Great floor plan with much comfort. Lots of cabinets to keep plenty of food, clothes and all necessities. We have used it on travels as a couple and as a family with 6 kids inside. lots of space to spread out even on rainy days. LOVE LOVE LOVE the out door kitchen!. I really can not complaint. My husband loved the fact that it is an ultra-lite model and easy to tow with our Yukon XL SUV. We love having a KING size bed in our bedroom. Having the bedroom in the front and the bunks in the back is just fabulous, plenty of privacy. Show less

This quad bunk RV is pretty amazing if you have children or even if you want an office option with extra sleeping for guests. the 4th bunk in the bunk room can also transform into a 2- seater dinette. This travel trailer is like having a large 2 bedroom hotel suite on wheels. You can legit sleep 10 people in this rig. The outdoor kitchen is useful as well and pretty good underbelly storage makes this a great RV option. My only con to this 2021 is that the master has a King and I feel like a Queen is more than enough space for the master. The King seems kinda a little overkill, but others may enjoy the King option. This is our 3rd RV, first Cruiser branded one. We picked it up in October of '22 and have now been on 3 trips. I love the floor space and outside kitchen. The dinette could be a little wider but it's pretty standard. Our first shakedown we had no AC and on our last night found a leak from the city water connection that warped the bathroom sink cabinet. Warranty service was easy but during the inspection they found 4 loose screws in the roof and the "authorized" repair is to cover them with sewer vents. Not happy with that at all. Since I'm going from 4 small holes to really big randomly located caps Interior fit and finish is pretty bad, there is stain from the finish all over the walls, and some of the trim looks like a drunk person cut it with a steak knife. I've fixed 3 doors that didn't latch and re-glued the insert on every center panel cabinet door because the center panel just falls out. Hot glue In the corners doesn't cut it! I've used two tubes of caulk resealing the sink and shower. Renailed and glued trim pieces because of none or few staples and a tube of gutter sealant to close a leak outside right above the entry door that the factory installation at the seam was literally a piece of electrical tape. As i work through all these little issues I feel like it will be a good camper, but I'm wishing now I had bought the extended warranty. Show less

This Rv is only a few years old and over the weekend the frame broke apart on the highway. The frame broke above the rear axle and separated the leaf springs from the frame. Someone definitely could have been killed if we didnt have someone tell us that our rv was leaning over to one side when we pulled in for gas. We were 5 hours from home so had to pay almost $2000 to get it towed home. Checked the other side of the rv and the frame had started to crack in the same area as well. A frame repair company said the rv is totalled so trying to get insurance to total it out. In our short 6 months of ownership we also experienced a water leak from no caulking behind the master bedroom window, oven fan went out, ac wouldn't cycle once it reached operating temp, ac control panel stopped functioning, poor sealant for outdoor kitchen causing wood to rot and rear bumper welds broke from putting less than 100lb generator on it. This has hands down been the worst experience for both my fiance and I. My fiance purchased a Cruiser RV trailer. From day one we had major issues with the trailer starting with the drains for the grey water not being connected to the grey water tank and flooding the underbelly, leaks at slides, leaks under the stove, flooring tearing up, recliner not working, etc. This was all over a 3-4 month time frame. The worst part of all of this was their customer service. The unprofessionalism and rude emails blew me away. I emailed the Warranty Manager 2x and my fiance left 2 voicemails asking for help with this trailer. To this day, we still have not received a call back or email from him. Instead, we have been dealing with someone who continuously argues with us and sends condescending emails as if we have done something to inconvenience him and his day. My fiance is now forced to take time off work and drive the trailer 1,800 miles back to where he purchased it. If anyone is considering buying anything from Cruiser RV, I would highly advise against it. Show less

We love this camper. Very durable and light weight ( we have 5 kids). High quality finish on the exterior and very well though design. When I bought it I did not know that the power stabilizer jacks are standard!! I am 6.8 tall and We love the sliding king size bed and the extra head room. We looked at many campers and they don't have the ceiling hight this one have. You don't feel closeophobic. No leaks found. My only issue with this camper is minor cosmetic defects on the interior trim, Can easily be fixed. Show less

My wife and I purchased our MPG 2 1/2 months ago, and before we left the lot the pantry door was removed due to poor craftsmanship and the bathroom counter wasn’t even sealed. The dealership siliconed the counter and we hauled it home. Since being home we’ve already found multiple issues. Overhead lighting above table had fallen from the ceiling, plastic trim around door to bathroom was hanging free, backsplash in kitchen was no longer attached to wall. 2 window valances have also come loose and I had to reattach because I’m not waiting a lifetime to have them repaired.The door frame is bent and there’s a decal missing. We’ve been waiting for our pantry door for going on 3 months and Cruiser still hasn’t gotten us a door or decal. The dealer has been extremely helpful and has been calling Cruiser weekly but nothing yet. So I can’t say I’m very pleased with our $48000 purchase. Can’t wait to see what breaks or falls off this weekend. Show less

We bought Feb. 2019 new. we have had no problems with it. have traveled 5000 miles with it. love the hight ceiling. love the king bed. both the honda generators fit in the front storage, with room for other items. Show less

After owning for a year, I’m afraid that our RV is a lemon. Biggest issue: black tank After several attempts from the dealer we still don’t have our problem solved. Come to find out.. the tank was not held in with braces thus the tank tilted and will not empty the entire way. Refrigerator Consistently blowed the fuse, dealer decided to add a larger fuse. Still blows fuses! ( it’s been in the shop3 times for this) still blowing fuses. Rear axel It’s bent and has wore down two tires in less than 1000 miles Screen door Fell apart Show less

Owned this trailer now for 2 months and finally were able to get it set up in our back yard due to covid and personal problems. Got it opened and everything turned on and it is great other than the fact that the Furrion stereo turns on but nothing comes out of the speakers. Big disappointment there. Hopefully it can be a warranty issue and taken care of asap. Biggest issue is that we live 3 hrs away from the dealer. Other than this, we are happy so far. Show less
