We bought our Alliance Paradigm 310 RL new from the factory in 2023 and upgraded with the Alliance-installed solar package. We are a retired couple, using the RV part-time (we have a house). Our RV search started close to seven years before we bought our Paradigm. We watched countless YouTube videos made by RV owners and dealers and read endless reviews. Once we decided on the type of RV we wanted, a 5th wheel, the search for the right brand and floor plan began. We landed, by chance, on the Alliance brand during that search. We didn't want anything over 40 ft. The Paradigm, coming in just under 35 ft. is the size we wanted. The floor plan is perfect for us with just enough space to be comfy, while still being stylish and practical with upscale trim.

We decided to move up from our 35 ft 5th Wheel to something bigger because we were going to be on the road 10 months out of the year. We did quite a bit of research and really wanted to stay with the brand we previously had because the experience had been great but I had been watching the social media post from the Allies. (That's the community designed for Allliance owners.) I was overwhelmed by the support I saw in the community not only by members but by the staff at Alliance. And this went all the way to the top with Bill Martin (one of the owners) chiming in with answers within minutes and sometimes late at night. What was so refreshing was the honesty when there was a problem and then the effort that was made to stand behind their mission statement, "do the right thing." We are road warriors and have already put 25K miles on our unit in 13 months! It has been great. My biggest complaint is that they make it so hard to choose. We went to the Tampa show with the unit we wanted determined But while there we saw so many others. Alliance had owners at the event helping those who were looking for a unit. It gave us a chance to chat with actual owners of each unit and talk about lifestyle and so much more. Needless to say we chose a different unit. The quality has been exceptional. The thing we have learned through owning our Alliance Paradigm is that the quality is important, choosing the right floorplan is important, but the most important thing is the integrity and passion of the company you are buying from. When you buy an Alliance RV you become a part of a big family. I could not recommend them any more as a company and their product reflects their passion in what they do.

We’ve had an awesome time with our Paradigm 382RK! The rear living floor plan is hands down our favorite feature—it feels super spacious, and the layout is just perfect for how we like to travel. We love having a half bath, and the master suite has tons of storage, which is a huge plus when you’re on the road for long stretches.
We decided to go with the 8K axles to get more carrying capacity, and it’s been a game-changer for us. The independence suspension also makes for such a smooth ride; you can really tell the difference, especially on rougher roads. And honestly, the full-body paint? It’s a head-turner! We catch ourselves just standing there, admiring how good it looks.
But beyond the RV itself, the folks at Alliance have been amazing. They’ve been so helpful from the start, always going out of their way to make sure we’re happy. It’s hard to find that level of customer service these days.
All in all, we’re absolutely loving this coach, and we’d 100% recommend it to anyone thinking about getting an RV. It’s been such a great experience for us!

Bought the unit mid December 2023 , started leaking from main water manifold within 3 weeks. Took almost 7 weeks to get dealer to look at it. With a list of 19 different things to be addressed we dropped the rig off mid April on August 23 2023 the dealer called to ask me to call alliance because the whole kitchen floor, and stairway to the front bedroom have extensive BLACK mold and needs to be replaced and they want us to sign paper work to be responsible for payment if alliance won't. This the poorest plumbing work I have seen ( I'm a renovation contractor for 45 years and I've seen a lot of bad work) 118,000 dollars us -180,000 canadian we paid cash, they got their money we are getting the shaft. My advice make payments so you can get warranty work done without being out of pocket. Second avoid Alliance! Rv.

They're receiving one star because they chose not to put dayshades in the back of the coach and only in the front. When I pointed it out to the manufacturer they simply said we'll advise our general manager. Not putting day shades in the back of the coach as opposed to just the front of the coach is like carpeting 1/2 a house when you buy it; sorry we only put carpet in the living room you'll have to worry about what's gonna go in the bedroom.. It clearly States in the brochure that there are day shades included, it doesn't say half the coach has day shades. When you spend the money for a coach like this it is disappointing and it really cheapens the model and the manufacturer when in fact there not there. Some would even consider it's deceptive. I'll be checking on that part.

We started off this experience by doing our homework and reading all we could find on the web. Watched countless videos with all problems being minor little glitches everyone was having. Absolutely fell in love with the floor plan as we travel for work and this would be home away from home. When we went in for our walk thru with the dealership we found water under the kitchen table pooled near the wall. Since they had just finished washing the unit we asked that they spray it again. Water was coming in through the window. They checked it out and said it was due to the plug’s being installed in weep holes on bottom instead of the top. They fixed it and said it was good to go, by then it was past closing and our walk thru was over. Once home the issues started as we found the washer dryer prep was not even close to installed properly, the radio didn’t work, and several small trim issues were found. We informed the dealership which asked us to bring it in which wasn’t an option since we were leaving for work the following day. We went about 11 hours to the campground we were staying at and found both lower slides open several inches. The jacks were not functioning properly and I had to manually operate them to level the camper. After getting everything hooked up I tried the auto level again and it came on and did its thing. Turned on the heater and figured out that the living/kitchen area had very little heat coming out of the only vent provided. The guest bathroom on the other hand would melt the skin off your face it was so HOT! We stayed for 2 weeks and had several small issues. Week 3 and the toilets started leaking, the check valve in the water inlet stuck shut, the stove won’t stay lit and randomly shuts itself off, the microwave has a mind of its own and makes some awful noises. We were finished so we decided we’d just take it in and have these things fixed. After arriving home and giving the list to the dealer we opened it up and went inside to get out a few things we’d need. We found food and bottles broken from inside the refrigerator all over the floor. When we tried to open the fridge we figured out it had come completely loose and fell inside the cabinet not allowing the doors to open. They plastic trays were broken from the fridge disaster. When we open the drawer next to it to get cleaning supplies the drawer fell and hit the floor. The drawer slides were attached to a board but the board itself just had 2 screws into the paneling. After checking the other 2 drawers they were the same but hadn’t completely ripped through the paneling yet. When we went to wipe out the microwave we could see where it was arcing from the door to the facing. It’s a wonder it didn’t short out and burn the camper to the ground. As it stands every appliance has some sort of problem and at least 2 will need replacement.
This choice in products has been the absolute worst decision we’ve made. We’ve owned Grand Design, and Forrest River and they’ve had their own quarks but never left us in an unlivable situation. We purchased a brand new camper and received a patched together mess. When the list was completed the dealer had 38 different items to address. The icing on the cake was the jacks quit with the dealer standing there. Which he jumped in to show this dummy how and ended up saying I’ve never had one do this before. We were lucky enough that when it quit it was almost off and we were able to pull out from under it. We’ll see what they do and whether they make it right??
