Purchased in February 2022 took for a month road trip with our harley davidson trike. Unfortunately every time you stop had to unload so bed can come down. Inconvenient. Then the trailer literally just started falling apart piece by piece. Siding warped, trim around counters all came off, wall that bed attached to came loose. Trailer tows great and the weight was awesome. However, came home from trip and within 4 days traded in and bought a different new toyhauler. We don't think sunset park rush will be around very long.

2020 RV came with water damage presented as hot water heater leak prior to us signing the final papers we we assured by Travelcamp that they identified the source and it was fixed. However, later found out that 2 days before we purchased the dealer identified the roof wasn't installed properly and wasn't sealed. We requested it to be re-checked one month after purchase to get what we thought was the repairs from the previous water damage fixed. Again stated it was fixed. 7 months later we have complete roof, sidewalls and floor damage from water intrusion. The external siding was cut too short and came lose allowing water to run directly in the unit during a storm. This is what identified that the roof wasn't repaired as stated. 2020 is nothing more than salvage and the warranty repairs were nothing but cosmetic repairs (terrible workmanship). In fact, they ripped the protective barrier under the unit in two spots to poke at the flooring but didn't repair any of the waves in the floor.

Teton homes is a full time RV that doesn't feel like a mobile home. Teton homes solid construction allows for year round living in comfort. The basement storage allows for more carrying capacity that any other Rv other than motor coaches or bus. The 5th wheel does require a somewhat larger truck than normal, at least a F550 or above, but pulls and rides excellent. Along with generator and battery power you can stay off the grid when necessary. It's currently stored under awning and safe from the elements.

Teton Homes are built solid to be lived in full-time. We spent a winter with temperatures into single digits for a month and it was warm and cozy. In the summer the AC keeps it nice and cool. There is a ton of storage space and CCC is almost 5,000 pounds so you can take a quite a bit your stuff along with you. The unit is very well made. There are lots of windows for enjoying the views. The tanks are large and easy to dump. Everything is roomy, from the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator to the shower and toilet area. The basement storage holds so much that there were things we packed and never used. The only down side is all that solid quality weighs a lot. You need a heavy duty tow vehicle. It's well worth it, though, for the luxury living Teton's provide.
