delivery of my coach: Several wheel hub seal leaks. (They were replaced with new seals). Air leaks. (They tightened everything to spec and replaced one valve). Entry door locking issues. (The adjustment procedures were included in the Owners Link). Front end not properly aligned. (It was realigned. I addressed this directly with the Entegra President and he made sure that in the future all coaches are fully aligned before leaving the factory). TV antenna not working. (Defective from Winegard. They replaced it). A number of minor issues. I left the dealership after they corrected what they could locally and drove to Entegra without a service appointment. They took me in, did a thorough check, found some additional minor issues that they fixed, and showed me how to use features I wasn’t sure about. Although some of these issues should have been found and corrected prior to delivery to the dealership, Entegra made sure I was taken care of completely and without delay once I got there.

After two years of ownership I can say this is one of the best Class-A Motorhomes available from any production vendor. I find it extremely well made and in two years of driving not a single rattle. Yes all RVs will have issues but for ours, they were all small issues which never prevented us from using it and it was fixed in a timely manner. Recently I brought it back to Entegra for its 2-year examination which is unique. They fix everything plus a few things i had not noticed. The technology in Entegra Coaches is on par with Newell and Prevost which are significantly more. A pleasure to drive and handling is exceptional.

Do NOT buy from Entegra or General RV Jacksonville. We’ve had nothing but problems since purchase. Entegra customer service manager is useless as is General RV. I get no response unless I kick and scream. Appointments are non existent. We leave the coach for one problem and it comes back with new problems. The GM at General RV gives us canned speeches on how great the coach is and that problems are expected. Poor product. Poor management. Poor customer service. Brand new coach and it’s never left Florida due to the amount of time in the shop. Really poor.

purchased new in 2022, love the coach even though there are some quality control issues that have been corrected. however, the fridge that they installed is a side by side unit. problem is that the fridge door will not open all the way due to the dinette bench seat stopping it. the correct fridge is a french door with pull out drawer freezer. spoke to cust service and he told me that due to supply issues that they had to replace model and that the majority of the coaches b uilt in past couple years had the same fridge installed. Total incorrect statement. google same year and model and ALL have the french door model fridge. They basically told me a total 100% lie. So at this point I am stuck with a very expensive coach whose fridge door doesn't open fully, can't even get the drawers out of fridge side unless you remove the door. To top it off, they won't even call me and hide behind email.

I hope this post will help others avoid the disasters I have been through. I will try to keep it short, but I could write a book about my experiences with this MH. First I want to say by profession I have been a Corporate Jet Technician for over 40 years meaning I need to be able to troubleshoot and repair all the systems on sophisticated Jets. I purchased a brand new 2023 Entegra Reatta XL 39BH in June from General RV Center in Ashland VA. This dealership only cared about receiving their money for nothing in return. The person who was suppose to show me around the MH knew nothing about the coach! I asked him very simple questions and he did not know any of the answers. This caused problems for me since the MH does not come with a manual. That's right Spartan ships you the manual weeks after you receive the MH and Entegra did not have any 2023 manuals and still don't till this very day! I was emailed a 2022 manual days later after complaining to Entegra. How can you not provide a manual with a product? There are differences between a 2022 & 2023 models. Getting back to General RV Center. I asked if the Diamond coating was applied to the MH because to me it did not feel as if it was. The person I asked looked through the paperwork and came back and said it was not applied. I told her that I paid for it. An hour later I was told that it was indeed applied, hmm. The finance manager came to me to let me know that he could not honor my locked in interest rate because of the rising rates. I asked him what part of locked in do you not understand. More to that story if someone wants to know. I rented a car one way to Ashland. I needed to return the car about 10 minutes away and asked the dealership if someone could pick me up from the rental car facility and they said no they did not have anyone that could do that!! In 2019 I purchased a 2017 Newmar Ventana from Midway RV center in Grand Rapids. What a difference, the person who showed me around that MH knew everything about it and they were always there if needed. So, through all that i am still excited and drove my new MH home the next morning. On the way home I discovered that the generator will only run for about 10 min and quit. When I got home I discovered that it was shutting down due to overheating. After trouble shooting it on my own (no help from General RV and Cummins has not returned a call from me or Entegra till this day!) I found that the cooling system was air locked, so that was an easy fix. Then after getting the generator to run I discovered that none of the AC units would come on line. After trouble shooting with Entegra and changing a control panel I discovered that it was wired wrong from the factory! This really pissed me off because they didn't check this on a check list before leaving the factory??? Please note that if I wasn't able to do this myself the local service centers were 4-6 weeks out before they would look at it. So, I said to myself I better get under this MH and give it a good looking over. I was shocked in what I found. Loose wires hanging down, wire bundles being held up by single wires, missing insulation, trim pieces falling off, loose latches and more! If this was an aircraft it would have been grounded! I know I was a fool for not doing this before taking it home, but I thought Entegra was a reputable company. Speaking of which, in my opinion the all around quality and finish of Newmar was hands down far superior to Entegra. I drove my Newmar for one year and 10,000 and had only one minor problem. Also, in my opinion you are better off buying a used MH that has the bugs rung out, and once out of warranty you can have anyone work on it! A few days later we left on our first trip planning to go from SC to PA and then on to Lake George NY. On the morning leaving PA upon getting on the highway the transmission started to act abnormal. I pulled off the highway and pulled into a gas station. I shut it down hoping to reset the MH and when I tried to start it again it would not start because the MH thought that the transmission was in drive. So, after speaking with Spartan and trying various things it was determined that it had to be towed to a service center. The tow was arranged through Coach-Net. So, after two days and four different towing companies (I am not kidding) my new MH was towed to a service center who said that they would get on it that afternoon or by the latest the next morning. It was towed to a Freightliner dealer because there was no Spartan dealers near by. So, there it sat for 4 days while my wife, grandkids, and my dogs stayed in a hotel before anyone ever looked at. I don't know why this service center said that they would look at it immediately and then did not. After 5 days it was determined to tow my new MH from Lancaster PA to Harrisburg. In my mind the problem had to be the transmission brain box or the controller at the drivers seat. I begged Spartan to send me the parts and I would swap them out but t
