Where to begin? 1st 10feet the cabin lights stopped working, bent stabilizer arm. valances laminate peeled, light coming in bedroom due to cabinet coming off the side wall panels for underground storage and the same for the walk-in closet over the outside kitchen plus the fenders over the tires began to flap in the wind. Mile 400 refrigerator fell off the wall. Not attached to the A frame and only into a 3/4 in think vanity board. 600 miles in the covers for electrically at front came off. 1200 miles in Awning came of the control arm nearly taking off my head. Looks like not riveted into the arm. 2000 miles all plumbing under sinks came loose and the shelf under the kitchen sink collapsed. 2500 miles in the electrical panel began falling off the wall. Large blind fell off wall. So much more!!!!! During this time my dealer directed to the MFG who in the end took notes but never reimbursed me for all of the repair expenses. In fact, we schedule a drop-off in Indiana to the MFG who later reneged on the stop and tried to move us to January. So whatever price you get with the new trailer you will be paying out of pocket during trips to put it back together better than it was manufactured. I would ask for 5k off immediately. Show less

Bought this RV new May of 2023. As of right now we are at over 60 issues everything from all drawers falling apart, cupboard doors falling apart, bathroom and bedroom doors and tracks completely falling off, most of all trim inside has fallen off, window frame bent and leaking, three windows will not close and it is currently at the dealer because the WHOLE back wall is falling off! The entrance door latch broke in the middle of nowhere and the only was to get in the trailer was to pry the door open with a pry bar, one of the front storage compartment doors fell right out of the outside wall, the furnace did not work after bringing it straight home after purchase, the slide has ruined the flooring in numerous spots from rubbing on it, the sliding king bed in front would not lock in place and smashed from wall to wall while driving also ruining the flooring, sawdust and cut material from manufacturing EVERYWHERE! The list goes on, this thing is UNBELIEVABLE and the quality of craftsmanship is the level of 1 out of 10, stay away from these things! Show less

Unbelievable pile of garbage. Every cupboard door and cabinet has fallen apart. The bathroom door fell off, the latch on the entrance door broke and door had to be pried open, furnace failed on the first day, extreme poor craftsmanship, this review panel cannot handle the list if I go on! STAY AWAY!!!! Show less

We have owned the cruiser radiance for roughly 2 months and used it twice. The floorplan is great and the looks of it are great, but that's where the fun ends. The build quality of this unit is absolutely horrible. The first time we took it camping, one of the window shades completely pulled out of the wall. Two screws only held into 1/8 inch particle board. That particle board was only held up by 6-7 quarter inch staples. I fixed that myself the right way. The second time we went out, one of the kitchen cabinets pulled out of the wall by the mounting screws. (And there was nothing but 2 loaves of bread in it at the time!) After further inspection there is signs of very poor quality materials all over this camper. After paying nearly $40,000 for this unit after trading in our 2019 Jayco Jay Feather only to have more space, we feel as though we have been robbed. We do not blame our dealer because they were more than helpful to us. But we will never buy another Cruiser brand RV. Show less

worst experience in my life. bought a travel trailer noticed many things wrong. mentioned it to them after they ignored us for a month or longer. then they finally had us bring it in to them in December. been calling, sending emails, no response. then when we call and complain, yes we swore at them it had been 4 months of being ignored, they called us and said it wasn't a good fit because we were rude and we needed to come pick it up and that they still didn't fix anything 4 months later. not one time did the manager call us to see what they could do to make it right with our first purchase. I would love to hear from the owner or director. horrible horrible. Show less

Bought this as our first RV new 5 years ago. It has been a good unit for the most part, but the slide out floor rotted out due to a manufacturing defect. $4500 later we have a new floor and a sour taste towards Highland ridge Show less

We have traveled to Alaska,up the East Coast, through the national parks, in the west, through the south. We have had no problems. Just normal maintenance you should do to maintain a travel trailer. I would not hesitate to buy another. Sometimes it not the trailer, it is the owner who does not take care of the unit. Show less

JUNK ... bought this used in 2020 (1yrold) Cabinets cheap falling apart, shower pan leaks all over floor, water pump doesnt work, door latches both broke the first month, worst carpentry ive ever seen , nails popping out of trim everywhere , ( ripped my pointer finger wide open on a nail) valance above one window is 4" out of level in 3' Drunk installer no doubt ?? trim missing both roof vents have had to be replaced, this is crazy the water fill for city water is on the door side of trailer ? water fill for tanks onthe back of trailer, never seen this before, sewer dump is under slide ? REALLY ? Doors exterior both have gaps big enough to put a pencil thru them, bathroom door has fallin off so many times im going to have to totally rebuild it there is nothing solid left to screw into , oh clothes closet rods are so far forwaard you can not close the doorswhen you hang up your shirts they stick out 12" , AC plastic grill broke first time out, thermostat is the cheapest peace of crap like the rest of the trailer , 2 burners on stove dont work, all I can say is they got me, never again ! hopefully this review will cost this crappy company . good floor plan maybe the can get anothe company to build theres ??? This RV we bought brand new in 2019. We tested everything when we bought it everything worked had it delivered to our house and when we put the pop out, out the carpet started smoking. Found pinched wires from wires from the factory being to tight on a pivot point. Had that fixed witch the manufacturer only refunded half the bill. A few months latter the trim falls off. No nails it was just wedged in place. All the laminate on the cabinets also started pealing. These are cheap and you will get crappy service. And some of the screws are rusted only after a two years of owing this. Show less

We love this RV. We wouldn't be selling except that we need a longer unit to meet the HOA guidelines for the RV Resort were we have purchased a lot. It's easy to drive and maneuver. A great floorplan for two people with plenty of room in the bath for clothes and essentials. Inside storage is plentiful and we carry place settings for four people, just in case. The exterior storage is more than you'd imagine. We are able to carry two sets of golf clubs, two lounge chairs, a foldable outdoor table, outside area rug, leveling blocks, bike pump and a Weber gas grill as well as tools and hookup hoses, cables etc. Thanks for you interest.
