This is our 5 the RV and yes we have repaired a lot of things on it including replacing the "China Bomb" tires with decent tires!! We just got back from a trip to Las Vegas and put 6800 miles on it in 3 weeks and not a single problem!! You just need to know what to look for and how to repair it yourself!! Just winterized it for next spring. So there you go.

I live full time in my trailer. Most of it has been a good experience. I did have a few issues after my purchase. The shower was leaking but I was able to fix it easily. The wood sticker on the bathroom door pealed but I replaced it with something better. My biggest issue was the counter tops change color with very little heat. Toes perfect and living style is great. With they spent a little more money on quality supplies but I’d say that with every travel trailer. Did have to re-glue some trim and adjust the door.

Back window was leaking first heavy rain, 2 weeks after purchase from dealer lot. Dealership sent someone out that just caulked the crap out of it. Still leaks during a heavy storm. Thankfully it's easy to clean up and maintain. Now both windows on each side of the loveseat leak. The sink frame gave way and fell inside the cabinets. They better supported it at the warranty repair, but their caulk job looked that of a toddler. They make you bring in your camper while it takes them months to repair the most simple items. Dealership tries like hell to get out of every warranty repair and bills you for their goons who are worth $10 hour but charge you hundreds per hour. The unit (2021) should have a tankless so you can shower as long as you choose! but alas... it's a small tank and hot water runs out quick. AC sounds like you're in a turbine!!! Can't carry a conversation indoors during the summer. Loud as HECK! Bed frame is cheap pressed wood and even average weight people will be replacing the wood. Lifting the bed for access to the cubby underneath is a job. Nothing to lock it in the up position so you have to balance the bed on your back to try and get anything in or out of it. I like the bathroom space but the extra sink is pointless; not enough room for two people in there at the same time. Porcelain toilet is a plus. Stairs squeaked after weeks of owning. Awning is separating from the mount and its motor corner covers detach falling on the ground. All the molding and trim falling off, even at the dealership new. I was assured they would fix it but NOPE. Promises even in writing are hard sought. the ceiling panels are falling as the pathetic staples are working their way out of the panels. Floor is weak and shakes the island. You can see the floor flex when someone walks. JUST RIDICULOUS. Floor should be better supported. THE WORST of the unit.... The slides aren't level. They wont fully extend to fall into position. So the far side of the slide is lower than the camper floor. The stove in the big slide, because of the slide not sitting properly, is not level causing the food to run to the back side of the pans. The table sits crooked permanently in the front slide. Had a repair company out and they weren't able to adjust it. Wood cabinet doors all shred out of the screw mounts. The front entry door handle opens on the wrong side. forces you up against the slide where you have to swing the door wide open to get in. Just stupid! Who the heck was in charge of that design?! SMH. The Black water and one Gray water are in the control station. The most used gray water handle is down in another hard to get to area? like what?!! What's the point of having the access panel for only 2 tanks and the a third down away from it by the axels???? AGAIN, STUPID DESIGN. There's lots of covered spaces that could have been converted to better storage in the kitchen. The pantry should have drawers instead of shelves. The "surround system" worked for a few months. One outdoor speaker stopped working and no quality sound, just treble. Can't connect the "surround" to the television for better sound. Not a smart TV, which I'm fine with. We would have picked a unit without a microwave and just overhead light/exhaust with more storage space. The microwave comes on by itself randomly and lights up with the carousel slowly turning, as it's a replacement because the first button panel didn't work. JUNK. The double door Refrigerator needed warranty repair as it would only work on propane. Not going to jinx myself by saying it's been good since. The self leveling feature is not accurate. We will perform self level three times back to back and it will be in three different positions. We must manually level with the controls. The over kitchen water detecting fan opened on its own during a rain when we were away and fried the circuit board. Luckily it was under warranty with a recall so they sent a new board. Waiting to swap that out. I like the easy to pull out couch bed. You pull it out with a tab and push it back in to go back to couch. easy. The entertainment center is very limited for storage. They wasted A LOT of space. They could have built a retraction unit behind the fireplace and placed a window since you have very little view on that back side of the unit. TV out of the way since it's hardly used. Also a window could have been placed above the stove to help with that blind side of the trailer. The driver's side of the trailer has very little places to see out. Winter is a hassle. You'd think they'd place some snaps or channels to install panels to keep under the trailer from freezing. NOPE. Tried to make the least hokie setup work. tsk tsk. I wish I could say I loved it.
Out of everything my biggest pet peeves is the slides hanging, the small water heater tank and the door opening on the wrong side.

