We love the layout of the camper. HOWEVER, the craftsmanship & customer service is subpar to say the least. We’ve barely had our camper a year, and it’s been falling apart since the first use. The perfect floor plan is overshadowed by all the trim falling off everywhere, the bottom main slide in the main living space which ripped the viynl when we put the slide out tonight. This is an issue that has already been brought up to keystone which basically said the warranty wouldn’t cover it even though there is a 3 year structural warranty. This is our second keystone RV, and currently looking for a better quality RV. I know the price is tempting, but you’ll make up the difference in all the issues you run into.

After the first 2 months, 2 hydraulic leveling leaked, heat stopped working, front slides leaked when raining. After 3rd. Month. Oven went out, 2 more jacks leaking. Water behind wall in showers been leaking whole time ruined floor in bathroom , by toilet and in front of cabinet in kitchen. Spent 6 months at Camper World Augusta. Had to pull slides and replace floors, new oven 4 new hydraulic jacks, new furnace. Went to pick it up. Break away cable ripped off, dining table broke laying on floor and saw dust metal filings all over the place. Never attempted to clean up their mess. Oven not mounted down, molding laying on floor in bedroom. Terrible all around. Very disappointed with manufacturing and Camping world. I asked if the would buy it back. 108k 4 months after I purchased it they want to give me 45k for it!!! They are Rip offs! Go elsewhere!!

If you are interested in this camper, make sure you insist on them replacing the shower surround with one that doesn’t require screws through the face of it to hold it up. I have never in my life seen anyone put screws in a shower surround and think it was a good idea. The plastic buttons/covers are loose and not sealed to the surround. The screws are not stainless steel so eventually they will rust and streak down the surround. If you brush your arm or leg against these buttons they will leave a mark. The best part is the inverter sits directly below the shower so when it leaks not if, it will cause issues with your electrical system. Also when I winterized the shower I noticed that the center of the base where it drains is a 1/2” higher than around the outside edge thus holding water that can’t drain. So far this is the main issue I have with this camper.

The Voltage is a beautiful 5th wheel but it is built very poorly. We were left stuck at a campground because the levelers wouldn’t go back up and another time because the slide out system broke and we couldn’t get it to go back in. Every camping trip something broke down and I’m talking thousands and thousands of dollars to repair all of the different issues. We only had it a few months when we took it in to get some of the issues resolved they wouldn’t do anything because they said it was excessively used …we camped in it … that’s all. I would not recommend the Voltage to anyone.

We had two water leaks one in the kitcen and one in the belly with are shower. Trim pieces are not hung right or are falling off. Rear middle jacked burned out the first trip and had to have road side service take the jack off so we could drive home. Are dealer is going to make it right , its just sad that they have to completely overhaul my RV thats two weeks old. The person who built the left side of the rv was awesome the worker working on the right side must have been new beacuse all of the trim is coming off.

I have not been happy with our RV since we bought it, we paid top of line price for bottom of line 5th wheel! The trim everywhere is coming off, you can see outside by the door, the plumbing is falling off one of the double sinks in the bathroom. Everything is put together with staples that you can see everything looks unfinished! Not put together very well at all. We were sold this trailer with a recall on it, it was not fixed before we took it off the lot. My husband drove from Texas to Iowa it had 3 blowouts on his way home, tore up both side of this trailer. We are getting nothing but a run around from the dealership and the company who makes these trailers! The tires were defective and to top it all off the tires that were on it when we bought it, we’re not the tires that are supposed to be on the trailer!!! Very poor customer service by all!!!

We've always had a target setup for every RV we've bought and at 35' 11" this RV is no exception. We always want a 4 door stainless large size fridge that runs on propane, battery and shore power. Second, we like having a King size bed, original mattress was, as usual crap, so we found a residential king mattress that fit and sleeps really good. Third, the shower, can't take those small curved or corner shower so we wanted a large rectangle shower with glass doors and a seat. Keystone did a great job on design, quality and sensible layout. This is a very comfortable RV. Plenty of storage and high end design.

We have not been able to take this camping yet, because the warranty people won’t approve the repairs. The bunks in the garage, one rail they completely missed the stud and we can’t use the bed or couch. We purchased this new in march and still nothing has been done. The front jacks drop when it is down and when you hook it to the truck it starts dropping, so you have to strap it up with a pretty heavy strap. My shelves are falling off in the pantry, and trim is loose. Screws are coming up through the flood and putting holes in the floor, I kneeled on one when I was putting stuff under the bed. When you pull the slid out in, it kinks the hose to the fridge. Very poor design. This is a high priced piece of junk.

I highly recommend this 5th wheel RV for short or long distance travelers this moving comfort zone has been a joy to own. It towed very well for several short trips (250 miles), using moderate winding roads toward the Northern California Pacific Ocean. On our extended trip (2 weeks to Tacoma, Wash), using major highways, it was hard to stay at 55 mph because the rig seemed to cruise effortlessly behind. This was our first RV and have enjoyed ownership. All of the comforts of home are here plus storage for lots of accessories. This vehicle could also easily be used as a short term residence site while developing something permanent. (Putting up to sell for medical reasons).
