We just purchased our 2025 Blackthorn 26RD despite negative reviews on other East to West RV's. We chose this model because it was the only model with a king bed and low pin weight out of all the manufacturers. After picking it up from the dealer we spent 2 nights in a FHU campground. We tested all functions except the freshwater pump. We towed it home and put it in storage for a few months due to my upcoming surgery. The only problem we found was a drawer below the refrigerator wouldn't stay closed during towing. A simple fix. I gave 4 stars on Livability because the cabinets over the head of the bed could be a little higher, so I don't hit my head. I gave 4 stars on Floor Plan because I can't access the bathroom, bedroom or heater/AC controls with the slide in. I rated Factory Warranty/Support 5 stars, however we haven't needed any Warranty Support. If support needed any Forest River Service Center can provide support.

To whom it may concern, I would not recommend this camper to any person the east west Tundra We've had nothing but problems with it from the day we bought it The 1st year Are Galley tank tank Overflowed, Then they told us that the air conditioner bedroom worked so we didn't working it right What do I know I'm just an ownerowner! So that year we took it they had it all winter we should take your time fix the galley tank underneath overflowing outside we want it all fixed the right way check our air conditioner And They had it all winner Until April. Should we go pick our camper up It's not fixed Nothing is fixed I had it all winter so it's your fault you didn't have the parts Couldn't get the parts from The manufacturer. We get our camper back they used our brand new camper for parts for other campers Now we get it back again and the scene breaks And floods the whole kitchen It takes off Compressed board Around the island so now it's all full of water And then I forgot the most important thing too we get our camper and there's a pc of the floor missing we bought it from the lot So the people that seem the camper liked it but they like the color of the floor and cut the pice of the floor out of our camper wasn't that nice of them. Well I'm really not afraid to leave you my name my name is Vivian ELAND. I really do not like your camper at all I would not recommend it to anyone our next step is to our lawyer so sorry to say Hopefully we can get something done for an $80,000 camper PS never buy this product

Bought a east to west tandara. Brand new first thing off the bat first rain the master slide leaks a lot. Shower leaks we had to put a Shower curtain in it. The washer area gushed water out of the walls all fittings were so loose. The kitchen sink pipes are put together with hose and poured water out for days under the island. We had to pay to put proper fittings and pipe on. Both toilets leak. The front slide has some kind of weird plastic skid on it and so the corners stick up that's a fall hazard. The bunk ladder hurts your feet when going up it not to mention how hard it is to make the bed. I also didn't realize the bathroom sinks were made of paper don't let them get wet.

And the second one was the Tele Vader power wire fell out because it was only held in by a piece of electrical tape. Not much of a response from east to west other than it’s in the description that you’ll have problems the first year. Not sure I would buy this fifth wheel again and I am pretty sure I cannot recommend this company to anyone else. Had a entry-level Coleman that I had no problems with

We are having problems with our toilet. It seems the waste won’t go down and when we flush m, an air bubble comes out and the smell is atrocious. My husband took out the whole toilet and cleaned out the line thinking we clogged it. It worked great for the first two flushes and now back to it again. Now the bedroom slider motor has broke. The motor kit says RH but the track it sits in says LH. So frustrated with this 5th wheel - soooo very beautiful but I can’t believe there is NO PRIDE when putting it together. Very sad and disappointing. Can’t wait to get rid of this poor investment.

This camper is great for a couple who may bring grand children or guests. The king size bed a full size shower is important to someone who is 6’5”. As for the living space. Having a large kitchen, dining table and living room creates great conversations during prepping for meals.

Only been out twice and one of the awnings already pulled out of the wall, can’t open it now until fixed. The first trip out our kitchen sink fell in, the screws that where used were to long so they backed out of the wood and absolutely no caulking was used. Terrible quality control from the factory, it’s like they didn’t have enough staples so they had to limit where they used them, so many ares of the molding loose. One of the pantry doors and bathroom sliding door is warped. The underbelly is so rusted you would think the RV is 10yrs old, but only built in June 22. There are screw’s about to pop out of the floor by one of the slides. We love the layout, the amount of room and storage but so very disappointed with the quality and lack of pride in the product Forest River delivered. There is just no excuse for such a poorly built product, I would be embarrassed if I where the owners of Forest River.

We bought a East to West Tandara 321RL-OK in August of 2021 At Camping World in Katy, Texas. Had problem with leaking water in under storage and inside by couch. I fixed leak in storage. I had to tighten all water fittings. Leak by couch I could not fix. Had problem with A/C not working on low. I took back to Camping world. They could not find anything wrong with A/C or my refrigerator. They told me my refrigerator was stubborn. The fixed the leak by the couch. it was in the shop for 3 months. I get it back and A/C not working on low. I paid 150.00 for an rv tech com come out and fix my A/C. There was a wire not hooked up right . Now my Refrigerator is out, spoiled our food. trim is coming off inside trailer by refrigerator and slide. Front slid is jumping, door came off of sink cabinet, panel came off of fire place, and glass came off of door in bedroom closet. Taking i t back to Camping world on August 02, 2022 for repairs. This East to West trailer is poor quality. Tried trading in for new one, but the value of trailer is 31,500.00 half what I paid for it 11 months agp. Camping World service department is not the best

Bought a 2022 the kitchen slide broke the second time it was opened up. Would not go in all the way or out all the way. Emergency Roadside services was unable or did not exist. No one to come out and help not even Diamond Club bought from Bish's JC Dealer. No services available for repairs. Paneling not fastened and dropping down. Leaking kitchen sink connector. Back ladder to roof mounted crooked or angle. I wanted to return this trailer to dealer and cancel purchase. Even with $11,000.00 loss from extra Diamond Club, Service Contracts and Environmental Protection and free mfg. emergency tow services. I bought a New trailer from Bish's at there first sales event in Eugene Oregon. They made a deal and when paperwork was ready to be signed they changed the deal. Which then made them re-work the contract. I bought all the extra contracts on trailer like Diamond Club, Service contract, Monster Seal, Ultimar Environmental Protection. The Forest River even has a Emergency Roadside assistance program. More than $10,000 worth. My trailer has not been moved from delivery and the second time we opened the sliders one broke. It wouldn't go all the way in or all the way out. I called all the Emergency Roadside asst. As well as the Diamond Club and they had no one to come out and service my trailer and they couldn't be towed with slider out. So I have a $70,000 trailer that cannot be moved or used. I called Bish's sales office because I wanted a refund on on my extra services and wanted to return the trailer to Bish's. I was waiting for a return call back from Mr. Kline a finance mgr which called days later and left me a msg he was leaving in 15 minutes to catch him. I missed him. I never received another call back. There is so much more issues with dealership to detail here. The Customer service Mandy had to be the worse customer relations rep ever. She didn't even know who the Jenkins were! Btw The Jenkins own Bish's. Why that matters is my name is Jenkins.
