I noticed that there have been no recent reviews of Luxe and The RV Factory on this site. We began our build in June of 2021 and took delivery at the end of October 2021. Our experience with the sales personnel (especially Julia) was outstanding. Throughout the build process we received updates with photos of the unit as it was constructed. We spent five days at the factory taking delivery checking every aspect of the unit that we could. The few minor issues that we discovered were immediately taken care of. After living in a motorhome (the last being a Tiffin Phaeton) for 17 years, this is our first fifth wheel. It has been a dream to live in. The quality is at a par or above the Tiffin. The one small issue, relating to a waste tank level indicator was immediately dealt with by the factory allowing us to select a local mobile repairman. I can best describe the LUXE as the nicest apartment you have ever seen. Setup and pack out is extremely quick with the towing smooth as butter. Fit and finish are extremely durable and comparable to high end home finishes. I am 6'6" and have no issues anywhere in the unit. If you want a unit that never ages, this is it! Factory Warranty/Support in my case is a one off. I purchased when Augusta was bought out by RV Factory and the transition was horrendous. Show less
