Cruiser RV Stryker reviews

Overall we loved it at first but then the problems started. First we had two blowouts. First one there was no damage . Second one destroyed wheel wells and side of camper . Took to a tire shop and they referred to the manufacturer installed tires as China bombs . Just overall cheap tires. Replaced with 4 new better quality tires and no problem since. Second problem was doors kept coming off tracks . Next we went to install solar display in area where they put sticker only to find once we cut wall open they had installed pvc vent in same area. We also have had several problems with the awnings working when they want . Last major problem is soft spots in living room and master bedroom making it not being able to use. Will have to tear everything out to make repairs. Camper is not worth the money. Show less

This toy hauler has it all. It keeps the wife happy with higher end living without having a fifth wheel. It also allows for a 4 seat side x side to fit in the separate garage. Would not have a different RV it’s perfect for families who love comfort and adventure. Show less

Quality control is the worst I have ever seen. We had to vacuum and wipe down everything because of the saw dust and construction debris. First trip the heater blower stopped working. The squirrel cage came apart and was destroyed. The front stabilizer jacks didn't work, a wire was not installed correctly. The skirting flaps so bad going down the road that some of the side light covers came off. On the third trip the water pump quit working, had to have it fixed. We have to reset the thermostat every trip. 1 year and 3 months the skirting on the right side was destroyed from the wind on the highway. Cruiser wouldn't help because it was 3 months past the 1 year warranty. The bedroom door keeps coming of the track when traveling even though it's latched. I WOULD NEVER BUY AN RV FROM CRUISER. Took our striker, 2916 camping for the first time and it’s already sheared bolt off the stabilizer jacks. The happy Jack seats I have already broke and one of the legs came loose and tore through the fabric. The shower leaks in two places I’ve really been disappointed with this to have these problems on one trip.. Show less

We purchased new in 2018 a Cruiser Stryker 2912. It worked well for us with the toy hauler section having lots of options for SxS or dirt bikes. Earlier this year, we noticed a soft spot in the floor toy hauler section. Turns out that a hole was drilled into the water tank on initial installation. The pilot hole was drilled too deep when the table holer cups were installed in the floor and a perfect 1/2" hole was drilled into the upper side of the frsh water tank. Mold, mildew, water damage to the entire floor area and rotted the floor over 4 years of travel between Arizona and Montana with water in the fresh water tank. We'd been using trailer heavy and fresh water had been splashing out of water tank onto underside of flooring for years which was unbeknown to us because of the insulated underbelly. We never saw any water leaking under camper to indicate a tank issue Contacted Cruiser RV for help with cost of repair on several occasions and was ignored. We told Cruiser rv the entire situation s well as gave them the contact information of the independant repair shop. So, while we love our toy hauler and use the heck out of it, we would not recommend using Cruiser RV as they do not stand behind their products. We had to pay 1000$ insurance deductable and lost use of rv for 4 months for repair. Show less

When comparing to other toy haulers of this size, there really is no comparison with quality and the amount of fresh water it holds. 98 gal tank 10 gal water heater. 108 gallons of fresh water! And this is a wide body design with a large payload capacity. Show less

This review is for the 2021 Stryker ST2816. On October 12, 2020 I fell in love with the floor plan and purchased it. It fits my RZR900 trail, and my Polaris 550 touring 2 seat 4wheeler. Plenty of room for everything we needed. Life happened and we could not go out before winter, so it was in storage until April. We have had it out camping 3 times and each time went in for service. Problem is that the slides would get bound up. It has spent 3 months in the shop this summer getting the main slide repaired. Got it back on Friday morning for Labor Day camp trip. Opened the slides, got everything loaded. Then the slide bound up and wouldn't come in. Love the floor plan, but tired of the constant service on the slides. Owned it less than a year and traded it in on Saturday. The service department is coming out to the house today 9/10/2021 to get the slides in, and tow it away. I am disappointed because I was hoping this would be our last trailer. I think I just got a lemon. Show less

This Camper trailer is a great little trailer. No major issues at all. Everything is well made. I fix my 900RZR Trail model right into the back. The Sub woofer kicks loud. The generator start every time. The shower is a bit small. The king size bad is great. The 2 beds in the back makes room for a total of 6 people. So far so good! Had an issue with the happiJack system at first. The dealer fixed it and now they work all the time. Show less

I am on my third trip and we’ve had nothing but delight with this RV. This is the first one I have ever purchased. The designs and efficiencies are all well designed and executed. Facing my first issue after six months of ownership as the television has gone on the blank. Called the main factory Number as instructed by my dealer and none of the service or parts or warranty extensions are answered. Just get recordings that there is no space in the mailbox. Wondering if this company has gone under. Show less

i have owned the camper for just over a year.It has been at the dealership almost 6 months. Bought camper with onboard generator and from first time using it radomly shuts down. Its been back and forth 3 times and still is not fixed.Cruiser customer service is horrible.Yes they approve the claims but do little to help.I do not recommend buying anything from them. Show less