We bought this RV in 2020 used. The RV dealership first let us know after we were almost through with the paperwork that it was not under warranty, even though we were told it was. (It was only a few months old). So we made a deal over electronic parts, if one was to fail.
We sold our house and moved into our camper in a large shop we built. Almost immediately, we found a water leak in the bathroom under the sink that was coming from under the kitchen closet. I had to fix that.
Then I found another leak that was coming from the back of the shower. I ended up having to cut a small hole in my bedroom wall to have to replaced the plumbing fittings that were not properly installed.
I then had a leak coming from the kitchen sink. Hot and cold we’re not tight.
Now I have a large leak that is behind the shower in my bedroom causing my floor to continue to stay wet. I ended up having to take part of the wall off, then it broke, so I cut ANOTHER hole at the bottom of the wall.
If you buy this camper I would go through every single water line that you can reach and make sure they are good. Best thing would be to see if the dealership allows you to stay in the camper, there on site, to test all of this stuff out. Or get one hell of a warranty on water leaks!
We then found another leak that was coming from the kitchen faucets.

Poorest built POS on the road! Hands down. Everything falls apart. No drawers have lasted the first year of ownership (purchased new btw). Every single one has either been replaced or repaired. That is 11 drawers. The front door lock has been replaced. The refrigerator has been placed three times. The entire LP system has been disabled and the required pipe dope applied to the pipe joints. This was not done at the factory. My propane bottles were going empty every 2 days and the smell was awful. The propane detector worked damn well. Thank god. The furnace has been repaired 3 times. Nearly all the trim work has been reinstalled with nails that actually hit something to hold on to. The trays in the under storage both fell out because none of the screws that hold it were installed correctly. Most of the awing trim has gone bye bye while driving down the road. That fiberglass shell is cracked in no less than 6 places. The ladder on the back fell off. I was on it! That was fun. The handrail failed because the screws were incorrectly installed. The kitchen sink plumbing leaked from the first day. So did one of the bathroom sinks. All the plumbing fittings were much less than finger tight. The antenna wire to the main TV doesn’t work. Never has. We have to use Roku or DVD. This is a 2020 and the DVD player won’t play Blu-ray Discs. The outside speakers are absolutely junk. A tin can and string would sound better. Winterizing is pain because they couldn’t afford 6 feet of tubing.

Have had several issues, the set up for the furnace is terrible, water leaking into camper and ruined circuit board, have to install a rain guard above the cover on the outside to avoid that issue. Terrible wiring set up, dangerous! Holes in walls they tried to hide where they installed wiring. Terrible insulation in this thing! Leaks in pipes already. Slide outs take in water at bottom on the sides, had to find a way to avoid water intake as the bottom sides to avoid water destroying my floors. Heater instalation is also Terrible and does not hest my bunk room, absolutely no heat coming through that vent.. ac installed Terrible, took a camper into the ceiling and they did not close up certain areas like gaps so I'm losing cold air, all this crap and this is a 2022. Disgusting that they are just slapping these rvs together and calling it a day!

The floor plan is great!! I have written a review on this camper before. We finally got the water pump fixed, but now to find out the black water handle doesn't work!! Really!! Now it has to go back and get fixed again! We still didn't get all the other problems fixed yet. We wanted the water pump fixed and the step handle fixed so we could use our camper at least one or two more times this summer. ( we have only used it once before). It took 6 weeks or longer to get it back, so we missed all summer waiting for it to get fixed!! I wish I had my 2006 camper back. It was built solid and no problems. Buyer beware.....go find an older, better built camper.

I’m a full time RVer. This camper is junk. The appliances are junk. The tires are junk. The craftsman/workmanship is junk. I’ve owned this since September 2019 and it has been in for warranty work 6 times and we are no where near close to solving all the issues.
The Floorplan is awesome. Very comfortable and if everything you look at too hard didn’t fall apart I’d be much happier. All the drawers are poorly assembled and nearly all of them the bottoms have fallen out.
The appliances are extremely poor choices. Dometic refrigerator has failed twice and currently waiting a second warranty replacement on that. The Jenson entertainment center doesn’t have HDMI outputs to the TV. TV has the inputs??? Come on, this is 2020 and you use composite connections? Also the entertainment center won’t play BluRay discs??? DVD yes, BluRay no. Again this is a 2020 camper.
At 7800 miles shredded my first tire. At 7950 shredded my second tire. Bothe had tire minder sensors on them and both were properly inflated. Again absolutely junk from components, materials and workmanship.
Every single threaded plumbing connection has leaked until I fully tightened them. Everyone??? You do the math.
The rear jacks were installed so that fully retracted they were only 2.5” above the ground. I’ve raised them to the highest and now are 6.5”.
Inside the trim work is stapled so that there is no way it will stay in place. The window valances fabric is installed with approximately 350 staples or one staple ever 1/8”. This is not an exaggeration.
All the plastic trim above the 3 slide outs have fallen off.
The propane system had a leak under the camper and both tanks would go empty after 5 days with nothing inside using propane.
If you buy anything made by Dutchman or Thor Industries for that matter you will not get you money’s worth or any quality.
