Bought this trailer new in 2021 and absolutely love it. Great layout and plenty of storage. Love the large closet at the entry that doubles as a pantry. Nice size bathroom with a lot of cabinet space. Outdoor kitchen is ok...dump that Colman grill it's junk. We got the upgraded AC, frameless windows and theater seating. Quality - There was some trim that needed staples touched up and one trim piece that was cut short all taken care of by the dealer. We only put 10,000 miles on it so far with half of that last year after I retired.

We lived in this RV in this for over a year. While it did have a few plumbing problems as with all new RVs. The Warranty covered it perfectly other than that it was a great trailer to live in. Towing is not a problem as long as you have a powerful enough truck. It had enough room for my daughter and her five children to stay in comfortably. Overall, I think this is a great RV trailer!

Overall a decently designed destination trailer. Though classified as a bunkhouse model, it came equipped with a second queen size bedroom in the rear - so perfect for a couple with two girls or two boys. We bought and lived in it in FL for two months then moved it to Upstate NY and lived in it for four months over the last 9 months. During that time we've had several quality and build issues starting with sawdust and wood chunks packed into the furnace cabinet causing the furnace to "smoke" and repeatedly shutdown the furnace when it was fired up for the first time. That first contact with "customer support" did not go well. Response to terrible. No apology for the lazy cleanup crew. No assurance that they'd communicate back to manufacturing so as to assure this would not happen for other customers. We paid an RV service tech to look at the furnace when he discovered it was packed with sawdust chips. Next issue was a faulty backflow preventer valve in the bathroom cabinet flooding the cabinet and floor with water. Again, the same none response from Coachmen Catalina customer support. By then we were in the Adirondack Park, 100 miles from the nearest authorized repair place. Customer support informed me that I had to tow the 40 ft destination trailer to that repair center to replace the valve. NOPE! I bought a valve and replaced it myself. The third, and major failure with the CHEAP GE AC unit, which was not cooling at all. Again, customer support said to tow 100 miles and leave it (for what could be months) to replace the bad unit - or I could use a mobile RV tech some 60 miles away to come out and replace the unit. OK? The quote for that option was $2600 (I could buy a CHEAP GE AC replacement for $700). That came to $1900 in travel, time, and materials (most of which was not covered by Coachmen "warranty" repairs). The fourth major problem was a leak coming from the ceiling inside the kitchen cabinet. I sourced it to water running off the side of the gutter and up under it. Up under the gutter wasn't sealed. Heavy rain pouring off the roof caused the water to lap up under the gutter and flowed directly into the side of the roof. Sealing this huge gap under the gutter solved the problem.

( Furrion Refrigerator) Tried everything to see if it was a relay or something else. Here all the coolant leaked out. Until Coachmen uses a different product, I'd stay away from them, after reading all of the refrigerator issues they have on line. Don't buy one with that model of fridge in it.

This was our first RV purchase and we have had it now for 3 years. We have been on about 12 trips with it - the longest being 12 hours to Arkansas. It fits our family of five perfectly, with room to add 3 more friends or family members. The separate bunk room for the kids is perfect, and my 5'9" daughter sleeps comfortably in there. It is great that they have their own space, and we have ours in the master bedroom. We have run the heater and the a/c for days straight and it has worked perfectly, we were very comfortable. I love the rainy days when we stay inside and watch movies too. The outdoor space is great - the outdoor kitchen is perfect for our coffee maker, kids sodas and snacks, and extra utensils, we used it quite a bit. There is even an outdoor shower if needed - we only needed it once at the lake. The storage is perfect too - we fit SO much into all the cabinets inside, as well as outside. We had enough towels, games, cleaning supplies, dishes, you name it - to make this basically a second home. Towing the camper was very easy, my husband's F150 had no problems at all. I can't say enough good things about this camper, we have had a wonderful experience with it all the way around.

The master bedroom shares a rotating TV with the living room and lots of storage space around and under the queen bed. The main area boasts a dinette and a jack-knife sofa which both convert into full-size beds. In the same room is a kitchen with clean appliances and huge countertops. The outdoor kitchen offers a sink with running water, a propane stove, some storage, and a mini fridge waiting to be filled with your tasty beverages!

Frame and suspension had ten years worth of rust when it was three months old. Treated it with phosphoric acid and POR-15. Cabinet doors popped open by themselves on the Interstate and ended up on the floor due to the cheap catches and hinges. Upgraded the hinges and added latches. Rear blind fell off (the heavy wood valance was held on by just 2 #6 screws put into nothing but the wallboard). Screwed them back in to the metal window frame. Couch broke free while driving on the Interstate. Rear cabinet bottom coming apart, had to add brackets. Cabinet over the sink started to fall apart, had to add brackets. 12v battery terminal nuts run only halfway down on the studs (not even finger tight). Bad ground on the bathroom vent fan. Condensation in running lights. Easily breakable refrigerator door handles. Cheap staples holding bed box panel on. Water heater electric element burned out on delivery. Water pump running continuously, pump replaced. Wall outlet covers falling off. Dome light covers falling off. The 12v battery doesn't have much storage, on off-grid night four the heater and refrigerator stopped working because there wasn't enough voltage (my site was ~50% shaded and the solar panel is only 100 watts). I replaced it with a couple of 6v golf cart units in series, and am planning a major upgrade to the solar capacity. In the meantime I bring a generator to boondock.
