Overall we like this RV. The only downside is construction quality is no better or worse than the average RV manufacturer which means it is not great. Although we have not had any major issues, we have had to deal with too many smaller ones. I do not think that any product costing over $100k should have this much corner cutting. Fortunately Alliance customer support has been very good.

Alliance has handled the minor issues that have come up quickly and professionally. Being almost 46 feet long, it is challenging to tow and back in, but the livability is worth it. We recommend Alliance 100%.

Buyer beware! I wish I did more research and looked at this trailer a little closer, big price tag, low quality. If I could sell this unit back to the dealer without taking a huge hit I would. The quality is just not there for the price tag after all said and done. This unit is about 4months old, and was sold to me as a 12 month camper capable in Canada, far from it, the water pump isn’t insulated so as soon as the temperatures drop below 0 you have 0 water, city fill or tank fill. The hot water on demand furrion system is horrible. I have to have the bathroom tap on to get hot water to the shower or kitchen, cupboard panels have popped out after moving it 2x on non bumpy roads, the range fan is falling off the cupboard, the pantry shelves are thin, so don’t put anything in there if you plan on taking it anywhere cause in my experience I now have 3 broken shelves (minimal groceries in pantry) and alliance won’t cover it. The layout is alright but not if your a tall stocky guy like myself when it comes to the bedroom and bathroom. If you plan on taking this to a site and leaving it there LONG TERM and only using it in the summer? Would be a okay, but I wouldn’t consider it reliable. Feels like something new doesn’t work or is breaking weekly. 100% will never buy this brand or recommend this brand to anyone.

We have had nothing but great things to say about this Valor. This RV is so comfortable to move around in and we especially like the 2nd bathroom in the garage and the 2nd door. A must have. From day one we have thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of all the amenities. My husband loves all the exterior storage space and I find I can store a lot inside too. We primarily use the loft for storage space since we do not have any children. I would definitely recommend this RV. We especially enjoy the living area with the fireplace. It gives off a lot of heat and not just for ambiance. You will not be disappointed.

THE WORST RV EXPERIENCE EVER! Alliance RV’s claims they are “Obsessed with the best RV ownership experience” with a motto or “Do the right thing”. What a joke. We bought a brand new 2022 Alliance Valor with the top of the line Solar System. The Alliance Factory wired the system backwards and burnt wires in the ceiling of the 5th wheel. We dealt with NOTHING working in our RV on a 10 day Road-trip. The amount of damage to the electric in the 5th wheel is unknown and ongoing as the voltage through the system was 35 volts in a 12 volt system though all the circuit boards. The refrigerator was fried. The garage bed was stuck down, the CO2 was fried and beeped for hours until it was replaced by a technician we had to have come to our camp site in a national park. The TV fell off the wall in the main living area, I could go on and on. There was clearly NO QA on this trailer and our trip was ruined to say the least. We contracted Alliance to get them to take the trailer back and exchange for one that wasnt ruined but their negligence. Alliances response was take it to your local dealer and have it fixed. They didn’t offer any compensation for the inconvenience we experienced or acknowledge the issues that will continue..

This Alliance is the 4th RV I’ve owned. It is, by far, the best of the 4. The quality, performance, reliability and practical ease of use is far superior to the other brands I’ve owned. And, as for a new RV, the factory warranty and service I have received from Alliance RV has been way better than anything I experienced from the other brands I owned. As with any brand new RV, there are always some things that need attention, especially after some road miles and use. When those things came up, Alliance RV did everything in their power to make sure my customer experience was even better than I expected. And it has been nothing short of awesome. I doubt I will ever own any other brand again. From the top ownership of the company to each service agent and technician, they have earned my appreciation and loyalty!

The floor plan is nice and livable. Towed well on our first trip. Screws holding the cheap plastic fenders and both brackets broke, almost lost the fenders and had to stop several times and tighten screws. Loaded the RZR and one glass sliding rear door fell off its hinges. Unloading, both doors fell, could have seriously injured anyone close. The floor flexes and allows the doors to slip off the hinges. Solar panel’s were wired wrong, several hours and head scratching later I wired it and works great. Just noticed a big patch of rust that was painted over, will have to grind it out and paint it correctly. Salesman bragged up this brand and the factory, I would not recommend. Also, 24” range will not light, have to use a lighter, oven will not light either. Cannot get parts for this. I bought this used in “new” condition. Alliance has been pleasant to talk to but will not help us. Do not buy!

11es for the grey tank valves are pulled out and they should be open somehow the valve still closes with the handle pulled. Pulled the valve to do laundry and tank was draining and did two loads and started to shower and it backed up. This is an amazing product Alliance! We bought a 2023 alliance valor 5th wheel toy hauler 43v13 about 3 weeks ago. It has pretty much turned into a nightmare between the dealership promising things they didn’t fulfill, and weekly to almost daily things breaking or poorly put together. There are multiple areas where the moulding on the ceiling is coming down or the wall seam coverings are coming loose because a staple was only placed every 4-5 feet. The electric fireplace remote doesn’t work, tried 2 different packs of new batteries. It’s a 2023 model and 5g cell service has been around for over a year but still comes with a 4g reciever which hardly works. Also should mention the tvs they use are so old school you can’t even cast to them from your phone or tablet. The furnace vent setup is also poorly designed. We were told the garage area was insulated and heated which we thought would be great for our dogs. Had a night in the upper 30s, the tiny round vent put out enough heat to keep it at 45. Almost all airflow goes to the bedroom, hardly any to the main living area where the thermostat is so we have to run the ac unit in the bed room to keep from sweating all night while simply trying to keep the main area at 65. Due to not having a remote that works for the electric fireplace in main living area the temperature setting is stuck at 74 so I don’t trust leaving it on overnight if it will have to run all the time. Edit: factory told me I had to point the remote directly at the top right corner of the fireplace. Very specific spot so they really ought to put that on a label considering I bought two new batteries trying the power button pointed at the thing multiple times and it wouldn’t work. And now 1of the biggest issues is that the refrigerator stopped working and I had to go buy a 3.3 CF mini fridge for the food we had and that one blew the breaker over night and we still lost over 300$ in food. Because they can’t get a tech to us they want me, who has no electrical experience, to play with wires and circuits on the fridge, but I can’t even do that because the screws holding the fridge in place are stripped from the factory. The second big issue is the grey tank valve. It is almost full and this was only the 3rd time I have had to open it. Pulled the handle and nothing, no drainage. The only thing in this one would be soapy water from the shower. Even if it was connected to the kitchen sink we scrape our dishes so no food goes down and have used the Unique tank enzyme formula weekly for both black and grey tanks. I did finally get the tank to drain by twisting the handle around multiple times and kept pulling and pushing it in and out. I’m assuming where the metal rod attaches to the flexible portion became detached and I was lucky enough to catch it again This is shoddy workmanship and cheap parts/appliances
