Mercedes Sprinter is excellent. Paint job is beautiful. eGen seems to work fine, but is very complex to operate. BIGGEST PROBLEM IS ALMOST NO CABINET SPACE!!! I called the factory to ask why no cabinets over the theater seats or the bed and they said weight. (Seems that other brands can have these cabinets, why not Dynamax. I am looking to trade it in and its a 2025 model, and brand new. It just isn't liveable without enough storage inside.

Have 24 ft Dynamax isata 3 with recliners instead of table and chairs. This RV is just Ok. Not sure if we would buy it again. It is 4 Years old I thought that we were buying a luxury model RV but the quality is marginal. The shower walls needed to be supported as the vinyl or plastic was not adhering to the walls well. Also the bottom of the shower leaked and I had to put caulking at the bottom of the shower to keep the water in the shower. The batteries did not last very long and needed replacements after 3 years. The outdoor shower leaked and had to be fixed. The 3 way water input dial broke off and we had to have a costly repair on the road. Last thing to happen today is the automatic leveling system quit. Repairs and maintenance are very expensive. The trim inside the Isata is flimsy. The curtain for the bed above the drivers and passenger seat has screws that fall out of the track that hold the curtain. Service at the Mercedes dealer is very expensive. Single air conditioner is small and cannot keep up with temperatures 90 degrees or higher. It is the best driving RV that we have had though. Knowing all of this I do not think that I would buy another. We had a 29 ft Class C Searcher with a Ford for 19 years!!!! No troubles with the Searcher. Not costly to maintain. Disappointed in the Isata 3 Dynamax.

I bought my 2023 Dynamax in November 2023. After owning it for 2 months I had to take in for some repairs on the water system, some simple leaks. In January 2024 after owning it for 3 months the burner portion of the Aquahot stopped working. I took it into a certified Forrest River repair station and they diagnosed the problem as a cracked burner. This is where my disappointment with both Forrest River and Aquahot began. Forrest River said it was an Aquahot issue and refused to cover the repairs. Aquahot refused to cover the repairs because they said they have no idea how it was broken. The repair facility then said the both companies then refused to return any emails on the subject or return phone calls. I have reached out multiple times and neither company will return any of my calls. I paid over $350,000 for this RV and I cannot believe how poor both of their customer support is. I was so excited to purchase this RV and was so forward to the Aquahot system. I am so disappointed with the horrible customer service with both companies. I will never purchase anything again built by either company. I ended up having to pay $3200 for a new burner so that I can use the system. I bought this RV with good faith and even purchased the extended warranty in case of issues down the road. Who knew that I would have to try and make a claim so quickly and that the warranty was actually a fraud. This is the worst customer support I have ever experienced while buying very high end product.

The beauty of this rig after coming from a class A gas is stability. Cross winds and big truck push/pull has little affect on driving and consistently gets 8-10 mpg even with towing Jeep Wrangler, `65-68 mph. Tires are rated 75 mph which this will easily do if you want to pay the fuel cost. Capacity is off the charts, nearly 9K lb. cargo carrying capacity with 20K lb towing, even with 100 gal fresh, 55 black, 55 grey. 5 seat belts, sleeps 5-6 adults, even more with kids. Reliability, ease of service of Cummins, Freightliner equipment is a plus. This model is more maneuverable at 37' 8" than the 39-40' ones. Dynamax coach is spacious even with slides in, has 3, 2 opposed, 1 bedroom. As the second owner we have had very little trouble with the chassis or coach. If you are a DIY kind of owner, oil changes, filters are easily serviceable, including generator, or most any big truck shop will work on these. Great space, and capacity for traveling with multiple people, or at home space for two with luggage and any heavy trailer you might need to tow.

The RV is what you would expect if it was built during Covid. My RV was built post covid. Aside from the poorest class of craftsmanship and the Forest River Mgmt teams ability to a) live up to commitments to fixing major safety related issues, b) no attention to detail or customer concern … all hot air and no oversight or quality control… c) to add insult to injury they picked up my brand new RV.. less than 3 Months after purchased brand new..and they did more damage than good as everything they attempted to fix came back even worse., d) they wasted time and lots of money. e) repair shops don’t want to do warranty work for Forest River, f) with only a few more months under warranty it is still experiencing a number of the same issues from day 1…. A true embarrassment to American Built Pride… I only hope when I have the time I can express my experience more broadly…. DO NOT BUY a FOREDT RIVER RV and expect anything less than the worst experience dealing with their management team who could care less about their owners or families safety. Let alone our time, money and basic ability to enjoy this colossal disaster of an experience. #brianclemensshameonyou

Dear Jamie: My husband Bill & I are writing to say thank you so much for all you have done for us. We are tremendously impressed with Forest River and how they have handled our complaints. We originally went to the dealership where we bought our RV and they said that they had contacted Forest River and were told nothing could be done about the issues regarding the peeling bathroom door and rear upper shock attachment bolts that had snapped off. This is when we took matters into our own hands and contacted Forest River on our own. You wrote us back immediately saying you would look into the matter and get back to us. Within a few weeks we had a brand new bathroom door delivered to us and then a few weeks later a cheque arrived in the mail for $500.00 compensating us for the work that the Mercedes Dealership charged us. We are totally impressed by the integrity of Forest River and how this was handled. We are going to be giving Forest River a great review online! Thanks again, Jayne & Bill

We have now gone through Truck Campers, Trailers and 3 Motorhomes. We thought spending 100k+ would get us something decent. It DID NOT. The Nexus Viper was terrible. Horrible service from the dealer we trade the Winnebago Class A in. The Winnegbago was EXCELLENT as far as quality.. just hard to drive with one driver. My husband had no issue. I struggled. We moved to a Super C. I can't express how happy we are. The Dynamax quality is excellent. The ride is so smooth that my husbands back has no issues even on long 3 day drives. The comfort and layout... there is NOTHING I would need to be different. It meets every need and the quality is exceptional to this point. Thank you Dynamax for building a shorter Super C that we can take in the majority of the parks and I can drive on trips myself if my husband can't go with me!

We bought this rig with the Idea of traveling south for the winters as we look for a permanent place to land as Snowbirds. This particular model is great for a couple, Or even a guest or two. We enjoy the theater seats across from the 50" TV that elevates from behind the beautiful fireplace. As this has apposing slide outs the living area is a shock to most as they enter, amazed by the wide openness of combined kitchen, dining, & living area. And then to see an RV with a KING BED with room to actually make the bed. Now to travel in this rig is a pleasure compared to our experience in a band new class A, that let's just say we had to Lemon Law and won our case! Anyway, the ride now is much smoother as we are now on-air bags in the rear, air ride in the seats and yes if you need to stop fast you have air brakes too. And also a jake brake type of deceleration that is adjustable. I love it. Just wish I was younger lol.
