This travel trailer I purchase sept 22 2024 pick it up oct9 2024. Then 2 weeks later took it back bbq wiring caught on fire after lighting it, refrigerator, keeps loosing power to where I lost food a couple times. Then pick it back up close to 3 weeks later showed up at dealership door was left open dirt and leaves fill the trailer floor. Then had to go back the following week to pick it up. Took off to San Jose was gone 3 months staying in and out running back and forth to LA from San Jose so I had stored trailer at rv park while I worked in LA . Came back to it after a week and bedroom, hallway window bedroom window filled with water due to leaking window so I put caulking around that cleaned up mess. We also had dehumidifiers in trailer so then I had to fly to Portland for a week came back mold all over bedroom under bed in cabinets all over trim window still looked like they leaked. Also stayed in trailer like 5-6 weeks while working in San Jose then frig started kilian my food inside and would not stay cold. While I’m back in Medford with the trailer now it’s February and dealship tell me I’ll have to forest river they can’t help me. Now what

From the heating to the plumbing and wood products like the drawers and shades. We have had to fix so many things. I feel like I need to take electric, wood, and plumbing supplies EVERY time I take this pice of crap out!!!!! I am now trying to sell it and get rid of it. It’s a LEMON of a product. Please don’t believe the hype of “Made by the Amish” if this is their quality they wouldn’t last a week living in this kind of camper! Run don’t walk away from any dealership that carries this CHEAP inferior product. I wish I had never ever purchased this money pit of a product.

We love the open concept floor plan with large bathroom! For a couples camper it's been perfect and decent when we have had the occasional guests. The camper has ample storage inside and out. It makes a great spring, summer and fall camper, however it is not for winter camping! It has heated tanks and a fireplace but is not insulated enough to comfortably camp all year. My only other complaint is the large windows in the slide don't open. But for the price point I understand. I did have some slide issues initially but once I lubed up the rack and pinion components it's worked great. The RV sits up high so it does catch a lot of wind when towing, anti sway bars are highly recommended! The plastic access a belly cover underneath the camper cracked and I had to repair it, wasn't to difficult. All in all I have really enjoyed this RV. I did not have any dealings with the warranty or factory support as I work on my RV myself.

This is a very attractive trailer and for the most part has held up. We ran into an issue with the black tank valve immediately but other than that it’s been alright. There’s a lot of overhang which makes it hard to go on steep hills. Ours has the cold weather package but first winter in it proved a lot of stuff was not ready for it. The tank heaters are practically useless and with no furnace it can be almost impossible to defrost the tanks. We were lucky enough to have the cold front not last too long and get back above freezing temperatures. I will say that we were in 0 degrees and did not realize it was that cold until we checked the weather. It has great internal wall heaters but the HVAC is practically useless. There are a few drafts in the bedroom which we had to use reflectix for.

I especially love that it is light weight and we can tow it with our Nissan Xterra Pro4X. I also appreciate that this model was made pre-Covid and it has the highest quality standards. Everything works and it has held together well Another bonus is that there is such a huge following of R-Pod lovers that we have been able to be part of a Facebook community where we have learned all kinds of tips and tricks about R-Pods and traveling safe and keeping it up-to-date. They even have rallies and meet ups all across the country.

Open app Your location Dennis Dillon RV 6772 W Targee St, Boise, ID 83709 RV dealer Kimberly Cory - Hepperle 407 points an hour ago They sold me a pre-owned trailer that they didn't inspect properly. The air conditioner didn't work first trip, heater didn't work, water lines were opposite and the shower hoses was off. Every trip we had we had problems. Every time we used it we either had a blow out, damaged wear to tire. Repeatedly we told the dealership. I purchased the extended warranty and additional tire coverage. Check your warranties they don't cover much. But we were told Dennis Dillon is the administrators. My axle is bent. My belief is they sold it to me without throughly inspecting the trailer or they would have caught these issues. My inspection report provided by Dennis dillon is blank. I've tried for over a month to request theirs. No response. I called and asked for the manager left a very detailed message for my call. I didn't know it was Joseph Muller as the manager. He didn't call me he emailed my husband because he dealt with him on the past issue. He knows what the issue is because I left a message and emailed him no response now for over a month. Don't purchase a pre-owned vehicle from them. You're putting your life at risk. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on and Dennis dillon won't respond to you should you need help. Warranty company only open 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. Ridiculous run around if you break down after hours and don't get pre authorization to tow your vehicle off the freeway. Joseph Muller service manager is evasive and non responsive. Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau. I've spent more time and money broken down repairing a trailer that should have been inspected and repaired before resale.

Poor materials and quality. Outrageous prices for terrible workmanship and nothing but problems from the second you drive off the lot. Horrendous, unresponsive customer service, zero accountability and zero reimbursement for major defects. Screw customer over with faulty products. RV sits at the repair shop the entire first year under manufactured warranty, with all sorts of problems that they don't bothering fixing. They don't pay repair shops enough money to do their recalls either, customer has to come out of pocket on those too. Nothing but a money pit. RV dealers only want to sell and promise to do warranty work, use it as a selling point, but when you try bringing in your broken RV they turn you down claiming FR doesn't pay them enough to cover their work $/hour.
