Had issue with furnace not working properly from the start and could not get Cedar Creek nor Suburban to make it good. Now it's stopped working all together in below freezing weather and they refuse to replace furnace because the warranty has expired, even though it's documented it has never worked...read more

Now it's stopped working all together in below freezing weather and they refuse to replace furnace because the warranty has expired, even though it's documented it has never worked properly.
This is poor customer service.
