It was built during the pandemic, so everything that could go wrong did. 3 of the 5 slides were bad, the refrigerator doors wouldn't open all the way, the custom Morryde independent suspension was installed incorrectly and almost caused a catastrophic failure, (I'm still dealing with the problem now 2.5 years later) awnings installed wrong, shower walls delaminated, tank sensors replaced and still don't work, etc. The manuals and other would be helpful paperwork was virtually worthless. I asked for a schematic of the plumbing and the manufacturer stated they don't have one. The electrical system Is designed to work as the coach is delivered so if you want to install a good solar unit it's very difficult. Riverstone doesn't offer a good solar unit. As an example of the warranty service... When I discovered that the refrigerator doors would not open all the way because the cabinet was blocking them the response from the dealer was, "WELL THAT'S NOT UNDER WARRANTY" Now for the good news. Recently I ran into a couple that had a 2024 Riverstone Legacy and they stated that they had the coach for about 4 months and NOTHING was wrong. They have been living in it and found everything worked as it should. Therefore, I put my nightmare experience down to Covid.

This RV was purchased at Bills Happy Camper, which if you have a Riverstone you know who they are and their great reputation. We have traveled 13000 miles while working remotely since June 0f 2022. Some history to provide extra details for additional Maintenance we have done. During the first year Bills Happy Camper replaced a seal on front right hydraulic Jack due to leak. All Hydraulics working great. In May of 2024 Bills also fixed a kitchen slide which had a motor pop out of its housing. Both covered under initial and current extended warranty which is transferrable to new owner. MORyde IS alignment completed in May 2024 also at designated MORyde alignment service center. All Tanks cleaned in February 2024 with receipts and grades available. Also provided pictures of items you should be aware of but are at best cosmetic. I bondod are near hitch pin. A weird vertical angle leaving a gas station were the truck bed and RV touched. Bills also fixed a right rear area where the ground hit the rear right bottom. They could have provide new panel but chose not to. Picture in sun makes it look worse than is. All other pictures provided of that area doesnt even show an issue. Since were no longer RVing let me tell you all the other items we will be including with this sale.Fully paid for a transferable Warranty from Americas RV Warranty. I am very disappointed in the quality of the Cherokee grey wolf 27rr. When I bought it the water tank was shipped out with a crack in it so we could not boondock on our first trip. Then within a year the slide out had broken luckily under warranty. It is now about 2-1/2 years old and there is a ton of water under the dinette which will be coming out of our pocket to have fixed. I like the layout we chose but for the price, I have towed it to be fixed as many times as it has been out camping. I know the factory warranty is 1 year but I would like to think you should get a couple years of camping with no issues. I also think that a leak like this should be covered by the factory. A car that is driven daily has a better warranty

Our Work & Play toy hauler obviously works really well for taking our Polaris XP-1000 RZR side-by-side out to the desert or mountains for riding, especially since it has a 30-gallon fuel station built into it. I was always uncomfortable with carrying gas cans inside our previous older to hauler. That being said, the toy hauler does have 2 built-in vents; one that draws in outside air toward the front and one toward the rear that expels the air. The little secret about toy haulers is that they work great for "regular" camping since they are very roomy. We've used it many times for camping trips, and we took it to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons last year and it was great! Unlike many toy haulers that have a bed in one corner of the main area, this one has a separate bedroom on a slide-out adjacent to a large bathroom with a large shower. Being a toy hauler it also has a 98-gallon fresh water tank! We put the patio kit on ours, which makes the ramp into an outdoor patio area, separated by a wide screen to keep bugs out. This is great for BBQ'ing so we didn't have to go up and down the steps each time we needed something from the kitchen. One minor downside to this toy hauler is that it is 8.5 feet wide, so visibility in hindered a bit along the sides of the trailer. However, I equipped ours with a wireless camera and screen which I clip onto the mirror in our truck so it's natural to look at it for a good view of the road behind. The 21LT only weighs 5928 lbs empty (UVW), so it is easily towed by a half ton truck that is geared appropriately. Gas mileage suffers though as the trailer is both wide and tall. Finally, we used a Blue Ox Sway Pro weight distribution hitch which does an amazing job controlling sway, and is also very quiet compared to the friction type hitches. Note that I rated the factory warranty / support as 3-stars based on experience with a previous new Forest River trailer we had bought. We bought this toy hauler used and did not have to used Forest River for any repairs.

I purchased new about 3 months ago and the trailer pulled really bad. I tow almost 2-3x a week and by far this is the worst experience. Dropped it off at the dealer for major repairs structurally. I was told the following day that the trailer has buckled , the doors are bent , the cabinets and oven are pulling off the wall , the wrong leaf springs were installed and the axles are bad. It has less than 900 miles. Basically in short it was built wrong from the factory. I was asked permission from Forest River to sign a waiver so they could tow it back to the facility to rebuild a brand new trailer. I was given no other options and put on the spot. I declined now knowing I need to pay for an education and go through what will be a long process with the manufacturer. I was sold a bad unit that isn’t safe to be road worthy and have to now shoulder the burden of making a payment , keeping my insurance up to date , keeping my storage spot going and not have a trailer to use. I will keep everyone up to date and will most likely start a social media page to allow others in the same position as myself to have a place to communicate. As of now I’m not signing anything and I just bought the worlds worst trailer that is unusable and the rep was very short as was I. My recommendation would be to research this manufacturer and be mindful of the dealership you buy from. I was just told I’m so many words “ sorry but there is nothing we can do.” Trailers have issues I get that. But if this was a vehicle it would be a lemon and a lawsuit. I hope it doesn’t come to that but as of now I will be pursuing paying for that education and walking through this horrible process.
