Brand new from store Came with missing mattress, we were told mattress would be shipped and nada. Slide out leaks when driving on a rainy day Shower box leaks and water go thru the wall outside of the bathroom Vynil floor unfinished, some parts has bubble and had a puncture damage Terrible sliding door, it felt off the rail falling over the deck screen and damaging the screen Sliding door never closes or open smoothly, you better not be weak to be able to do the job Window screen was damaged, blind kep faking every time we were on the road Motor smoked in a short trip and we had to evacuate as the smoke was all inside as well Lots of issues for a brand new motor coach and who knows what else we’ll find And good luck with customer service, at least 20min wait time until somebody answer

Well let me tell you, I bought this unit new and have only been out a few times. This year I have pulled it to Michigan. I have had my window coverings fall off, towel ring fall off and now it looks like the front part of the body is pulling away from the corner molding that is around the front diamond plate and side walls. I had an 1/8” gap that I needed to seal to prevent rain water from entering the body seam joint. Not very impressed with the build quality of this trailer and it cost me over 29 grand to buy. Beginning to think I must have been a sucker. I wouldn’t buy or recommend one.

Nothing but problems when we purchased this trailer. I should ran and not walked away. We did not even make it home with the license plate or furnace door and the access door kept coming open as we were driving down the freeway. I came home and loaded the trailer with all of our stuff. The next day it had rained during the night and all of my towels in the bathroom were wet. The skylight was cracked. I called them and they gave me the run around. Finally agreed to send the parts to repair the skylight sent everything but the glue to fix. Got some sob story about it could not be sent thru the mail. I bet they purchase it thru the mail. Just trying to cut corners once again. The bathroom had small holes that were not sealed up during building it.I did not notice this before purchase. The sent some stripping to cover it up. Also chairs had rips in the corners that I did not notice before hand. I would of seen all of this if the walk thru would of went thru. But they were prepping the trailer something that we paid for. And I went out and noticed the ladder had been removed and asked where it was and the kid said he would talk to the service boss. Well i went back inside and the service boss started yelling and cursing that it did not come with a ladder . I said I saw one when we looked at. Well it did come with a ladder and I fought and they put the ladder back in. After that the kid that was finishing up on the trailer said to me and my husband I guess now because of my jerk boss i will not be getting a tip! Really a tip for doing your job. Well no he did not get a tip. And that is probably why our stuff flew off on the ride home. This is Best RV in Turlock. I would never never recommend them to anyone. They are terrible to deal with. So now I have a brand new trailer we have used 5 times with all kinds of problems that they will not even acknowledge or call me back on. the slide out went out a few days after the warranty expired. So we pull the motors out and one looks brand new the other looks like it has been laying in the mud for a year. I know that they will not help us out. Would not even help if it was not days past the warranty. I am so disgusted with our purchase and dealing with all the horrible service . Do not buy from Best RV of Turlock Ca. or Pacific Coach Works if you don't want problems.

We like the RV floor plan and we like the overall size of the unit. The included gas grill that hooks up to the RV propane tank is nice. However, on our first trip the electric part of the water heater would not work, both awning end covers fell off, the entry steps would not go down, the HDMI cord from the Blu-Ray was broken and the cab fuse box cover would not stay on. While parked at our home, the front shade curtain and the entire support fell onto the dash and the left, rear leveling jack started leaking. On our second trip, the self leveling stopped working, the radio/rear camera stopped working and the front curtain was still not working even though it had been reinstalled. While driving in a steady rain at 60 mph we discovered a high pitch squeal coming from in front of the driver. Not wipers! We had some leaks during heavy rain and we also noticed that the rear gel coat is cracking. There are several other small issues that we have taken care of ourselves. Our unit has been at the dealer more than we have had it. We may have just gotten a lemon, but I would not recommend or every purchase another Thor product.

We hauled a cam am Spyder motor cycle in the garage to complete our Route 66 trips.Garage was nice during rainy weather esp with dogs cause we could enter garage and keep the living area much cleaner. When daughter and grandson traveled with us they had their own bedroom with TV, radio, AC, and door. Plenty of sleeping spots available. Dinette large enough to play cards with 4 people and dining too. When just an overnight stay - didn't put out the slide and yet the large TV slides out for full view. Access to all with slide in- refrig, bathroom, sinks, food, etc.
