The customer service from Jayco and RV Country was horrible. The first year and a half it was in the shop more than with me. RV manufacturers and dealers cannot keep up with the warranty work needed to repair poor quality made RVs. Additionally, Ford dealers won’t touch Ford chassis motorhomes....read more
The customer service from Jayco and RV Country was horrible. The first year and a half it was in the shop more than with me. RV manufacturers and dealers cannot keep up with the warranty work needed to repair poor quality made RVs. Additionally, Ford dealers won’t touch Ford chassis motorhomes. I’m into my third year of owning this rig and finally have most of the bugs fixed, thanks to new management at RV Country and a small mom and pop RV repair shop.
